I was looking for a spot to take my sequence dress for a cleaning, and the places I was calling around would not take it and I understand because of the material however, here at Canyon gate, they told me to bring it in and they would tell me if they would be able to help me spot clean. I was glad that I did go and that they were able to do the spot clean for me and my dress still look like you. They also refreshed it in meditation. I took many other pieces, dressing, shirts, ties suit, jacket, and everything was cleaned to perfection. There were no weird odors to it, and they were done in the time estimated. Our production has been using Canyon Gate Cleaners during a recent film shoot, and they have been absolutely fantastic. Patrick, the owner, has gone above and beyond to help our costume department with extremely fast turnaround times on worn wardrobe pieces. In film production, timing is everything, and he has been incredibly attentive, communicative, and accommodating throughout the entire process. They never fail me or mess up my garments whether it's delicate, embellished, faux fur, etc. I had an emergency garment that needed spot treatment on delicate fabric & they accommodated me last minute for a big event! I have so many good things to write about this place I can't even fit them in a review. First off, these guys can help remove stains from EVERYTHING. I had a fancy pink dress that was smothered in blue frosting after a party, and the frosting literally wasn't getting off my hands. I am shocked at the level of rudeness from the owner of Canyon Gate cleaners. I have been a loyal customer for many years and have an account with them. I dropped off a number of items and wasn't provided a claim ticket since I have an account. I went to collect my items and was missing 7 pieces. The owner not only called me a liar but refused to take the time to locate my items and refused to check the security cameras. He said to never come back and then hung up on me. Don't worry I won't be!! Don't go to this dry cleaners- they loose items and then refuse to be helpful in trying to locate them. read more

Interesting how a lot of the 5-star reviews are from out of state... Florida, California, North Carolina... Anyway, I brought my dry cleaning here for a while due to proximity to my home. The lady with the tattoos on her arms was never pleasant, and usually just rude, but I let it go. Today was the last straw though. When one of my shirts was missing, she was a smart-a$S about it and basically called me a liar. Picking up dry cleaning shouldn't be this dramatic. I have never had any issues with this cleaner. They asked on Tuesday if I wouldn't mind picking them up on Thursday. I should have said no, but thought I was doing them a favor. Tonight, I went to pick up my dry cleaning. The lights were off and no one was in sight. I looked in the windows, tried the doors... but no one came. It was about 5:45pm. They close at six according to the ticket and signage on the door. Tried calling no one answered. I pray they open at 8am or I will be buying stuff to wear as I have a business trip and I can't come back later. Reply to owners message. I was there at least 15 minutes before your closed. There was no note stating an emergency... no return call. I understand being short of staff and emergencies. Note: Your emergency created issues for me I had to rush like a crazy person to get my clothing and get to the airport that morning I time for my flight. Note: I was polite to your workers... but received no apology... they were more like oh well. The three stars are for the cleaning of the clothing and the missing two are for the lack of I'm sorry. New in the neighborhood, not sure where to take my alterations to, so needless to say I took "the path of least resistance" and visited Canyon Gate with my major hem job of 7 pairs of jeans/slacks. Putting on/taking off and having this all done is a lot of work, however the attendant I worked with was pleasant, considerate and patient; she even had a great suggestion to one pair of jeans to be hemmed (which I followed, glad I did!). When I went to pick them up, all were done beautifully, expertly ... I was very pleased. Again, at pick-up she did remind me that drive-up is available, so next time to simply drive to the slider and she would just hand me my dry cleaning/clothes. I used these guys for awhile. They were never very nice, but whatever it's just dropping off and picking up dry cleaning. The staffs apparent unhappiness wasn't enough to run me off. The real problem is in their processes. You drop off cleaning nd they don't give you any receipt. Recently, I dropped off my items and came back a few days later to pick it up. I had missing items, but the lady just told me I was wrong and that I didn't drop off what I know I did. Conveniently for them, i have no drop off receipt to prove it, because they don't give you one when you drop off. BEWARE!! Lost clothing with indifferent (at best) attitudes from staff and no recourse for the consumer. I'll find an honest business for my future dry cleaning needs. read more
