I literally had a friend text me earlier today saying he is still "dreaming" of those incredible tacos! Carlos was warm and communicative from go, always professional and responsive. I understand that you wanted to reply to my earlier review but it honestly made it worse. When you don't provide an item the correct thing to do, as a business, is to either figure out how much the going rate is or simply say you do not carry the item. Pretending to and knowing it is something you don't carry would have made the experience much worse. Again, I never requested a quote from you, Yelp sent it to numerous vendors. So once more, in the future, the most simple thing to do is be honest and say you don't carry the item, never made it, and apologize for the inconvenience. Have a wonderful day.
