Read reviews before moving and don't believe anything management tells you. The walls are unbelievably thin I could literally hear my neighbors walking around from my bedroom/bathroom it was insane. My other neighbor was so inconsiderate I could hear him fighting with his woman and the music at his house never stopped. Management did not do anything about the noise and I honestly didn't blame them for the walls being super thin. If peace, quiet, solitude is your thing then you're at the wrong place. There is no guest parking so be prepared for that mess. We were miserable and couldn't wait to move out. The amount of money they ask is nowhere near fair compared to the living conditions at Creekview crossing.

However, if our TV is even slightly loud, they bang on the floor like someone's trapped in the Metro door downtown and it's getting ready to move again! I want to read a book right now, so that means I have to leave my apartment and go to the library. Seriously, miserable in this place. Like we're being held hostage! I would strongly urge you to reconsider if you're looking! I really wish we had taken more time to look around. Anywhere is better than here. BTW, our alarm clock is a little kid banging against the wall, on the other side of which is LITERALLY where we sleep. Probably hears snoring and thinks there's a monster, but still. NOT COOL! There was never any parking so everybody parked wherever they could find a spot (including the white sidelined spot). My brother once parked there and someone called the tow truck on him even though he lived with us and had the resident sticker. The leasing office was no help. EVERYONE parked there!! Where else are you suppose to park if the whole lot is completely full?? AND after we moved out and finished paying our move out fees, we get chased down months later for water/sewage/ and light fees from months before. Horrible experience here we only lasted a year. Now, I make sure to never rent with Greystar.

The landscaping maintained nicely and maintenance has been very quick from my experience. I have always had a pleasant experience with the individuals from the office. It has its quarks but, no place is going to match perfectly with your standards. I truly enjoy living here and feel safe. I have lived here sine 12.24
