The appointments had a arrival window of a hour early to a hour later for arrival from your appointment time. We had a few times where they even canceled due to emergencies and we didn't mind. This last time my dogs were scheduled they literally just never showed. I had reached out to them and still have yet to receive response back. I am very surprised they would just ghost a client. I would definitely not recommend because that is very unprofessional.

It ended up being almost $500 and I got the same treatment with the manager. I explained beforehand that they had several mats due to my Won dog being disabled, and it is extremely hard to move him around and he needs to rest a lot. My other Newfoundland again was groomed beautifully. She did not need as much attention, but I was charged the same amount 250 for each dog. Yeah, that's outrageous. Finally, they have so many dogs that they're grooming. It takes them longer because they do not have enough staff. I was disappointed with the outrageous charge of the cost.

After reaching out to have Amber return to daycare with a veterinary clearance, we received the following e-mail: Hi, We hope you guys had a wonderful weekend. We miss Amber as well and are happy to hear that her vet doesn't have any concerns. That being said, daycare can be extremely active, and messy as well during play (when pools are out, mud, etc), and we would never want Amber to get further hurt or sick in a vulnerable state. Due to her extreme and sudden onset of medical issues, we feel as a team that we can no longer provide the level of specific care Amber needs at this time. As much as we would love to continue seeing her, we feel that it would not be the best decision for her medically. I appreciate your understanding, I apologize for the inconvenience, and wish you all the best. WTF??? Is upper management now veterinarians too? Who are you to override a veterinary clearance? We thought that is why you have EVERYONE sign a waiver which releases you from liability. What we see here is ageism plain & simple - you do not want to attend to a senior dog who can walk, run & play because you have no staff and cannot be bothered oh, by the way, this is after we, as loyal clients did not sue you after our dog was severely attacked at daycare by a bully dog who had only just joined. Yes, we are loyal clients, we came back, we recommended you to others, you used our dog as a test dog for meets & greets with potential new clients! I didn't get much further than that because between the smell of the urine and the nasty attitude of the woman that I was attempting to speak with, it turned me off tremendously. My dog loves small dog daycare at Henry Loves Betty! She has been going once a week for the past 6…read moremonths. I work around the corner in Albany, so it's super easy to drop her off before work and pick her up on my way home. The daycare gang is all dogs under 40lbs at the Albany location, and I can tell my dog has played a ton by how sleepy she is when we get home! The staff is super friendly and kind, and they all take great care of my dog every time she is there. A couple weeks ago, my dog was a little hesitant to get in the mix with the other dogs first thing in the morning, so the guy working picked her up and hung out with her for a little to ease her into the day - so sweet! They have a great backyard so I know my dog is getting some quality outdoors time, too. I love following them on Instagram because they post cute videos of my dog and have taken some adorable glamour shots of my dog. Such a great place, reasonable prices, and confidence that my dog is safe and happy while she is there.
