To add to this, we needed to be buzzed in so we could enter the premise. Once we were inside, the ambiance changed completely and there were a couple of IG worthy spots to take pictures while checking in. We opted for the spinning art experience since my daughter is too young to partake in the more elaborate ones. Originally, we booked for 4 people but one person got sick so we asked if we could transfer the funds for that person for another experience since there are no refunds. Luckily, was able to contact them the day before and added the bunny paint pour over experience. Ozzie was our guide and he was super kind and gentle with my daughter. We were instructed to pick 5 colors and then we donned our plastic bootie covers, apron and gloves. We entered our designated art room and was blown away by all the colors on the wall. There was even a tire swing which my daughter was all about. The spinning art experience was a lot of fun and I enjoyed seeing my daughter embrace the paint. I think her favorite part was when she had free rein to paint all over the walls. Overall, we had a great time. Only down side is that it does go by super quick and is quite an expensive experience for one hour. However, we get to have a treasured memento which is ready for pick up about 5 days afterwards and we did have a great time. That being said, #noragrats!

I love that they have continued chapters to the story for a returned experience. I appreciated the variety of locks and codes throughout the rooms and attention to detail. It felt like I walked myself into a fallout meets resident evil vibe. We'll be returning for sure. For parking, their site gives primo instructions and we ended up parking by the Scientology building with excellent affordable rates for the time needed to experience the escape room. Not a good place for those physically impaired.

Later she lead the class while also taking candid photos of our group. She took her time explaining the process and checking in to make sure we were all following along. Aja was fun and entertaining. She took various groups shots always paying great attention to detail. This was a wonderful experience and I would absolutely book again. We were the only party at the time, she laid out all the art to choose from. The space was clean and large enough to accommodate my 10 group and plenty of space to walk around. There were couches and kitchen area with a small refrigerator. Overall the space was a 10. Experience a 10. And instruction a 10.

I was fortunate enough to book a class, since they still had openings. In order to book, you are required to pay $5 per person, and each person shooting needs a reservation. For the first time archer classes you need to arrive 15 minutes to sign in, get placed with a group/instructor, get the gear (they measure your arms, for the bow and arrows) the first-time archer classes are 8 AM and the returning is at 10 AM. Our instructor was very informative and helpful throughout the class. We also benefit from having a trainee in class where he was shadowing the main instructor. He was helpful with assisting and correcting our form. I was in a group with 9 other people. Each group was led by an instructor and taken to their own shooting area to learn the etiquette, rules, and how to shoot properly. He provides demonstrations and tips for correct shooting. After each demonstration, instructor invited the group to the line to practice shooting. Instructions were very clear and helpful. At the end, they provide balloons as targets to shoot. If you were able to pop the balloon, you get a cool pin. After the class was done, the instructor gave us a card to show proof that we've taken the first class, and we can sign up for the returning class if we decide to. Parking is limited. There is a small parking lot and it gets filled quickly. Come early or park on the street and walk down the hill.

This archery range is something else. It is basically a trail with targets spread out, mimicking…read moredifferent hunting scenarios that you can practice for. There are also more of a long range targets if you are into that. The range is very well maintained, never too crowded, and the whole experience is just unmatched. I have been to several archery ranges and this is absolutely in its own league. Per City of Pasadena regulations you need to be certified to practice at the range, which entails about an hour long class and a small fee. Just keep in mind that it will take about a month to get your cert sent to you, so do it in advance. Absolutely worth it. Any interactions I have had with the staff and members of the club have been great. They also have classes, competitions, events, etc. Once a month (I believe 3rd Sunday of every month) they put up 3D targets, which are a lot of fun. Honestly, this place is a gem. P.S. It is also the oldest continuously operating field archery range in the world.

His energy, leadership, and ability to keep everyone involved were outstanding. Not only did all of our invited guests have a great time, but even children who happened to be walking by wanted to join in the fun. We booked a cooking class for March 13 as part of an anniversary weekend. The initial class was…read morecanceled and we were rebooked in another group class for the same date. I received an email saying we were rebooked and the chef was confirmed and that we would receive details a few days before. Yesterday I reached out for details and was told they "dropped the ball" and we had not been rebooked. The customer service agent claimed she had no record of our ever being told we rebooked (I sent her the emails). She said we were refunded, then changed her story when I said I saw no refund and said we were never charged. No offer to book another class. Even a confirmation email from them does NOT mean you have a reservation!
