The answer was no every time. Nobody offered me a case number or a next step. I understand that a zipper can fail. Manufacturing isn't perfect and I wasn't expecting perfection. What I was expecting was that when something goes wrong in the first week on a $200 piece, the company that made it would want to make it right. That's what the price is supposed to mean. The hard part isn't the money. I wanted to buy something as a gift to myself. She happened to be there again, and when I asked about an item on the silver rack she was once again very rude and dismissive. She had an accent (I didn't catch her name), but she was much kinder and actually helpful, so I appreciated that. The store itself is really cute. The design feels very 70s-inspired and they even have a lounge-style seating area that feels like a waiting room. They also regularly have items on outside sale racks--things like bathing suits, hats, shirts, leggings, and sweatpants. Parking is not great. You may have to park across the road for free parking or drive further down to find a spot. Also, because the store is in Malibu, expect heavy traffic. Overall, I probably won't be returning to this location. Now that I know my size and have a few pieces from the brand, I'll likely just order online.
