We were fortunate and it was just our family for the time slot that we had reserved. We had reserved three jet skis (two single riders and one double). In addition to the standard waivers you have to read and sign, there is another safety sheet you have to read and sign down on the dock. Once it's time to go, they load you up on. jet ski and then go over all the safety rules, how to operate the jet ski, etc. They really emphasize the safety aspects and you don't want to crash one of these things, as they are very expensive to repair. Once you go through all of this, they help push your jet ski off the floating platform, you hit the start button, and you slowly make your way out to the bay in a single file line following the instructor. Once out there, there are buoys that mark the area (basically a large rectangle) that you can ride in. Everyone has to ride in a single direction (counter clockwise for us). Because it was just the three of us, they did say we can go into the middle of the rectangle and do what we wanted. These things can go up to 54mph, but I only got it up to 39mph before I felt like I was going to lose control of it. One or more instructors stay out there with you the entire time, ensuring you are being safe and helping out if needed. After about 45 minutes out there, you head back to the dock, again, in a single file line. The hardest part is parking your jet ski back onto the platform but someone is on the dock to assist, but we saw people in the previous group take 2-3 tries to finally park it. All in all we had a great time and our instructor was very friendly and helpful. It's to recommended to wear hats and if you have glasses, they recommend having a strap on them. You can leave your car keys at the front desk. There is a tip jar down on the dock, or you can leave a tip at the front desk as well. Would definitely do this again the next time we are down at the shore! read more

None of the staff wore masks whether it was at the check-in center or on the dock. Staff was friendly. Actually ride time clocked in at 35min, 5 of which were spent "taxiing" to ride area. For my fellow black people: lots of Trump supporters and flags so heads up on the buzz kill. read more

First time renting jet skis and had a great experience here-- this location had the cheapest rate for the most time. We spent $70 for about 45 minutes with the early bird rate online. The instructors are knowledgeable and very helpful to equip you before you begin riding. One of the instructors told us that they have the largest riding area in the vicinity. Instructors station themselves in the middle of the riding area in case you need assistance at any point, which put me at ease. We would definitely return. read more

Great first time jet ski experience for our teenage son (16). Calm waters in the bay make this a perfect spot for beginners -- and the 45 minute ride (including a short lesson) was just enough to get him hooked. Nothing like gliding at 50 mph on calm water. This place is nice but you really need to be an experienced rider. There are many boats coming in and out and if you don't know how to operate one of these then it's not for you. There is no time to ERvto eel the machine and try it before you head out. The guys who guide you are very rude and cocky. They aren't friendly for people who have no idea what they are doing. Don't book unless your sure because there are no refunds. We went the next day to Mocean Waverunners and ride their jet skis. Much nicer! We got to feel the machine first. No pressure. There are no boats around. Great for families. Staff is super nice. read more

This was the best experience of my life thus far (age 47)! I have always wanted to go jet skiing! 24 years ago I begged my husband to go while we were on our honeymoon in St. Thomas. We were just driving by and saw the sign. We came at 11:30 am on sunday. It was Labor Day weekend so thought it would be packed...and it was. They were booked up all day but we got lucky! I think we got the first tour of the day because no one was there yet. The lady said me and boyfriend could go out alone with Nat and Steve (jet ski guides) for 30 minutes for $60. We jumped right on it! We had such a great time! The area you can ride in is limited but you get enough waves and large enough area to have fun..especially when you don't have to share with anyone. Took my family here for their first time on wave runners. I called ahead for information and received it without a hassle. We booked online as it gives you a discount and it was very easy to do. We arrived to check in and they were so pleasant and helpful. We filled out a bit of paperwork and then directed to the docks where we get the wave runners.
