And when I can in, I was greeted by the owners pretty lab. Lol. But they were great with checking us in and making sure our puppy was comfortable. CaNine to Five - My little big guy after being groomed so well! - Pet Sitting Near Me - Clifton Park, New York

This past weekend we went to CaNine to Five at their Saratoga location to have our two Morkies groomed. We have one male who is 5 months and a female who is 1 1/2. Our groomer was Shelby and she was so great with him. This was the first time that our puppies came back from being groomed and we are not traumatized and they looked and smelt amazing!!! I have been using every service CaNine has to offer for around 3 yrs now and I would and do recommend them to everyone I know. The whole team is knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and they love and care for every dog as if it were their own personal dog. Training - Sam, CaNine's trainer, is the best in the country! She helped me get my life back with my 2 pups by my side and now we are able to do EVERYTHING together! I recently went to a restaurant that didn't allow dogs in the outdoor tent dining area, but because my 2 were so well behaved they made an exception to the rule! So yes, she has helped me to achieve one of my dreams - doing everything with my dogs! Boarding - CaNine staff are now the only people I trust to leave both of my dogs with while I'm away. It's a safe environment with alarm systems and security and when my dogs are there I know they're being treated like royalty in an environment that is safe for them. Day camp - I have 2 pit bull mixes and they're FULL of energy! They come home completely exhausted from playing with all their friends!! They do report cards so you know how your dog enjoyed camp and who they played with. Grooming - Amy and her grooming staff are again the best in the country!! The best cuddle sessions with my pups are after they've been groomed by CaNine - they bring "feeling silky" to a whole new level!! The #1 thing that I've experienced with CaNine is their honesty, integrity, honorability, and their desire to give your pup a happy, safe experience while welcoming them into the CaNine family. We just recently adopted this cutie, and spoke with Amy explaining that we were nervous due to not knowing his history. She put us at ease and made an appointment for the very next morning. CaNine to Five - From muppet to pup - Pet Sitting Near Me - Clifton Park, New York

This place is completely unprofessional and unorganized. The manager and staff have no clue how to provide good customer service to its customers. My first and only experience was that I scheduled an appointment (had confirmation in writing) only to show up and find out that it was not in the books. Staff had me standing there with my dog waiting while they tried to reach management, scrambling and trying to figure out what to do with me all the while making me and my dog wait.. did I mention a half an hour wait that is. They finally reached a manager and agreed to groom my dog. I reluctantly agreed and left her there to get groomed. I was hoping things would improve from there but I was wrong. When I came back hours later to retrieve my dog I was surprised with "extra" charges that were never previously disclosed to me as a possibility. I requested to speak to a manager on the spot and was told that I would have to track them down myself. When I did get a message to the manager I was again put off and told by her directly that she was basically too busy to call me. It was later brought to my attention by a friend that pics of my dog were posted on their social media pages. I was neither asked if they could take, nor informed, that they took pics of my dog and I certainly did not give permission for them to be posted. The lack of customer service and disrespect is appalling. Oh and if you're a new customer, beware: you must know exactly how things work there even if you've never set foot in the door before. Just so you know, the manager's name is Amy - because you'll never actually be told who she is.... the staff refer to her only by first name and fail to tell you her role. They just assume you know. So make sure you do your homework before going. Or better yet, don't bother, there are so many other establishments in the area that actually care about customers so you're better off not going there at all. And be careful not to trip on the broken and crumbling tile in the entrance way. I'm sure if anyone got hurt by it that it wouldn't be their fault because just like everything else there... they just assume you know. read more

We started with Canine to Five when they were in Schenectady. Sam helped to calm our new to us rescue dog to his new home. Her advice was straight forward and helpful. We have also used Canine to Five for boarding and doggy day care. We travel from Rotterdam to Clifton Park often for boarding. They treat our pooch well and he is always happy to go there. read more

Our puppy Percy, has been going to daycare here twice a week since December and also attends obedience classes. I know he is treated well because he now politely sits and waits by our front door for me on days when I say "you're going to doggy daycare." Canine to Five has made such a positive difference for Percy and he is growing into a very loving, well socialized boy thanks to the wonderful staff here. read more

This is THE most top notch boarding and grooming facility I've ever found. I have a very anxious golden retriever, but the staff and owner here know how to make her feel safe am happy. It's well-staffed, structured, and they love each pup as their own. Cleaning and shot records exceed industry standards. You know those "soldiers return to their dogs from overseas" videos. That's how Liliana reacts to the owner here. She adores her! Aside from the superb care here, the owner is extremely good about giving back to the community. She sponsors fundraisers for local rescue organizations, gives some profits to Make A Wish Foundation, and volunteers her time in the community. I couldn't recommend this place any higher. read more

Wonderful business! Everyone who works here loves dogs and they do everything they can to keep dogs and owners happy. Great communication and personalized service. Clean, upbeat, fun place. We frequently board our dogs here and they are always relaxed and happy when we pick them up. One of our dogs is a regular in daycare. Love the Report Cards and photos of the dogs on Facebook - and the funny captions by Erin! Amy and crew are always so accommodating and have helped us tremendously with our foster dog who is not a fan of manicures. So glad we found Canine to Five. read more

Took my difficult golden doodle puppy here for his first haircut and they did a wonderful job! I was amazed at how great he looked and that they even accomplished it because he's known to be a wiggle worm. Everyone who works here is friendly and knowledgeable! read more
