I would give this review no stars . but had to click to continue…read more Had the worse experience with 1 year old boxer. They cut inside of ear bled profusely. Now all around the eye his skin peeling . I called them , and they said they told me the dog had allergies and that it could cause a problem. Which is totally a made up lie . If I had been told that , I would not had left pup in their care. Very dishonest business and not properly trained to groom dogs . Pup (Broly ) has not been the same . Ive beeen keeping him calm, every time he shakes head he starts bleeding again .

I asked for credit because my mom takes her small dog and she likes it so I figured it would be useful for my mom's dog but they wouldn't even do that. They want me to take her back but I don't trust them. They cut some of her top layered hair and it looks like a kindergartener found scissors and cut her hair. Her butt hairs are completely uneven. They said "it's because her butt hairs are wavy" keep in mind that I've taken her to another groomer and not once did they leave her butt hairs uneven always perfect. I just wanted paw pads trimmed, feather feets, her butt hairs, and to give shape to her tail hairs and they also took it upon themselves to cut her tail completely. Horrible service. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR LARGE DOGS. And to the the person who left a review about the lady being rude and dog being dehydrated SAME THING happened to me. When I called to tell her how disappointed I was she kept trying to cut me off and also when my dog arrived to me because my mom picked her up she was severely dehydrated. She got there at 10am and got to me at around 3:30-3:45 and just panting like crazy. UPDATE: They still haven't given me any other attempt of fixing this situation. I have taken her to get groomed before and she's never ended up this bad; here are some pictures and they have all of these images. I only asked them for credit for my moms dog since she is a smaller breed I guess that's what they might be good at my mom likes it. Or a parcial refund for the cut only since they did do a deshedding bath I understand they spent there products. Nonetheless they fucked up my dog bad. If I were the owner I would at LEAST give them credit. I payed $140

Medical Pet was the only one that answered and even though they were fully booked and closing in less than an hour, they still squeezed my doggy in and saw her. I was so happy when I arrived, the staff was extremely accommodating and wonderful. The clinic is very clean and has parking out front. Only about 10 mins from the border. I paid $160USD for the initial visit which covered the check-up, x-rays, and medications. Extremely affordable and fair pricing. My dog already had stitches on her cheek from another incident and the doctor offered to take them out at a later date. I went back a week after and they didn't charge me anything. She got her stitches at another vet in Poway (we paid $1100 for that visit, NEVER AGAIN). I can't recommend this place enough. Will definitely be bringing my puppies here for any veterinarian needs.

I am so grateful to Hospivet for removing a foxtail from my dog's nose. In Los Angeles the price…read morewas out of my ability to pay. HospiVet did an outstanding job and I happily paid their fee, less than $400.00 I thought I might have to put my dog to sleep if I could not get him the relief he needed. He stopped eating and I stopped eating because this was such a big problem for us both. After Buddy's successful operation, I recommended HospiVet on Nextdoor many times.

The 3 star is for the receptionist!…read more We first came to this clinic about four months ago when our dog was very sick, and we had a great experience with Dr. Sayra. She was kind, compassionate, spoke perfect English, kept us updated throughout the visit, and took the time to explain our dog's condition and treatment plan clearly. She made an incredibly stressful situation much easier, and we're very grateful for the care she provided. We also saw the cardiologist while we were there. Although he seemed knowledgeable, he wasn't very friendly and often appeared annoyed when we asked questions. As worried pet owners, we were simply trying to understand our dog's condition, so his attitude was disappointing. Unfortunately, our recent experiences with the front desk have been frustrating. Last month, when our dog needed to be seen urgently, we couldn't get an appointment. The receptionist told us to take her to another clinic. We requested a referral, but our message was completely ignored. This week, I tried scheduling an appointment a few days in advance. The receptionist asked for my name and my dog's name so she could look us up in the system. After I provided the information, she never responded back. I followed up the next morning, and my message was still ignored. This was a completely different experience from the receptionist we dealt with four months ago, who always responded promptly and was very helpful. Dr. Sayra deserves five stars for her excellent care, but the lack of communication and responsiveness from the front desk has been very disappointing. When you're dealing with a sick pet, timely communication matters just as much as good medical care. I hope the clinic improves its customer service because their veterinarians deserve better support. I'd recommend to go down the street to New Vet. They are helpful and responsive!
