Personal 8" Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza

This place was a great stop! The pizza was delicious, the vibes were nice, and service was great! We were eagerly greeted by some girls at the front counter and they were very helpful when ordering. We got there around 5 and it was not very busy. The wait was around 20 minutes, which I fully expected. I got the chicken bacon ranch pizza and my husband got the buffalo chicken pizza. Both were very good!

Not many pizza options in Moab, so we decided to take a stab at Canyon Pizza. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Nice and clean interior, plenty of seating and light from all the windows.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] You walk up and order from a host at the counter, then get your food delivered to your table. The Bacon Steakburger pizza is insanely good! So many flavors and the pickles with the white BBQ sauce drizzle is addictive! Salads were good, but be aware the Caesar salad has chicken chunks in it. Not my fave, but lots of value.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This is a busy and popular pizza restaurant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We went into to order a take out pizza; we probably waited about 15 min. As we were waiting more and more people came in either to pick up their pizza or to dine in. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The service was friendly, and the large windows overlooks the Main Street of downtown Moab.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We ordered Supreme pizza; it was good, but was a bit too salty for my taste.

Absolutely fantastic pizza! The personal pizza size is perfect and a very reasonable price. This is literally a perfectly executed buffalo chicken pizza in my opinion, exactly how it should be done. I also really loved that they cut it into 6 pieces and not just 4 large quarters.

Delicious food. We got the jalapeño popper and it was unique and delicious. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Just don't go there expecting to have a conversation with the people you went with. It is the loudest place I've ever eaten in.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

We ordered garlic knots and 2 individual pizzas for the 2 of us; way more food than we could eat. The leftovers heated up well too. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It is a large open area with plenty of open seating after you order.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Everything was made to order and could be customized. We will be returning with friends the next time we are in Moab.

Amazing fresh Pizza! Our group had salads & pizza. Small salads were huge! Almost a meal in it self. Great choices of different pizzas or make your own. Pizzas were super hot and great tasting. Everyone enjoyed their meals here. Staff was fast & efficient. Place was busy and they kept up. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Kids would love this place.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Lots of room for big groups.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

3.5 Stars We had dinner at Canyon Pizza during our first night in Moab. I feel like the town rotates primarily between diners, pizza, Mexican spots, and Thai cuisine, in terms of the food scene (that is to say, I'm not expecting much). The place offers specialty and customizable pizzas. The first three toppings are free, with a $1 charge for each additional topping or substitution. We ordered the 16" Family pizzas (Supreme and Nashville Hot Pie), which are large and incredibly filling, making them great for families. We also ordered a side of the Cheesy Garlic Bread ($14). However, be prepared for a busy atmosphere, especially during dinner time. The crust is somewhat thin but surprisingly doughy and soft, which was unexpected. My favorite was the Nashville Hot Pie. The pickles on pizza -- definitely not something you see every day -- surprisingly worked well. It's savory and tangy, without the sweetness that you might find in a BBQ chicken pizza. The Supreme tasted like a typically Combo pizza from Costco, nothing exceptional. As for the Cheesy Garlic Bread, it tasted very similar to a basic cheese pizza, lacking a strong garlic flavor. We were disappointed as we were expecting a more garlicky bite. You can choose between marinara or ranch for dipping. Super filling and carb heavy. Our party of six did not finish our meal and had a box of leftovers to take home. Decent pizza with unique options.

Would eat here again any time I'm in Moab. The Pizza was hot and tasted very good. The wings were soft and the hot honey BBQ was awesome.

The service was sort of self-service, since you order at the counter and get your own drinks. The pizza was great. The prices were fair.

For dinner we had the angel hair Bolognese, the sopressata pizza with that great Italian ham, and I had the polpette with meatballs. Everything tasted fantastic. The flavors were rich, fresh, and exactly what we were hoping for after a long day on the trail. Service was quick, efficient, and everyone inside was genuinely friendly. My cup was never empty and the staff stayed on top of everything without hovering. The space is more open and cavernous than intimate, so if you're looking for a cozy Italian date spot this isn't that. But if you want great food in a relaxed place, it hits the mark. We took some pizza home and ate it the next day and it was still amazing. We enjoyed the whole experience and would absolutely come back.

We were pretty excited to see a Neapolitan pizza and pasta restaurant in Moab. The reviews looked…read moresolid, and from what I remembered from our last visit many years ago, there were not many pizza options in town. We ordered the Salsiccia e Funghi, a sausage and mushroom pizza, along with the mussels in white wine sauce appetizer, homemade Italian cream sodas, and one additional limonata soda. The pizza was okay, but not the quality I would expect from a polished Neapolitan-style pizza place, especially at this price point. The mussels appetizer had potential because white wine sauce is exactly the kind of dish we usually enjoy with bread. Before ordering, I specifically asked about the bread because we like having enough to sop up the broth, the way you would expect at a good Italian restaurant. Our waitress said she would bring as much bread as we wanted. There were three of us, and the appetizer came with three pieces of bread. Given the earlier conversation, we later asked for three more pieces. The request seemed to bother her. When she delivered the extra bread, sensing her frustration, we said she could add it to the bill, and she told us she already had. That was frustrating because we had just discussed it before ordering. We were attempting to be more gracious, and she missed the mark with her response. She could have said ok, or thank you, or "no it's ok I told you could have as much bread as you wanted for the mussels" The mussels themselves were also uneven. Several had not opened during cooking, which is generally a sign that they should not be served or eaten. With mussels, the usual food-safety rule is: if they do not open during cooking, do not eat them. The FDA's consumer seafood guidance says clams, mussels, and oysters should open during cooking, and the ones that do not open should be thrown out. That made us question the quality control and preparation of the dish. The cream sodas were mixed. The berry version was delicious, but the mango version missed the mark. It was not sweet at all and tasted like the mango may not have been ripe. A little simple syrup, or ripe mango, would have helped a lot. The unripe mango soda ends up tasting a little like pine sol smells. We were also disappointed because the prices were more in line with what we would expect from a higher-quality meal. For the items noted above, plus one additional limonata soda, the meal came to over $60. I typically tip over 20%, but I took the extra bread charge off the tip, and the tip was still over 17%. Overall, this was not a terrible experience, but it was disappointing compared with what we were hoping for. The food had some good ideas, but several details felt off, and the service created a communication gap that left a bad impression.
