Communication and customer service were great! I love my new Rogue. I was able to get a particular Rogue (Rock Creek) that I didn't think I would ever drive off the lot with. The process took a little while as most dealerships do, however, Chanel worked creatively hard to produce a result that I still cannot believe was possible. Thanks again Crossroads Nissan and the entire Crossroads Team. And no, they didn't pay me to say this:).

I have been a customer for years and typically, I am very satisfied with the services but this time it completely different. I maintain the car well I had a coupon for an oil change and rotation and added the alignment. It was assigned to a "Master Mechanic". I didn't have an appointment so it took several hours. The service was $237.72 with the coupon. When I got the car back, the seat was lowered to the lowest level and on the tracks and push back as far as it could go. I know the mechanics must adjust the seat based on height but not lowering it. I sat down expecting to adjust for my height but sat down on the tracks. I got out and adjusted it but noticed the seat support felt different. I drove away, immediately noticing a loud noise coming from the driver's side only. After about 3 miles away, I stopped at the traffic light and got out to look for obvious signs that something wrong or was it the road noise. I opened the windows thinking that the rear window was partially down or the back door wasn't closed properly but none of those applied. I called the service advisor but he didn't answer. I left a message and he called me back later but by this time, I was nearing home. The car wasn't in alignment and pulled to the right when driving and veered to the left when breaking. I told him how the steering was tight and hard to maneuver and about the over inflation of the tires. I knew this because I looked at the pressure on the panel that read 40 on all tires when they should be set at 33lbs. The noise and difference in operation after the service is very concerning. The advisor asked if I would come back that afternoon but I was back in Raleigh and it was late and close to the service closing. He must have performed a fluid drainage because the power steering was nearly gone, the reservoir for the coolant was nearly empty and the washer fluid was too. I checked the oil but it was fine. I had to purchase power steering fluid and coolant at Autozone Tuesday after leaving service. The car doesn't accelerate unless I floor it. The seat is damaged. The mechanic damaged the driver's seat by adjusting it to get in and out of the cabin comfortably. I told the advisor how I found the seat on Monday but wasn't aware of the mechanic's size until I saw him bring the car into the bay on Tuesday. He is a very large man. That isn't being discriminative, just facts and it made sense why the seat was in those positions. He suggested that we go look at it once the service was completed on Tuesday. We both saw the motion and heard the "clicking" on the track and against the plastic trim. The knobs are clearly lose. The advisor sat in the seat, stickinh his hand under seat while in motion and where he felt plastic dragging. They was also an indentation in the seat. The back stuttered when adjusted and not the smooth glide as before. I am handicapped. I walk with a cane for stability because I have Neuropathy and Radiculopathy and Rheumatoid in my hands. I've had multiple back surgeries that weren't successful. I have sudden onsets of paralysis in my legs if I am improperly seated, sit too long or stand too long. It is important to me to have good posture and lumbar support while driving and a comfortable seat; which I no longer have. What should have been a quick service, turned into a 2 day nightmare with no end in sight. I was told to speak to the Service Manager but he was at lunch. I was given his number and they gave him mine. After hours had past, I called him and left him a message about my experience. He finally called me back. I told him about all of the problems with the service, the over inflations, the noise and the seat conditions. He cavalierly asked what did I want him to do. I told him to fix my seat and the car. He asked for pictures for proof of the seat before bringing it in. I don't normally take pictures of my seats or the car before bringing it into service and neither do most customers. The mechanic's weight was a factor in the damage to the seat. The Service Manager said that it was discriminative to suggest such and refused to help with anything. The noise is still there even though he'd put the tires back like they were before the alignment. He found a problem with the wheel bearing and suggested fluid drainage. I got the wheel bearing replaced but they quoted the highest price for a bearing that they also had a similar universal bearing that cost $200 and $100 less than the $300.72 that I was quoted and paid. I asked to speak to the GM and even emailed him but he won't call or respond to my emails. When I call, he's gone or at lunch, or off. I am treated like a pariah. I have taken the car twice to Discount Tires and Wheels in Garner, to set the tires to recommed spec. This isn't customer service.

The missus and I we're looking for a new vehicle to replace the one that got totaled in an accident. I ended up looking around for used hybrid vehicles in the area and landed on an Elantra at Johnson Hyundai. From the moment we arrived the experience was not like buying a car at a dealership traditionally is. This is where all, and I mean all, the praise needs to go to Josh. I will say that he single-handedly made the entire experience go from one in which we were simply looking to us leaving that day with her brand new car. We went in, showed the vehicle that we wanted to test drive, and Josh made it all happen after that. All in all we spent the better part of four hours working through the entire process from showing up to walking away with a new car. And now, just over two months later, she is still extremely happy with the purchase. I will say there was one downside of the entire day. By the time that we got into the finance room and we're finishing up the paperwork, the guy handling our paperwork, was for lack of any other identifying term, a prick. He was curt, abrasive, and just an unpleasant human which was shocking when compared to everyone else we dealt with that day. Certainly nothing to lose a sale, but by that point, we just wanted to be done. Overall, cannot recommend Johnson Hyundai enough. Never thought we would buy a Hyundai, but here we are, and happy! 4.75 Dealer Stars out of 5!

This service center helped us resolve a significant engine malfunction with our 16-year-old car…read more While I recommend them for technical competence and professionalism, they are wildly expensive. After a timing chain misdiagnosis from another garage--and an insane repair estimate of over $6,000 for timing chain, plugs, and ignition coils--I started calling around and one place recommended a specific mechanic at Christian Brothers who specializes in Infiniti vehicles. I had it towed here, and the mechanic correctly diagnosed the issue as a failed ignition coil--not a timing chain. That correct diagnosis saved me literally thousands. While Christian Brothers Auto. was my "hero" in this instance, it was definitely a "high-cost hero." This place is wildly expensive and arguably overpriced compared to most independent shops. It is my understanding most garages mark parts up about 100% over retail (e.g., a $16 spark plug bills for $32). Everything here was well over 100%, in some cases closer to 400% (e.g., charge $425 for a $115 Hitachi ignition coil, spark plugs over $50 each). I asked for an adjustment on the pricing, and they refused. Also, while many garages will give credit for a diagnostic fee (already higher than most at $199) toward the cost of repairs, Christian Brothers will not. In summary, while I was ecstatic about their correct diagnosis, I was less than enthused about their gold-plated pricing for the work they performed. I strongly recommend Christian Brothers if you have a hard-to-identify issue (at least on an Infiniti), but I would avoid for most routine maintenance, as they are far too expensive.
