Literally stared me and my friends down the entire time when we're just looking and trying to find things. I was looking at the metal build things and she has her WHOLE head turned towards us making us very uncomfortable. When i said hi to her when she came up to us she just said hi and it was such a nasty and awful experience. Just know if youre any shade of brown they will racially profile you and dont let them profit off you!! But i bet all the white people on your wall of shame were warmly welcomed!! Weirdooo!! Hey girl!! So literally her reason was our skin because we were followed and stared at the second we walked in!! Look back on the footage and tell me exactly what was it about us that was super sketchy!! We left at 5:15 pm yesterday and it was a group of 3, i have purple hair too! You seriously need to do better and take some sort of accountability instead of blaming new customers who have never experienced the store before. Was it our excitement into the overpriced selection of toys that you guys offer? Im leaving out no details and you need to have a conversation with your staff about it period! We walked in and she was rude and we were immediately followed and stared down even in direct view. Were the people you have posted on your wall followed and treated the exact same way? Were they suspicious as well? Because if we had nothing but good intentions but were immediately followed and judged i wonder how they managed to get away with what they did. When we couldnt even look at a toy and talk about how much weve been looking for them. Also, she didnt check, she didnt say anything to us at all. Just stared and followed until IIII said hello. Worry about your staff and the way they treated us and how uncomfortable we felt because we genuinely did want to buy those toys and all you did was push us out for being excited and yeah ill say it again, BROWN!!

From the bags I could fill up with whatever I wanted (that was later weighed and paid for by pound) to the tasty gifts and candy, I had plenty to look at and a lot of temptations to face. While I didn't go into the store with the intention to purchase anything, I thought it was a perfect opportunity to get a bag of candies and chocolates that I knew my wife would enjoy as a special treat for her. I then got a similar bag with some candies and chocolates I knew I would enjoy. Most of the candies and chocolates were unique ones that I've had something similar but not this before, so I had the opportunity to try a few of the candies and chocolates when I got home. The cashier was the only staff member in the store at that time, and she was very helpful and kind. She walked me through how the process for getting candied and chocolates. She also offered me the opportunity to buy a MAKE-A-WISH WISH POP, which was a colorful star lollipop, which only cost one dollar. Twenty cents from every purchase will benefit the Make-A-Wish foundation. The store hours at this location are open Monday through Thursday from 10 AM to 9 PM, Friday and Saturday from10 AM to 10 PM, and Sunday from 10:30 AM to 9 PM. Go to the store's website (https://itsugar.com) and receive free shipping on orders over $50. From their blog to online ordering to sales items, you can also sign up for their newsletter. Also, learn more about the IT'SUGAR HIGH CLUB at https://itsugar.com/pages/loyalty. You can sign up to start earning rewards today. It is free to sign up, and you earn 1 point for every $1 spent, receive a birthday reward, get early access to new products and offers, and with every 100 points, you can earn a free candy take out box. Now that I'm a member of the IT'SUGAR HIGH CLUB, I plan on making it back there sooner than later! It was a tasty visit!

I'm a…read morefull‑blown candy freak, so I actually have to limit my visits, if I walked in here too often, I'd lose every ounce of self‑control and walk out with half the store. But honestly... what a way to go. Every time I do treat myself to a visit, it's pure joy. The aisles feel like a time machine stocked with everything I grew up eating, the classics, the throwbacks, the "I forgot this even existed" gems. It's the kind of place where you catch yourself smiling at a random shelf because a candy bar just unlocked a childhood memory. The store is bright, fun, and packed with options, and the staff keeps everything tidy and easy to browse. Whether you're hunting for something specific or just letting nostalgia guide you, it's impossible not to have a good time here.

I was looking for something that would have been an import from Europe which they unfortunately don't carry but it seems like they had nearly everything else under the sun! They were oh so helpful in helping me look and once I found the right name we figured out they didn't have it but they had some things that were close enough! They were all very friendly and helpful with my search and I'm so grateful! Now that's I've finally made it in, I know exactly where I need to go for all the rest of the treats that I could possibly be looking for! They even have chips and popcorn plus some seasonal toys too!
