The staff was extremely rude and incompetent. There are plenty of other dispensaries nearby. Recommend avoiding this one.

This is the only dispensary I go to. This "new place" was supposed to have more variety. I came in today and (I mostly by quarters) you had 3 sativas in quarters! If it wasn't the weekend I would have left! Seems live you've been pushing me into lots of small amounts instead. No nuggets basically shake with loose small buds. What in the heck is this place? The prices increased so stupidly high. I understand taxes and the legalization can cause an increase in price because of the increase in demand, but this shit is like double of what I used to pay. $45 for one eh decent flower? Paid $100 for two eighths that I used to pay $60-$75 for. read more

If I could put zero stars I would. The people in the front are just rude. Not only to myself but to an older patient who didn't know how to use the battery she just bought. The lady at the desk was awful. She also didn't believe me when I said I'd never been there. Rude. Then I looked at myself in my camera and got told they wouldn't help me because I did that. Tere are so many discounted/ flash sale flower options and feel that most come with a catch in quality. Not here. It definately pays to be selective, ask questions, and the bud tenders will blow you away with there amazing personable service and hospitable attitudes with big smiles all the way around. That's alot to be said, when you consider how busy they are and how many patients they serve in a shift and how exhausting it would be. So far the best dispensary I've gone too. For your first visit, if you spend $50 you get a free eighth! The staff are the dopest people to chat with. They are very knowledgeable of the different kind of strains. They are however -Cash Only-. They do have a great ATM inside so you can pull cash out. The weed is excellent! Very snowy and amazing trichomes. Super potent sativa strains that will get you were you need to be. The wait isn't to long, a lot of staff in the back. Also they have a ton of other products. They have great savings and membership options, the best one in my opinion is the PSC3 which is the top one, it's costs $240 a year but you get a free eight every month for a year so yea super worth it. After being a PCS member for a year. SWC has had ups and downs. Issue is the Up's lasted a short time. 1. Checking leafly before heading to the store, Or even looking at it waiting in the lobby. SWC never have what I ask for. I was told don't check leafly, but check SWC the website. Still, Last 7 trips SWC did not have what they post online. 2. The Display card often mis represent THC levels. (20 trips, 1 purchased matched the display card %'s. The rest were lower) 3. Through the year if I find a strain, The it becomes "premium" and the price raises. This happens regularly. The longest time I got to keep a strain is 6 weeks. Before it became a different "tier" or a "guest grower" 4. the best service you get is form the newest employees. When I need info. it seem like trouble, I get open ended answers. I get as much info about products in the store from asking as I would asking about the weather. 5. Notification for special's is broke and has been broke for 6 months. paying extra for PCS, this alone gives me buyers remorse for paying extra for PCS If you do need cartage's and close by, that about the best thing this place is good for, If you compare them to any other Dispensary in the area. read more

This dispensary is a joke! The only reason I called this place was because of a "sale" they were having on edible chocolate. The asking price was $12.00 on Suprb.com with a $5.00 discount. Leafly displayed the same product for $15.00 with a $5.00 discount. I was confused and phoned the actual dispensary for accurate information. I spoke with Rachel who checked with her Supervisor Ally for details. I was assured that the Suprb.com price of $6.00 would be honered. I purchased four edibles and even left a note reminding them of the conversation. I waited three hours and got a clueless driver who had no idea what I was talking about. I had to stand outside like an idiot and explain why $51.00 was not the correct total. He phoned the dispensary himself and told me that he could discount the $51.00 order by $5.00. I shut the door in his face. I would not trust anyone who works at this place. They are clearly to busy to be bothered to coordinate with each other. Their delivery time is pitifully slow and their drivers are so uninformed, it's embarrassing. I wouldn't return to this dispensary if it was the only one in the entire state of Arizona. read more

SWC is another super friendly and well informed on the medicinal flower strains. MJ has been a life saver for me. I've been hospitalized to many times from chemical pills. If I could go all MJ I would. Alas is the world of herbal homeopathic medicine. Getting there step-by-step. The waiting room is very clean and has an iPad to look through what's available while waiting. Alex has helped me a lot there to find what works best for me. First off, this is the most well designed / decorated dispensary I've been in, it feels like your in a giant marijuana tree house. I've only made 1 purchase here and it was the ac/dc cbd flower. After the first time customer deal, I got a half oz for $50. Huge nugs and some of the freshest dispo weed I've ever had. Anyone who gives 5 stars either works for this company or doesn't know any better. They want 55$ for lower-mid grade garbage. I had to laugh and walk out. Maybe of they wanted 35 for an eighth I might have thought about it, but the are countless other dispensaries withing 15 min of here with $35 eighths that are a hell of a lot better than anything they have. If you are the type to order by name or don't know any better, by all means, this may be your place. If you are an actual smoker you will want to look elsewhere. The guy who helped me out was really cool and friendly, plus I was really happy they had durban poison and since it was my first time there I got a pretty good deal. However I was extremely disappointed when I got home and found out the bud was DRYYY AF!!!:/ Sadly I will not be back because of that. I literally didn't even need my grinder, it was that dry! Mota-Vator1 I am a PSC member and was called out of town for most of the month of March. I got back on 3/31 @ around 7:30. First chance I got I called SWC and explained my situation. The response I got was that of someone that seemed stoned out of their mind and could careless about my situation. He said "sorry dude you have to pick up your free PSC weed during the month you are due it. And we close in like 2 minutes. So I don't know what to tell you dude." All I can think is WOW I was literally going to pick it up one day late. Way to be understanding! I have posted this review twice on the Leafly site. However, they refuse to post it! I am hoping that you have more honor to your followers than the companies that are being written about and this will get posted. I had to pay in advance to join the PSC. No one said anything about if you were a day late at the end of the month you loose that gram. They like to call it free but you pay up front at a discounted rate for it. That way they have cash flow to work with before they have to give up the product! I'm not an idiot. I know how this works! SWC you will never get another dime from me! I will tell everyone just how you treat your patients. That includes the ones in your waiting room! So when I come in for my free gram I wouldn't keep me waiting too long! read more

Herbs usually dry, but usually good. Currently waiting in a long line in their tiny waiting room with enough seats for 6 people while the rest of us lean against walls and water fountains.... A problem i never forsee them fixing so they get 3 stars. read more
