Here, you will find a vast selection of salads, to include seafood salad and sushi, romaine to kale. Many popular salad dressings, alas no blue cheese. After the cold food, proceed to the water bar (with a clean plate). Here, several popular warm dishes are available, including mashed potatoes, mac and cheese and spaghetti. After the water dishes, or really any time during your meal, flip your coaster from red to green and prepare for a veritable onslaught of different meats brought to your table, served on skewers. The servers either slice hunks of meat off for your enjoyment. Meats like flank steak, sirloin, beef tenderloin, chicken (many different versions), lamb, sausage, and garlic bread.
