They didn't even look at my car until some point late Saturday (beyond when I could pick it up) and were still "finishing it up" Monday morning. They stated that they "misplaced my paperwork". Poor communication. They also wrote my paperwork up incorrectly and tried to charge me $300 for work I did not need. They eventually made the whole appointment free, but I have a bad taste in my mouth. I have since taken my car elsewhere and confirmed that the "dead battery" is completely healthy. It's obvious to me that A&T Subaru does NOT value my business, my time or me as a customer. They disappointed me at every step of this process and I feel very much taken advantage of, when I took my car there in good faith. I won't be taking any vehicles there for service and will choose to purchase vehicles elsewhere in the future. A&T Subaru does not represent the values or character of the Subaru brand that I've known and driven for the last 15+ years.

I lightly negotiated on the already reasonable price, and requested that the car be undercoated and alignment fixed. Both of those requests were met to my satisfaction, in addition to them detailing the vehicle for me. Dan was great to point me in the direction of the perfect vehicle. It would have been nice to go over all the features of the vehicle in more detail as I discovered there are a few off-roading buttons that I have no idea how to use, but almost accidentally pressed on my drive home (A-Trak, Differential Lock). However, with the internet, I'll figure out what they do. Not a big deal...but I would recommend that they acclimate the sales people with all buttons and features so that they can de-brief customers on all functionality while at the dealership. The only drawback during the purchase process was spending well over an hour sitting, waiting to pay for my vehicle. Since the price was agreed upon on my first visit, I was hoping to be in and out quickly and on my way to get some dinner. I arrived at 7:15 and left just before 9:00. That's very long when all I need to do is look at the vehicle, and write a check. On a positive note, their personnel are professional and personable. They met my minor vehicle requests without any issues. The dealership is clean, and modern looking. The music is lame but they have to already know that...I was only there for about 2 hours and the music was bland-rock. I don't even know if that is a music category, but it is the only way I would describe it. Ciocca is a car dealership...it should be fun and exciting to look at cars. Get some tunes to match. Their salespeople and customers will thank them for it. Overall, Ciocca is a very good business with good, ethical people. I trust them.

I do not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. My girlfriend purchased a used Subaru…read morefrom them, and right before selling it to her, the dealership installed new lower control arms. As it needed them to pass inspection. Unfortunately, the lower control arm bolts were not properly torqued during installation, which caused the bolts to loosen over time and created a major safety issue. As someone familiar with cars, this is completely unacceptable. Suspension components are critical safety items, and improperly torqued control arm bolts like this can potentially lead to loss of control or even a wheel / knuckle assembly coming off while driving. This vehicle was driven over an hour each way from and back to the dealership before the issue was discovered. With no compensation This was not a small oversight as it's three fasteners that hold the lower control arm to the knuckle and mounts. It was negligent workmanship that could have had very serious consequences. I strongly Do NOT recommend having any vehicle purchased and if you do take it to a independent garage or different dealer that is competent enough to ensure the job is done right and you or your family is safe while driving. The vehicle will be going through an advanced inspection to ensure there was no more oversights or safety issues as I value the safety of the driver.

They did both recent oil changes with 6 quarts plus oil filter. They changed an actuator solenoid in 8 days. They test drove 3 times and apparently did NOT check oil level. I picked up vehicle and came home and there it was overfilled again. I had to have a quart of oil extracted by local mechanic. There is something definitely wrong about this. I have no confidence in this dealership. Car was in service from 3/23/2026 to 4/3/2026. Then taken to second mechanic for extraction of oil. Received the car back on 4/7/2026. This vehicle is 2024 Chevy Trax.

Mike and his team were fantastic. Normally a dreaded experience, they made car buying welcoming and win-win. After a nice test drive, I decided I was interested in the vehicle. I asked if I could have my mechanic check it out to make sure all was in working order, and they were willing to comply. After my mechanic checked it out, he found some problems that were waiting to happen; including leaking break fluid. The suspicious part was the Select Auto had told me the car recently passed inspection, but my mechanic made it clear to me that it shouldn't have passed. After deciding that purchasing the vehicle was not in my best financial interest, I returned the vehicle to the dealer and repeated what my mechanic had said to me. Up until this point the employees had been extremely positive and helpful but once my disinterest in purchasing the vehicle became evident; their tone changed. This makes me believe that their pleasantries were disingenuous. My big issue is the fact that they were able to have a vehicle pass inspection, when my mechanic (who does do vehicle inspection) said it shouldn't have. I see this as extremely fishy and would be extremely cautious when thinking of buying from this dealer.

In July 2025, I contacted Thompson Toyota to place an advance order for a 2026 Toyota RAV4 Limited…read moreHybrid. I clearly explained that I would purchase the vehicle from Thompson if they honored the $500 Hero discount that was being offered at Team Toyota. The Sales Manager, Steve Tagye, responded and initially confirmed that honoring the $500 discount would not be an issue. Based on this clear agreement, I placed a deposit. After several months of waiting for the redesigned RAV4 to enter production, the dealership located a vehicle for me in February. At this point, communication broke down completely. The sales consultant, Ken, could not make even minor decisions and was forced to defer to Steve Tagye for nearly everything. In March, Steve Tagye unilaterally backed out of the previously agreed-upon $500 discount on a vehicle with a list price of approximately $49,000. Despite the clear documentation of our agreement and my repeated references to it, he refused to honor the commitment and attempted to argue that the agreement never existed. This was a blatant use of manipulative and unethical sales tactics, wasting my time and trust. I immediately requested my deposit back and decided to take my business elsewhere. Potential buyers should exercise extreme caution when dealing with Steve Tagye and Thompson Toyota.
