I didn't get a chance to use the service, however I called and asked if I'd be able to go from Park City to Snowbird this morning and was met with quite the attitude. I was told this is not possible and needs to be booked in advance. This was fine, but then he proceeded to say "so you just got up and decided you wanted to go to snowbird today? do you do that when you go to the airport, decide where you're going when you get there?" I just wanted a ride and the dude went out of his way to be rude for no reason. I hope you lose all of your business thanks to the guy that answers the phone. read more

This could not have been an easier way to get to Park City. Mike was great, communicated well and followed through on everything he said. Was able to pay via Square (could have used Venmo or Google Pay) on our equally easy return. Definitely use this service when you need group transport from SLC. read more

My boyfriend and I had heard great things about skiing at Alta and since we were staying in Park City without a car I started looking for shuttle options and found this company. They also service Brighton, Solitude and Snowbird. They have a package deal for transportation and a lift pass that is a great deal. This was the most affordable option I could find and the service did not disappoint. We just called to reserve our spot in the van the night before our trip. The driver picked us up at our hotel on-time and was very courteous. He was very friendly and chatted with us on the way to the resort. At the end of the day he picked us up on time and helped load our skis and boots. I would definitely use this service again! read more

Soooo..... My son got violently sick while we stayed at the brighton resort. With no car i kept trying uber and a taxi. I kept getting confirmations then cancellations. Stumbled on the phone number for canyon hop. I called and Mike said the best he could do was 45 minutes. I told him definitely having no other options. Mac the driver showed up and went above and beyond to get my son to Primary Childrens hospital. When i got there and rushed my son in, i came back out to see what i owed. He actually offered to take care of it himself. At that point i just have him every dollar of cash i had... wanted to hug him. What's more tonight i get a text just checking to make sure my son was ok. GREAT PEOPLE! read more

For those Staying in Park City who want to ski the cottonwood canyons (alta/snowbird or Brighton/Solitude), Canyon Hop is a great shuttle service. ~$50 they pick you up at your condo/house and take you there and back. Very convenient, especially if :1. you did not rent a car or 2. you need to leave the car with others in Park City (for me wife and kiddos). Mickey was our driver and was fantastic. I used them to get to Alta and will definitely use them again next trip. They sell discount tickets as well. So for ~$110 I got RT transportation from my door to Alta and back, including my lift ticket. It really does not get much better. Also, if you are a skier, do not miss out on alta! read more

Canyon Hop is the only shuttle service I found that will transport you from Park City to the other nearby resorts. Hotels will tell you just to take an uber but they are more expensive and less reliable. I drove with Mike the owner and he was fantastic. It was easy to book, he was right on time, answered any questions and offered helpful information and genuinely seemed to care about the well-being of our trip (he gave us a business card with contact information in case of any issues and was anxious to hear how our day was when we got back). Not only is the transportation reasonable, he offers discounted lift tickets which is a really good deal if you haven't advanced booked. I loved it so much I booked the following day so I could check out another resort. Unfortunately, Mike wasn't the driver the second day but the other driver got us from point A to B. read more

Have been skiing in Park City for many years without trying this service. What a mistake! There is no easier way to get to mountains in other canyons. They drop you at the lodge and hand you a lift ticket!! Our driver, Jeff, was friendly, accommodating and right on time. read more

Mike (owner) was easy to deal with. Jeff (driver) was full of local knowledge and my family enjoyed our shuttle ride between Deer Valley and Alta. snow conditions in Park City was pretty dismal so despite lift tickets already purchased with our lodging package, we decided to spend a day at Alta and Canyon Hop's reasonably priced ride/lift ticket package made the extra expense sting a little less. We might end up in Alta again in a couple of days if DV skiing doesn't improve tomorrow. read more

My family used Canyon Hop twice on a recent trip to Park City. Cheap - yes. Nasty - YES ! You get what you pay for I guess. Actual drivers nice and friendly. However the owner (Mike) should not be in the service industry. On both occasions he was verbally abusive, thrust his finger at my wife's face and then in a final act of fury choose to call us up early the last morning on the slopes to announce a change of time pick up. This call was not received by anyone else or the driver and was solely designed to cut our precious ski day short. The catalyst ? Who knows, but on the first morning he arrived in a rage as I had not doubly confirmed my pick up - already fully paid for and arranged. I had struggled with my overseas mobile making connection and eventually had to give up. But as per above, I had fully paid up, he knew our hotel And surname and the risk was on me. Second morning we were ready a full 10 mins before pick up time but hotel fronts desk ran 5 mins late to open up ski locker. This sent him into a fury. I can confirm that the rest of the pick up party were all fine. I mean 5 minutes over a day that is about 10 hours long door to door ! So as I said up front. Cheap yes. Nasty yes. To the drivers. Staying in a hotel at Park City Mountain resort without a car, I wanted to go skiing at Alta one day and used Canyon Hop and LOVED IT!!!!! Absolutely recommended for everyone!!!!!!!! Mike was my driver and he was fantastic!!!!! Very friendly and courteous! Came to pick me up at my hotel 8AM then dropped me off at Alta right on time when it just opened!!! (Fresh powder!) And then came back to pick me up at Alta at the specific time I requested to get dropped off at my hotel!!!!!!!!! I loved/enjoyed the scenic drive to Snowbird and Alta!!!! Absolutely gorgeous!!!! They go to Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude and Snowbasin! And it was very affordable!! I got the ski ticket and round trip package which saved me some money! (Paying with cash is cheaper too!) Next time I come back to Park City, I would definitely use them again to go back to Alta and other ski resorts in Cottonwood Canyons!!!!!! read more
