This is my third time at this oversized and under occupied chinese restaurant and it is definitely my last. I give this restaurant ZERO. Staff does not make eye contact and most do not speak english. There is no itemization of your bill. You just get a slip with a dollar amount and when I asked for the itemized bill there was the " I don't speak english" response. We ordered chicken curry. No curry taste. No chicken. Overload of the left over parts of cabbage. We split the dish and requested 2 plates. The platter arrived and we asked for two plates and we were told we would be charged 1.00 for each. I'm just really tired of this restaurant and wont return. it just got worse. OKAY.... I love Wor Wonton soup. All I got here was just a bunch of friggin wonton thrown in the under flavored something or other. My mouth was filled with gelatin and soggy dough. Four of us ate here and the food was just very sub par. The almond chicken was more savory than sweet and just didn't have a very nice taste to it. The pork fried rice had tough overcooked pieces of pork and was also very lightly seasoned it tasted basically like white rice with just enough ingredients thrown in to technically call it fried rice. My wife and I do not understand the negative comments about this fine restaurant. The food is excellent; always. Their service (we only do take out) is excellent. That is everything is packed correctly and stays piping hot on the drive home. The portions are very good. BEST Hot and Sour Soup EVER. And we mostly get Moo Shu Pork and Lemon Chicken along with the soup. We transfer the food out of their containers into air tight ones; that means the meals stay fresh and yummy for leftovers. They are always friendly there; the pricing is reasonable; and if you want extra plum sauce for example, just ask for it. We give this place 5-stars. Best Chinese style food in the area. read more

The staff are all friendly and courteous. The facility is also clean and orderly. However, the tables are cramped and unsuitable for anything larger than a group of two. My group of four suffered a miserable dining experience as we struggled to fit all of the plates and serving dishes on table. My wife and daughter (140 & 110 pounds respectively) were cramped and uncomfortable, as was my grown son and I. The Mu-Shu Chicken looked like the Chop Suie Chicken looked like the Chop Suie Shrimp. We've been coming to this restaurant for 8 years on and off since Prescott is limited in their selection of Chinese restaurants. We originally started to come here for their hot and sour soup which were a delight but I've noticed the last few times I've ordered the soup, it's not as tasty as before. I used to go in and just ordered the soup with a bowl of rice for lunch. Then they started charging me $2.95 for a bowl of rice which I thought was a bit outrageous . . . The food is good, it's quick, the portions are large. More than enough for another meal the next day. The lunch special includes soup, tea, and an egg roll, which makes for a nice variety of food and textures on the table. Don't forget to try the hot mustard (a condiment on the table).
