I hired Ed from Dynamic Pools to put in my new Intelliflo 3 Variable Speed pump. He sent Tommy out…read morewho has been with him 3 years and was with Premiere pools prior. Tommy was very professional. Listed options on plumbing and went with unions vs hard gluing 2" PVC schedule 40 connections. So if pump were to have issues in future no more cutting pipes. Just loosened and swap in the new pump. Tommy worked digitally and had it in just under 2 hours and helped me set optimized pump program settings on mobile app. He painted the white PvC pipe so that the suns PVC don't harm the pipe. I would highly recommend Dynamic pools for installing bare pool pump. Price was fair and install was smooth without any hitches. 5 stars

I had been using Dynamic Pools for regular pool maintenance since September 2023 and had never…read moreexperienced any issues with the technician who serviced my pool. For over two and a half years, routine visits went smoothly and I was a satisfied customer. Unfortunately, my experience with the owner, Edward, when a problem occurred completely changed my opinion of the company. During a recent service visit, the technician used a hose to clean the pool filter. This same hose had been used during previous visits without any issues. However, when he went to turn the water on, the handle broke with light pressure. Edward later came to my home to try to fix the issue himself but was unable to repair it. At that point he suggested that I either call a plumber or use his handyman. His handyman also told me that the repair cost would be covered. Because the water to my house had to be shut off for the entire day, I needed the problem resolved as soon as possible. A plumbing company was able to come sooner than the handyman, so I had them complete the repair. The total cost ended up being about $500. When I sent the invoice to Edward, his response was immediately defensive. He stated that he was not going to pay for the repair and began bringing up unrelated examples instead of addressing what had actually happened. In an effort to resolve the situation fairly, I even offered to split the repair cost with him, but he refused that as well. Edward repeatedly claimed the handle broke because it was plastic and "bound to break eventually." However, this same hose had been used during past service visits without issue, and I had never been told that the part was fragile or at risk of breaking. If a component used during routine service is known to be fragile or near failure, that would be important information to communicate to a homeowner before it breaks during service. Mistakes can happen in any service industry. What matters is how they are handled. Instead of working toward a reasonable solution, the situation was dismissed and no responsibility was taken. After being a loyal customer since September 2023, it was disappointing to see how quickly the tone changed when a problem occurred. When you hire a professional service company, you expect them to stand behind their work if something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Situations like this are important for homeowners to be aware of, because they show how issues may be handled if something goes wrong during a service visit. Because of how this situation was handled, I will be finding a different pool service moving forward.

I have been a client of Hunnington Pool Service since about 2022. Throughout the years of pool…read moreservice we have had a few occasions with service that is unprofessional and not acceptable. My wife had a stroke a few years ago so honestly it was the last thing for us to focus on. Throughout the different not so pleasing events, my wife always dealt with the women Anna and Angie and she appreciated their kindness so we just stayed with the company. One incident, one of the pool technicians brought their young daughter to work which is unprofessional and a bit scary for any possible accidents. Another incident was the main pool guy that would come to service our pool, let another technician who was not supposed to be let alone on a job, came and turned on our water to fill our pool and left my home!!! He didn't tell me that he was there and turned the water on or that he would be returning. As soon as I seen he drove away, I called the office and reported that he did this. He came back and was upset and said that he was coming back, I advised could have left a note or knocked on my door to inform me. Then I found out that he should have never been at my pool to do maintenance alone. They apologized. I also had to make a complaint about the monthly fee and the monthly service that I was not pleased with. My pool would barely be brushed. They would only check/change chemicals and take out leaves with net. I had to constantly request for my pool to be brushed. This last incident, we had an ongoing situation with my pool losing water and the pool tech advised that some work can be done with the floater valve they quoted me a set amount . I scheduled the work for Friday at noon they didn't show so I called them fin showed up at 130 . The owner Darrell knocked on my door I let go in he took a look at piping and mentioned he's guy is on the way with the materials . I opened the side gate and they started working about 20 to 30 minutes into the work Darrell knocks on my door and begins to explain that he can't complete the job .. beciase that couldn't take off the valve .. I asked if he needed to borrow tools . He said no we decided not to continue so he gathered hes tools and left . I was very upset . He left it worse then it was before .I am canceling The concert and finding a more reputable com!!
