We met Lenny (Leonard) who managed the overall project on-site as well as Art & Sara who managed the office/follow-ups/payment and with all the contractors we worked with for our house, they were by far the best in class. The roof was done on time and communication was phenomenal. Highly recommend for roofing and solar panel installation. Because I verify everything, I called Solar Insure, Enphase, FranklinWH, and REC directly to confirm Infinity is a Premium or Platinum installer with each. They are. She offered a free panel cleaning, which she set up internally and had their team come out this past Friday without issue. Since the cleaning the panels have been much better performing especially after these past few weeks of misting and rain, about 25% higher output. I didn't think much of it but I get now it's worth doing to get the most out of the panels. Overall a very good response and experience with OC specifically for this issue. I feel that they do want to stand out from the crowd and responding proactively to feedback gives me more confidence they'll take care of issues as they hear about them.

They respond to my questions with 'Larry said he will check on it today.' and 'I just text him that you are asking for an update' but they never follow through. How long does it take to get an update? It's been 1 month since their last message and there's been nothing since. Clearly this company needs to get serious about their customer service. I'm not going to continue chasing after these guys for service. Earlier this year they received several positive reviews, then there's a drop off. Someone recently left a similar review about them earlier this month, so perhaps this company is heading down a bad path. Often times when researching companies, I prefer to start with the negative reviews then move onto the positive ones. The negative reviews at times gives more useful information than a fluffy, positive review would. You can choose to roll the dice with these guys or go with a company that's responsive and true to their words. I've gone with another company.
