    Pepperoni pizza 7"
    Ron S.

There is not a lot of places in Bryce Canyon so we gave this place a shot. I was skeptical about this place because it had a lot of 1 star reviews. I guess it might have to do with timing. It is not large so if a group of people come in they may try to rush. It was not crowded so they were pleasant. We ordered 2 of the 7" pizzas. A pepperoni and all meat. We imagined cheep cardboard pizza and were pleasantly surprised to have a decent pizza. Everything was cooked well and hot when we picked them up. They were the perfect size for us. They do make a 14" size as well.

    Small combo pizza

My husband and I wanted something different to eat since we went to the restaurant next door to this place the day before. We saw they served pizza and burgers and we were craving that. Big mistake. The small combo pizza I ordered was disappointing. It didn't have much flavor and the dough was definitely not cooked all the way... My husband got their burger and fries and the burger itself just tasted really off. Honestly, the best thing here was probably the fries. Unfortunately , I will not be coming back...

We were a little hesitant coming here based on the reviews but we were pleasantly surprised by how good the pizza was! The diner was not at all crowded, quite the opposite of the other restaurant in the same area. We ordered our food and found ourselves a nice little booth. The diner has the interior of a typical 70s diner - small tables, colorful bench type chairs. The menu is decent, but not the typical long menu characteristic of a diner. We got the 14 inch combination pizza for the two of us. In hindsight, a 7 inch pizza would also have been more than sufficient. The pizza was freshly made and quite solid in terms of taste and technique. The crust was perfect, not too thin, not too thick. There were tons of toppings. The only drawback was the lack of chili flakes and cheese packets anywhere in the diner. The lady at the counter was very nice and friendly. The pizza was cheap and lasted us two meals. We highly recommend coming here for pizza.

Stopped here as I was getting back on the road leaving Bryce NP. The dining room is kept clean, you order at the counter and the woman taking our order was friendly. I ordered a bratwurst combo meal, it's warm and it tastes pretty good, I like that it comes in a hoagie bun but it is nothing to write home about. The fries need some salt but they have it available with the other condiments. Perfect little stop to get some food in my belly, I didn't have too high of expectations and I wasn't let down.

    Large Garden Pizza

It was ok, you can order online which I like, we got the garden pizza to-go to eat in the park. Well worth it. A large will feed two hungry adults maybe three. This garden pizza ran about 25 bucks plus tax. It's not great but it's not bad. Garden only had olives, onions and mushrooms in it...so we added chicken.

Had whole bunch of comfort foooooood after a whole day of hiking kind on a sunny day! Glad that they had smoothies, drinks were out for a thirsty customer. We had a couple of meals. Crunchy fries that stayed crunchy is a plus for me. Restroom clean. Saw staff kept on cleaning and sanitizing tables back and forth, and sweeping in between.

The food is not good at all! The chicken tastes like it was frozen. The chicken burger has one tomato and iceberg lettuce, that is all. The onion rings weren't horrible, but I would not recommend.

    Small but clean place

    * Price: very good. $6-7 for most options.$2.95 for coffee, etc. 4 star * Ambiance: clean fast-food restaurant, clean bathroom. 4 star. * Location: Bryce Canyon City, same lot of Ruby Inn and restaurant. * Meals: decent menu with a variety of options for all types of travelers. Good portion and pretty fast service. 4 star * Service: fast. 3+ star. We stopped by this place for lunch while visiting Bryce Canyon NP. The menu has many options, such as burgers, hot dogs, pizza, rice bowl, deserts, coffee, and soda. For $10, you can have decent food and a full belly. I was surprised about their low rating. One thing to point out is that this is a fast-food restaurant. So, you don't expect to have a gourmet meal or table service. It is a good option while visiting the park for a cheap and decent meal as well as a bathroom break.

