So I'm always skeptical when I try new taco truck if it's not in the bay. What I do is order one taco and that's all. I want to see the quality of meat that they have. After I devoured it, I ordered a super burrito. So you already know it was fire. I'm not gonna lie that was one of the best burritos I've ever had. I got Carne. So juicy. I don't care for the tortillas that are not grilled on the outside. I got my burrito home, and opening up the burrito felt like unveiling a culinary masterpiece! It was beautifully brown on the outside. Not to mention it was freaking humongous. As you will see from the pictures below. I used a cup of noodles so you could gauge how big it is. That burrito was two meals for me. I would've paid $20 for that burrito, it's super affordable. I've never experienced re-warming a burrito with avocado, and it not tasting completely disgusting. I was completely amazed when I put it in the microwave and it actually tasted just like when I first got it. They must have some special secret recipe to keep the avocados from tasting discussing after they are reheated. Obviously I'm just joking. I don't know how they did it. I believe the young lady's name at the counter was Vicky, she was super sweet and so friendly to me. But sometimes I don't get to experience that because I'm not Spanish-speaking. The cons: We arrived around 3pm (they close at 6) & they were already sold out of a lot of their meats. We were told that it would be a 20-25 min wait, which we expected because the line was so long, but ended up waiting closer to 40 mins. As soon as we got our food, they closed?
