Delicious, friendly, and efficient! There was a decent crowd but you wouldn't know it based on the service. The patio areas are lovely, we ate in the back, but there are also spots in front. We were taken care of right away and the food was very hot and fresh. I loved the red curry, just the right amount of spices to leave my lips tingly. The pad Thai was also fantastic and a decent amount of spice for my heat-loving hubby at a 2/5. (I honestly think this place could/should give lessons in efficiency; so impressive.) read more

Great location. No wait at all on the Fourth of July. Dog friendly. Quick service. But the kicker was- BEAUTIFUL PRESENTATION. The massaman curry came with a large tempura, just gorgeous. If you come to Moab you must eat here! This was our favorite meal of the trip, and probably the best Thai food I've had in a long time, better than most places in the Bay Area. Really flavorful, large portions, friendly service. Lots of indoor seating as well as an outdoor patio space, with nice decor. The pad see ew was delicious, with soft and fresh noodles. The pineapple curry was sweet and flavorful, with plenty of veggies. The curry noodles were also super flavorful, plenty of noodles as well as other veggies. This food was delicious when we were hungry after a hike, but was also equally delicious the next day for breakfast. 10/10 recommend this place! read more

Wow! Super impressed with this place, especially considering I had excellent Thai food just the night before at another nearby spot. We were seated right away and the service was on point from start to finish. The interior is spacious and comfortable, which made the experience even better. Entrée prices are very reasonable, mostly in the $16-$20 range. I ordered the drunken noodles and the portion was generous and packed with flavor. Heads up on the spice level: I usually order medium, but this was noticeably spicier than expected. Still delicious, just something to keep in mind. My 14 year old son and I enjoy food: We often go on foodie adventures together because my husband and oldest son don't enjoy the same foods we enjoy. Well it's really hot here in Moab, so we almost didn't venture out but again, we eat, so we walked down to Arches Thai. The atmosphere is quaint. The service polite and timely. My son ordered the Curry Bowl with pork, I ordered the Crispy Duck. My son took one bite and said, "We need to eat like this more often." Again, we eat. What a treat to arrive in Moab to discover this great Thai restaurant. The ambiance and food are excellent and the staff is bend-over-backward wonderful. Thai Bella is situated in a cozy home located west of Main Street (US191). The main dining room downstairs is fine, but the upstairs dining area provides a more intimate experience for larger parties. We dined at a 6-top in an upstairs nook that made us feel like we were in an upscale version of our own home. Really enjoyed the Khao Soi, Panag Curry, and Thai Basil (all chicken dishes). Amazingly delicious Thai food! So good, we visited this restaurant twice on our 2 day trip in Moab. From Los Angeles and this place is the best Thai food I've ever had. So much flavor and great portions. Every dish has so many ingredients. I loved the tom yum with shrimp because the soup was incredibly flavorful with huge juicy shrimps and aromatics in the broth. In the 2 days we stayed in Utah, we ordered the tom yum 3 times. It was incredibly comforting for our winter trip. For those who don't handle spicy, it's not a problem because they adjust the level of spice to your liking. But the flavor is still so good! The place is definitely casual but the service is so nice and they are constantly checking in on us. If I get to visit Moab again, I will definitely visit Arches Thai again. read more

We stopped into Arches Thai after spending the day at Canyonlands. We were hungry, tired, and ready for some grub, and this place hit the spot! No wait for a table, there was a nice calm atmosphere that suited us well after an exhausting day, and the service staff was attentive and efficient. I ended up getting the beef pad Thai, and it may have been helped by the day we had, but MAN it did the trick. Perfect dinner at Arches Thai. We received a friendly greeting and seated right away. Lots of water and ice in a carafe at our table. We started with the garden rolls and gyoza and they were some of my favorite bites all night. We ordered panang curry with chicken and it was perfect - flavorful with lots of chicken and vegetables. Servers are nice. Other diners really like this place. I'm sure it's good Asian food for Moab. It's average for me. We started with the chicken wings, nice crunch and moist inside. Sweet chili dipping sauce. Good start. I chose the tilapia with sweet basil sauce. The fish crust was not as crunchy as I like and the spicy basil sauce heavy and salty for me. The fish was moist inside the crust. That part was good. The veggies are nice but again the sauce was overwhelming. His pad thai with beef was better than my entree. He liked it. I liked it. The Halloween decor was so fun and I love all the different scary things. I just thoroughly loved this place! Staff was sooo friendly! The ambiance was so neat! Super woodsy inside but clean and so nicely decorated! But the winner was the food! Everything was so fresh! The food I have was amazing. I stayed in Moab for a week and eight here three times.. I tried three separate dishes, each time or five star with flavor. The service was friendly and nice and I have my dog with me which they have a dog friendly patio where they brought my dog water which I appreciate it and so did he I will definitely be coming in here on my next visit to Moab. I like the solid rod iron tables they had outside. The courtyard was warm and inviting the interior of the place is really nice. I just did not sit inside because I have my pet with me. My fiance stayed in Moab for Thanksgiving weekend and we were craving something comforting. Thankfully, Arches Thai was open for Thanksgiving day. It was a full house! We waited for quite some time until we sat at our table. The menu is huge! They even offer some curries that I've never heard of before like lychee curry and mango curry. We started with the curry puffs which was recommended by our server. It was delicious! Flakey and crispy on the outside, and flavorful on the inside. Our entrees took awhile, which was totally reasonable because of the holiday rush. When our entrees came out, I realized we should have just shared one. They were huge! I got the curry noodles which was good at first, but as I kept eating it, the curry became more dense because it was so thick and there was an endless amount of rice noodles. Noodle soups ideally should have a thinner broth. My fiance ordered the Tom Yum Noodles but it didn't quite have that lemongrass and tangy flavor. It tasted more like bun rieu, which is a Vietnamese seafood soup. Our servers were really nice, despite the holiday chaos. Overall, the food didn't quite have that authentic flair. Mango curry was delicious! I ordered medium spicy and it definitely had heat. I was super excited they were open late at the end of a long roadtrip. I thought the decor was perfectly southwestern for a Thai restaurant. I'd definitely come back on a return visit. One item I'd love to see would be a non-Utah craft beer. I don't hold it against the restaurant, but beer brewed in Utah is universally horrible. read more

We were so happy this place was open on Thanksgiving Day! A lot of the restaurants in the Moab area were closed today, but we decided to look at Yelp and try to find a place. Not even our hotel receptionists were sure about where we could find food today. Anyway, we went to Arches Thai and had a great meal. I love papaya salad and they had a very good one. We also order a bowl of wonton soup and an eggplant dish with chicken and also my husband ordered the Masaman curry with duck. Of course that was a ton of food for two people so we ended up with leftovers that we could bring to a hotel for later. The ambience was good, and the service was attentive, but not overwhelming. After a long day of exploring we had worked up an appetite and craving some Thai food. We arrived and there was a line...outside. It was already dark so it was quite cold. Some people ahead of us left the line, we secretly celebrated as we were closer to getting inside. We waited about 15-20minutes then were seated quickly and given drinks. I ordered the Drunken Noodle, and my friend ordered Basil Fried Rice, Pad See Ew and Pad Thai. The service was great, though we did wait a little bit to order. It was very busy so we understood the wait. We ate so much and still had leftovers, which we packed up and enjoyed for lunch the next day at Canyonlands. Lots of staff traffic back and forth, but no one even acknowledging us. Most odd. HAVE AGAIN: Pad Thai with tofu and Thai iced tea were good. Fresh garden roll delicious.
