The premises here is that once seated you receive a round "coaster like" item. Red on one side, green on the other. You start with the coaster, red side up. First stop is the salad bar area. Here, you will find a vast selection of salads, to include seafood salad and sushi, romaine to kale. Many popular salad dressings, alas no blue cheese. After the cold food, proceed to the water bar (with a clean plate). Here, several popular warm dishes are available, including mashed potatoes, mac and cheese and spaghetti. After the water dishes, or really any time during your meal, flip your coaster from red to green and prepare for a veritable onslaught of different meats brought to your table, served on skewers. The servers either slice hunks of meat off for your enjoyment. Meats like flank steak, sirloin, beef tenderloin, chicken (many different versions), lamb, sausage, and garlic bread. The exterior of this restaurant is massive and felt like a large Shopping Center with beautiful landscaping, water features, beautiful windows, and colorful siding. Upon arrival, we were asked at the door our party size. They had two entry lines based on table sizes. Since our party was four, we were sent to the shorter line and did not even have to wait to be seated. As we were walked to our table, we passed massive sailing ships complete with rows of hot and cold foods. The ceiling was reminiscent of the ocean skies.
