One thing I really appreciate is their communication. They text about 30 minutes before arriving, and we usually get the same technician, which I love because he already knows our setup. When they finish, the pool water always looks crystal clear -- that satisfying "sparkling blue" moment when you walk outside. They're also very organized. After each visit they send a report with a photo of the pool and detailed notes on the chemicals and everything they checked, which I really appreciate. One thing to know: they won't remove items from the pool unless you specifically ask. My daughter once left some pool toys in there and I assumed they might grab them, but the technician explained they leave anything in the pool alone in case the homeowner placed it there intentionally. Totally understandable -- just something to be aware of. The owners are very responsive as well. We had an issue once and they actually came out themselves to help resolve it quickly. They're consistently on time, and the one time our tech was sick he texted to let me know he'd be out the next day. He pointed out that my 72-year-old fiberglass pool only has one return jet, explained why that affects circulation, and even showed me why he believes there's a partial clog in the plumbing. He also recommended products that would actually help instead of trying to sell me things I didn't need. He even told me to return the metal stain remover because he didn't think my stains were caused by metals, which I really appreciated. Khang was honest, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. I reached out to Ross and on the first call he covered all bases and showed up at the end of that very same day to take a look. With little ones running around it was a pretty sickening feeling thinking about the germs and microorganisms probably growing in there and thinking about draining and cleaning and the headache of getting the pool back to normal and safe for them to get in. Ross reassured us with a plan and got us scheduled for the very next day where Taras showed up and did the dang thing!! Within 48 hrs there was a huge difference, and every single day after there was a noticeable change in appearance. On one side it was gettin cleaner and cleaner of objects and gunk, on the other side the the tint of color change was happening. It wasn't until I went back and looked at pictures side by side where I saw that day over day switch from green to blue. Massive change! They were great--until they weren't…read more We had Huntington service our pool for four years without any major issues. Things started going downhill after they assigned us new weekly cleaners. Communication became terrible. The office would take days to respond, even after multiple voicemails and text messages. When my pool system became very loud, I contacted the office several days in a row with no response. Eventually, they said they would send someone out to inspect it. A technician came, stayed for less than five minutes, never knocked on the door to speak with me, and left without fixing the problem. The system was still just as loud. I immediately contacted the office again, but once again, I received no response for an entire week. At that point, I decided to look for another pool company. When my new company inspected the system, they discovered that the wires to my solar actuator had been cut, causing the system to overheat, which is what made it so loud. Huntington never informed me of this issue. I also noticed that after the new cleaners took over, they were at my house for less than five minutes during each weekly visit ( camera footage). Since switching companies, my pool looks better than it has in years, and I now have a brand-new system. I've also seen that many others have reported similar experiences on the Nextdoor app. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
