I came here on a Saturday around 11:00 a.m. and there was a line out the door which is always a good sign for how good a place is about to be. They have a menu with about 30 sandwiches on it but I decided to make up my own sandwich. I'm not eating fried foods at the moment so I went with grilled chicken, roasted red peppers, broccoli rabe and fresh mozzarella on a semolina seeded bun. The sandwich was Devine. At first I didn't think I was going to be able to finish it because it was almost a footlong. But once I got home and started eating it, it was clear that this sandwich was getting taken down. I cannot wait until I'm off my diet and I will be back to have a chicken parmesan hero from this place. The sandwich was about $15 which is not bad these days. I would definitely return here for many years to come. A true authentic Italian deli.

You'd think the person taking the order would simply butter it and I'd be on my wait. Nope, it got handed off for someone else to do it - after they finish the orders they're already working on. 7 minutes pass, still waiting on a buttered bagel. They place is quite busy so my frustration is rivaled with my expectation that they must have some amazing bagels - why else would this many people be putting up with such crappy services. At this point I'm almost 15 minutes in. It's been such a waste of time that I figure adding home fries will make me feel like it was worth while. NOPE. I'm starving, so I dig as soon as I get in my car. The bagel is nothing special and the home fries are lacking any kind of flavor. No pepper, no onions, nothing. And of all the insults (the long wait, the plain tasting food, the prices being way too high for what you get)...all of that in the mix, and the worst part - the fact that it was freaking FREEZING the whole time I wasn't my morning in there. Turn the damn heat on!!!! Have some respect for your customer and have some mercy on your workers.
