My dog basically exploded when I got him outside he had to pee so bad. Even if his last walk was 3 or 4 hours ago, he should not be peeing and pooping this much in an instant. The staff is young, inexperienced, and can barely muster a smile when you walk in. The windows in the dog rooms are not cleaned, and it really smells awful in there. It's such an unhealthy environment, and for the price you pay per day, they should have double the staff. I predict they are winding down the staff because they will actually go out of business soon, but that is just my opinion. There is no way people want to pay so much to board their dogs in a place with ratty linens, rooms that aren't cleaned, and smell like pee.

They know her temperament and only let her interact with the appropriate dogs. They know Gretchen gets over stimulated with large number of dogs and her play style is rough and ready. We got some amazing pictures and they really went above and beyond to play with the dogs and make sure that they were well loved and exercised. They even put their food into kongs to give them more stimulation. Really such a wonderful caring place and for half the price of what we would have paid at a dog hotel where they wouldn't have gotten that love and attention.
