I then ask the lady at the front (before bike was done), how much would it have been if I didn't bring my own tube? "$15". Wait what? I'm so confused. Then why am I being charged $15 if I provided my own tube? "Well you didn't ask and just said you wanted the tube replaced with what you brought so that's what we're charging you for". Kinda had a little back and forth but ultimately, just knew it wasn't worth it or going anywhere based off the rude lady's demeanor. Small shop in need or not, customer service goes a long way and if they're hurting for business, definitely not surprised why.

I thought that was awesome because everywhere else they want 80 and up. I came today with the bike and was told 20 for the inter tube and 45 for repair cost. I was vey upset because I was told different and the reason I came was because of the price. After complaining the owner Steve stepped in and offer to fix my bike at the price I was quoted before. I thought that was excellent customer service. Why loose a potential long time customer for a few bucks and a misunderstanding. I really appreciate Steve for helping me. This place is awesome they have a wide variety of options for bikes and accessories. They also have reasonable prices they have e-bikes worth a thousand or more on sale for hundreds . Then the brush fire happened and got relocated to Hungry Valley. Understandable . Both times that they relocated us , Kelly was very accommodating and communicative through text. She made sure that we keep the same day , same time slot no matter what or offer a full refund. When we got to the location in the day of , Silvia and girl (I forgot her name ) who checked us in were very helpful and nice and wanted to make sure we were prepared . During these COVID times , they took our temperature , made sure we sanitized our hands , and put a sanitary head and mouth covering on before putting the sanitized helmet on . We got there an hour early because we had to commute from an hour away and wanted to be on time . They let us ride early as soon as we got there and Sylvia was a fantastic guide . She took amazing pictures of us and made sure we were okay throughout the ride The trail was beautiful and the scenery was captivating . He literally had 6 customers within 15 mins and knocked 5 of them out just like that! One person was waiting on ski adjustments which took more time. I came in with a minor road bike tire repair and he solved the problem in seconds! We have now two bike shops on the Westchester area and the other one is shut down until 1/2! These guys are open because ski season is among us and he stays busy! Wise man. Lots of bikes for sale and rental, same with skis, ski boots, helmets, and all the things! Highly recommend this place! The owner is also seeking talented ski technicians so if you need work and have this unique and advanced level skill go apply!
