Noticed this coffee shop on our way back to our hotel from the shuttle so came to try it out the following day. Small coffee shop but has plenty of outside seating that has incredible views of the mountains. I got their white chocolate iced coffee with oat milk and my goodness was it delicious! Very flavorful and was definitely made with love. The staff is really amazing as well they are very friendly and will walk you through the menu. Tried their ham and cheese croissant which was good but the avocado toast looked so much better and would definitely get next time! Definitely stop by the shop they also sell bit of some merch like ground coffee, hats, shirts, tumbler cups, stickers, etc. read more

I got a vanilla matcha. Not the best matcha, but not the worst. Looking at previous reviews, I thought my matcha would be as dark but it was a pretty light green. Tasted a lot like vanilla milk. Also got a caramel latte and it was good. read more

The cool looking building fooled us and all the yelp reviews. Everything needed improvement, from the staff to the food/coffee quality. Vanilla Caramel coffee had no flavor, just milk and coffee. Nothing "specialty" about it. The pastries (croissants and muffins) were old and stale...pulled out of a container bin. All of this was not worth the 45 min wait in line! read more

Skip this one! Overrated. 45 minute line. Lattes were terrible and we could have made coffee in our RV that was better. Pastries straight from Costco it seemed. Staff was untrained and bunch of kids didn't seem to know what they were doing. Don't waste your time on this one! read more

I was so excited to visit Canyon Coffee during our trip to Zion I've been following them on Instagram and had high hopes! I ordered the iced vanilla caramel latte, which was good, and my husband got an Americano pretty standard. What really left us disappointed was the lack of customer service. The first time we stopped by, it was 15 minutes before closing, so we gave them the benefit of the doubt when we weren't greeted. But when we returned at a much earlier time, the energy was still flat no welcome, no warmth, just... nothing. It made me wonder if all the glowing reviews are more about getting one of their stickers than the actual experience read more

Beautiful coffee shop close to Zion national park. Service is friendly. They offer a lot of different flavored lattes. Plenty of space outside to do some work if the weather is nice. Definitely recommend after a whole day of hiking in the park. Check them out! read more

Super cute little coffee shop right outside of Zion. Lots of tasty looking baked goods, cool merch, and a good sized menu of drinks. The interior of the place isn't huge, but they have ample outdoor patio seating for warmer days. Staff were helpful and speedy. I believe this is a new establishment didn't see this near the entrance of Zion national Park until today. Customers come through nonstop. I gots to check it out. There are parking spaces for you to pull into for 20 minutes at a time. I got the drip coffee; I got to say, this is one of the best drip coffees I've ever had. Tastes like artesian, coffee coming from a drip? seems hard to believe. Bought a bag home to enjoy. It's a really small space, you can only fit probably 10 at best. There are a few outdoor seating, nice place to get some sun. read more

If I had to guess, it sat under a heat lamp for a few minutes & the fresh fettuccini had absorbed too much of the sauce. The waiter came to check on us. I commented that the bread didn't come as an appetizer...and that I had to ask the runner for it...and that we still didn't have the oil & vinegar to go with it. He seemed crestfallen & said he was going to speak to the manager (or maybe he said owner...not positive). He came back with oil & vinegar. Then a blonde lady with an affected way of speaking came to discuss the Bread Situation. We related what had happened & she apologized. We had a scoop of key lime gelato for dessert - the best tasting thing we had. When the check came, the waiter said "the bread has been taken off your bill...sorry again for that." My wife scanned the bill & replied "no...it's still on here." The waiter took a gander...rolled his eyes...and went to speak with the blonde. He returned & said "I apologize...she says she isn't removing it from your bill. I feel horrible...if you want, I'll pay for the bread." Of course we didn't accept. We settled the bill & left. The decent food just was not worth the lackluster service & prices. Should'a grabbed a pizza & eaten it outside. Live & learn.

The Bennett was smooth and balanced, while the Lemon White Mocha had a unique flavor combination that worked surprisingly well. The atmosphere was welcoming, the coffee was consistently good, and it's definitely a spot worth checking out if you're in the area. Also, if you're there later in the evening, definitely check out their speakeasy for cocktails -- it's a great hidden gem and absolutely worth the visit.

Canyon Coffee has a nice vibe and a convenient location right in Springdale, which makes it an easy stop before heading into the park. That said, it's definitely on the expensive side, even compared to other tourist-area coffee shops. Be prepared for a long wait too -- the line moved slowly, and it took a while to get our drinks. I tried the pumpkin spice latte and unfortunately it just wasn't great. The flavors felt a bit off and it didn't have that warm, balanced fall taste you'd expect. On the other hand, the chai latte was solid -- comforting, well spiced, and definitely the better choice between the two. Overall, Canyon Coffee has potential, but the high prices, long wait, and inconsistent drinks made it a mixed experience. Might be worth it if you're already nearby and craving a chai, but maybe not the spot for specialty seasonal drinks. read more
