You get stuck not getting out by 9 and the alarms are going to blare and the cops are going to be dispatched. You aren't going to be 'just stuck'. And rude employees? They are all super nice. Probably just don't put up with people being a-holes to them about a 15 minute window of risk lol. Anyway. The facility makes me feel so safe! I come often about 4-5 days a week to grab inventory. Cameras everywhere. Have to use a code to get anywhere. Code for gate. Code for access to interior lockers. Code for elevator that will only allow you to go to the floor of your locker. Code for restrooms. Makes me feel very safe as a little woman to be going by myself! We've needed to upgrade our locker once so far as our inventory grows. They made it super simple. And we're very helpful. It's clean. No pest problems. No smell problems. One of the best storage facilities in the valley.

Joy gave me a tour, explained everything with important details and started the rental process. Her coworker completed it the next day as Joy was off and I purchased the rental insurance for $12.00 a month and I paid a prorated rent for the rest of April plus a onetime account set up fee of $29.00. The next day my family and I moved my belongings in. We reserved their truck from 9:00-12:00, but called to request an extension of two additional hours. Joy upon greeting me at the storage facility, told me we could have the truck until 4:00 or 5:00 pm as there wasn't anyone else requesting it. The facility is nice, new and clean. The units are indoors and heated or cooled depending on the season. I recommend Morningstar Storage. I am a satisfied customer!

We rented a U-Haul through this location. Pickup was easy since it was all automated, which I…read moreappreciated. However, no one ever answered or returned my calls when I tried to confirm if early pickup was possible. The real issue came after drop-off. We returned the truck exactly at the agreed-upon time and parked it in the same spot we picked it up from, keys locked in the drop box as instructed. The next morning, I got a frantic call saying the truck was "missing." I explained where we left it, but the woman insisted she couldn't find it anywhere on the lot. When I asked if she had checked the lockbox, she admitted she hadn't -- then said she'd call back if there were any issues. I never heard from her again. No apology, no confirmation that the truck was indeed there -- nothing. It was very unprofessional and stressful thinking a U-Haul truck might be missing under my name. Clearly, she hadn't looked properly before calling. If you're renting from this place, make sure to take lots of photos to confirm that you actually returned the truck.
