This little churro truck is a gem!! Super crispy fresh and hot just how its supposed to be like in Mexico. I got the $10.00 dollar bag with 6 churros and boy did we feast!! I also bought the fried bananas with condensed milk- honestly it was ok and very overcooked with not enough condensed milk for my sweet tooth. I got home and added more!! I've driven by these dessert truck a whole bunch of times, but ever stopped. My buddy had told me about it and then one day when I was craving a churro I ended up coming. The stuffed churros are priced at 2:50. They can be stuffed with either caramel vanilla cream or strawberry. I ended up getting the caramel which was delicious. I have a real problem with places that don't abide by their posted hours. I make a 20 minute drive to come get churros here so it's out of the way and for them to not be here at their posted hours is unacceptable. On top of that not answering their phone. I understand things can pop up unexpectedly but they can at least answer the phone. Maybe my hopes were too high, but I have been eyeing this place for churros for a month now and was highly disappointed. The churros are pretty thin, and hollow inside so that they can be filled, but this makes regular churros taste odd. There's no fluffiness inside, just thin crunchiness on the outside which Is covered in sugar and cinnamon. They're way too thin for me, and tasted a little over cooked. We also tried the strawberry, which tasted too sweet, almost like pure jam. We tasted the cream one, which was probably the best, and it reminded me of a custard. The churros were cheap, so that was cool, but it wasn't worth it to me. I probably won't get them again. They have better churros at local restaurants. read more