The plates were cleared on a timely basis and the drinks were filled. It was clean at the buffet. Luis, was our last server in our dinner (our last night). He was friendly and funny! We had lunch on our first and second day, both servers were very friendly and cordial! Lunches (4-stars): We chose the buffet and 1-had the Hamburger with cheese. My sister said her burger was moist and tasty and fries hot and crispy. The buffet for lunch was served on one side of buffet tables with salad and dessert and soft serve ice cream having their separate areas. For lunch, the buffet had a soup area with 2-different soups, corn bread (was a bit dry), and one other item, which I forget. Next to it, was grilled chicken, fish fillet, orange chicken and 2 others; next were the main meats like barbecue pulled pork (very moist and tender), meatloaf and mixed vegetables; next were rice pilaf, mashed potatoes, mixed beans that were tasty. There was a big pile of soft sweet dinner rolls. The salad had all the basics of what you would see in a salad buffet with 4-dressing choices, I believe? For $18, you can't beat the price. We went back for the pulled pork and fish fillet. My sister loved the dinner rolls!! The dessert had just a few items cut in small pieces like orange jello cake, coconut cake and chocolate cake. The orange jello cake was yum! The chocolate was a bit hard. The soft serve ice cream had a cone or cup to fill vanilla, swirls of vanilla/chocolate and chocolate! Carmel or fudge topping was provided. I combined a cake with soft serve ice cream. :) Dinner (4-stars): Third night, was when Spain played England for FIFA which Ruby Inn best western showed it in their lobby. Big crowd was there watching the game; so the line for dinner at 5 pm was none at all. We (3) were sat quickly! Dinner buffet was both sides, this time. More meats and sides: pulled pork but different from lunch (tasted more smoky, tender), beef pot roast (seasoned well with lots of gravy, tender), pork loins (a bit tough but was not bad flavor. Didn't finish it, tho due to the toughness). Fish steamed or baked but was a bit overdone. I like my fish flaky. Nevertheless, it had flavor with a tiny hint of heat. Other meats, like chicken baked and 2-others, i don't remember. They added more sides and there was pasta Alfredo, as well! Desserts had similar except the orange jello cake was replaced with strawberry jello cake, and another strawberry whip cream and a vanilla pudding with fruit topping. The soft serve ice cream was same as lunch. Dinner was $28. Overall, we were happy. The price and decent food was a welcome after doing the hikes and sightseeing! Clean and friendly! We could have gone elsewhere but the price and convenience was worth it! It wasn't the Bacchanal buffet in Vegas, but very good despite a few dishes not being perfect! Price was perfect! Good service! Overall, good food!

There's not a lot to do in tiny Bryce Canyon City, Utah. But I think its safe to say that the town's most popular attraction is the dinner show and combo at Ebenezer's. Our experience started off some live pre-dinner entertainment before the dining room was called row-by-row to hit the chow line. Dinners included steak, chicken, salmon, or BBQ (Pulled pork and chicken). After your entrée was plated, you go down the buffet line for beans, mashed potatoes, veggies, cole slaw, and a dessert. I had the BBQ plate of chicken and pulled pork and enjoyed it a lot. Live music was provided by the Bryce Canyon Wranglers that fielded a rotating lineup of keyboards, guitar, bass, male lead vocals, pedal steel guitar, female vocalist, fiddle, and harmonica. These are some serious songwriters and musicians who have collaborated with the Bellamy Brothers, Kacey Musgraves, Willie Nelson, Brad Paisley, Luke Bryan, Miranda Lambert, Dierks Bentley, Maddie and Tae. Some have appeared on Broadway and television. They entertained us with songs by country music royalty! Hank Williams Marty Robbins , Waylon Jennings, Patsy Cline, Willie Nelson, Arlo Guthrie , Glen Campbell , Ronnie Milsap, Johnny cash, Dolly Parton, Kenny Roger's, and George Strait were all represented. It was a night of good clean family entertainment and comfort food.

The menu is creative, thoughtful, and full of subtle Asian influences without feeling like it is trying too hard to fit into one category. We kept noticing little details like yuzu, black sesame, crispy shallots, and silken tofu, and eventually became so curious about the chef that we asked about her. Chef Tessa came out and sat with us, and we were so glad she did. She has only been there a short time, and she created the menu herself. Hearing about her background and how she developed the dishes made us appreciate the food even more. The tuna crudo with yuzu was beautiful. The vegan chocolate mousse was outstanding and made with silken tofu, which I never would have guessed. It was rich, smooth, and had this wonderful crunchy element with black sesame, sea salt, and a caramel-like sweetness. The fry bread was another favorite. I had never had fry bread before, so I had nothing to compare it to, but it had this delicate balance of savory and sweet that reminded me a little of funnel cake batter without all the powdered sugar. And then there is the Baked Utah. This dessert deserves its own paragraph. Yuzu sponge cake, raspberry, and marshmallow meringue piped into the shape of a little beehive. Utah is the Beehive State, so it is clever, adorable, completely appropriate to the setting, and it tastes amazing. It honestly feels like something that should become a signature Utah dessert. The service was just as memorable as the food. Everyone was warm, relaxed, and genuinely kind. Even the bartender made an impression. I ordered club soda with orange bitters, loved the bitters, and she was sweet enough to bring us the bottle. Sky Nova ended up being one of the highlights of our entire Bryce Canyon trip. Beautiful setting, excellent food, creative menu, and people who made us feel genuinely welcome. Chef Tessa, please keep the Baked Utah.

Getting in late it was the only place open after 9 and it was either buffet style or order off the menu. One of us got coconut shrimp and the other grilled shrimp and we split them between us. The one bright spot was the shrimp came with a decent amount - 10 coconut and 8 grilled. However the food was quite bad...the shrimp had no flavor, even the coconut one. The fries were horrible. The asparagus was not cooked or even fit to serve. I dropped one on the floor and I was surprised it didn't go through the floor. Service was also bad- really tried to rush people in and out. The drinks came without any straws or refills. The restaurant was large and somewhat clean but also cramped around the buffet area. Came back for breakfast because it was included with the stay. Breakfast was only buffet style. Worst bacon ever. The bread was quite stale. The potato cubes were flavorless. The canyon was lovely and the room here was fine, but do yourself a favor and find some alternate food.
