Worked with them on an out of state purchase for a Maserati GT. Smooth transaction, very responsive and would work with them again.

Hi I'm Lawrence.I purchased a 2014 Ford Escape in August 5,2025.Everything was great for 3 months…read morethen I started having coolant radiator problems.First I had to change a leaking host connected to the reservoir over tank.Cause it would run hot.I thought it fixed the problem, but it did not. About a month later I started noticing that the reservoir tank was starting to stay low. Can't tell where the antifreeze. In the engine or what part of the engine every time I drive it it'll start running hot. I'll have to put tons of antifreeze in it now it's just and I can't drive it and if I do drive it I only can drive it for a short period of time. I was on the highway. It broke down. I had to get it towed 43 miles and I had to pay $186 to get it home. I've only had this car nine months and I keep having this problem. I can't enjoy my vehicle at all. Low cost cars north not taking nothing away from them too much. They did help me get in a vehicle because my credit was bad so I appreciate that. but they sold me a with issues and problems that I should not be having. I really technically shouldn't be having any issues for at least another 3 to 4 years. Maybe I'm still paying on this car and of course through the paperwork they have a as is which means you're taking it as you're getting it and if it breaks, then it's on you so they make sure they get you to sign that right away. But I didn't think I would be having these problems in such short months. I haven't even had the car one year yet and I'm going through all these problems and when I first got the car, of course low cars asked me to fill out a good review on yelp. I had no problem doing it. I figured I was doing the right thing because they helped me get a car but you got me a car is having tons of problems now I got a scramble and I am on a fixed income and I have to find or borrow the money to try to get my car fixed and I know if I go back low cost north they're not gonna help me. They're not gonna take any gonna deal with the issues at so I'm gonna leave this true factual review about them. Beware of this dealership if you buy a car from there make sure you go get it checked out. So you don't have any issues, but that's what when you put your trust in people who you think may be honest, but really they're only trying to get a sale and the first Ford escape I chose had a problem and I asked well can y'all fix I really that color of and they told me no you just pick something else I should've known that was a red flag right there. My husband and I visited Super Deal Auto Sales on Saturday, February 06, 2016. We're still in utter…read moredisbelief as to the HORRIBLE experience we had. Professionalism is a trait that this business lacks. I've read other complaints and their rebuttal seems to be "customer had the opportunity to have the vehicle inspected by a mechanic", I hope nobody believes that they will accept that being done. We had test drove a vehicle and were pretty set on making the purchase until the crude, obnoxious, disrespectful and extremely unprofessional behavior began when our mechanic arrived. Strange because the individual that we were working with stated "we have customers take a vehicle to their mechanic and come back with a report", so having a vehicle inspected must only be okay if they don't have to hear the remarks made. Talking down to another human being is NEVER acceptable, especially in what should be a professional environment. A thriving company should be built around good and honest business practices, strong values and have an unwavering core to help. This individual instantly became aggressive and agitated when our mechanic informed of us a bad brake line repair. Seeing how upset this individual became caused us to worry that he wasn't being truthful or performing SAE standard repairs. He disagreed with our mechanic that using this type of repair was fine, little did he know our mechanic has been with us for years and has nearly 40 years of trained experience. After some research we have been able to confirm that the brake line repair is unsafe and not approved by SAE. According to Ohio law states 4513.202 (D) As used in this section, "minimum standard of specifications" means a minimum standard for brake system or brake component performance that meets the need for motor vehicle safety and complies with the applicable SAE standards and recommended practices, and the federal motor vehicle safety standards that cover the same aspect of performance for any brake lining, brake lining material, or brake lining assemblies. SAE standards do NOT allow a compression fitting to be used on this type of brake system. How a company could be so eager to turn a profit that they would put someone's family in jeopardy is beyond me. I am reporting them to every outlet in hopes someone will correct this problem. Thinking one is going to a professional business and ends up witnessing utter disrespect and less than respectable business antics is a shame. Any business that is willing to risk the safety of my children or anyone's children with unethical repair practices is not worthy of our respect. To top it off, the individual we were dealing with had the nerve to say "I don't appreciate someone coming on my lot trying to knock my hustle", selling a safe and reliable vehicle should not be a HUSTLE. In the end my valid concerns will not matter because they will continue with their unsafe ways of running a business, but I hope I can help at least one person from being taken advantage of worse. We've also contacted the Attorney General in hopes this can be rectified. Our experience was the shear epitome of a subpar used car lot.

I have to post about our car buying experience at Buckeye Motor Sales. We were in a really bad…read moresituation and had just been hit by an 18 wheeler -- our almost paid off car totaled in a matter of a few days. I looked on Car Gurus and found a car that really impressed me and I inquired. The next day I called and talked to Steve and was immediately struck by how in depth he was about the car. He listened to my situation and let me tell him what we needed. We discussed the car and had several conversations that day and it was no time at all and we were approved by various lenders and we were arranging to drive to Delaware to finalize the purchase. Unfortunately I became really sick and couldn't make the trip for a few days and Steve was more concerned about my health than the sale. Which is not surprising since he is not a typical salesman. We came today, finalized the deal, signed, sealed, and after a few hours home with our new 2014 Chevy Cruze and it is JUST what we were looking for. 100,000 miles less than our totaled car, great payment and 1st payment not due for a month. Beautiful car, clean, great gas mileage, and so happy to say this Made in America and Made in Ohio car is Ours. Thank you Steve -- you have been a wonderful help to us. Thank you Sharon for your help and providing us excellent service. You are a great team and we highly recommend Buckeye Motor Sales and Steve and Sharon to anyone needing a new ride.

My husband is 82 yrs. old & fell & broke his ribs on May 1st. 2023…read more He had been looking for a truck to buy since he had recently sold his antique car. He found a 2007 Ford F150 on facebook marketplace. On May 2nd. he went & looked at the truck. Everything sounded really good! The truck body looked pretty good with just a little rust & the interior looked great. Since he had just broke his ribs he was unable to get down & look under the truck. He went ahead & bought the truck for $3500. but didn't see that the frame of the truck was totally rusted out! He took the truck back to the car lot the next day. They told him that he bought it as is & that they would not give him his money back. About a week later he was driving down a busy street & his right front tire came of causing him to swerve into incoming traffic. Almost causing a very serious accident. The tire went through 3 yards before hitting a brand new vehicle causing damage to the rear finder. My husband & grandson could have been killed. My husband had to pay a tow truck out of his pocket for more than $100.00. Then he had to pay a mechanic to put the tire back on. He had to buy all new since the old ones had broken off & that is why he lost the tire. The next day I again called the car lot & told them about the wheel coming off & they still refused to return out money. Since then we have had the truck looked at by several mechanics & they all say that the truck is too dangerous to drive with the frame that is bent. We have tried to see if we could have a new frame put on but the cost is astronomical! My husband & I are both on a fixed income. We had to rack & scrap to come up with the $3500. Now we have a truck that we can't drive & can't sell because of the safety issues.
