Took in my truck for a simple repair. They repaired it and almost immediately the problem came up again. I took it back and they told it me it was something else, connected to that part, but I could order the replacement right then with them and they'd get it fixed asap. I declined and took it to an independent mechanic for a second opinion. The independent mechanic inspected and told me the repair had been installed incorrectly. As part of their follow-up, Capital Chevrolet sent me an offer for my truck which was a disgusting low ball, the likes of which one can only imagine signifies their intent to cheat you blind. I was offered $15,000 for my truck. Kelley Blue Book says the trade-in value for it is $37,000-$40,000. This dealership is really hoping it's customers are too stupid to notice they are being robbed. Capital Chevrolet will Kidnap you!!! I stopped by Capital Chevrolet in Wake Forest, NC to look at a vehicle. While walking around for the vehicle of interest and a salesperson find us. Asked us if we were looking for anything specific and my brother pointed him to me. I told him what I was looking for and he said he'll help me find it. We walked around more until he decided to go get the keys for the vehicle. We went inside and the salesman told us to sit down while he got to find it. He came back after 10 minutes, saying it was parked in the front for us to go look at it. He offered me a test drive and I told him yes. Before we went out he suggested me allowing someone else to do the appraisal. I allowed him for the appraisal by giving him the keys and he passed them off to someone else. Went out on the test drive and when we returned I told him I liked the vehicle, but had to drop my brother off. The salesman said he needed me to step inside and sign some paperwork. I told him I would return later after dropping off my brother. He said it would just get this part done. I couldn't leave because he never gave me back my keys so this is where the salesman became a kidnapper and we are his hostages. Every time he comes back with more paperwork saying it's almost done and taking more time where he didn't care about my brother just trying to close the deal. He suggested my brother drive the vehicle I was going to trade in for him to drive and we could return it back tomorrow. We went outside but still couldn't leave with the salesman still holding onto the keys. My brother outside and the salesman not in a rush to allow my brother to leave. By this time it's 45 minutes where he's still holding someone as a hostage. I find him asking for the keys and he's not trying to hand over the keys. I told him he needs to let my brother go or tear the paperwork up, because he's not helping. He stops back in the show room with me telling him it's going to be another second. So I told him to go and he didn't do anything but start fussing at me. My brother comes back into the show room at this time and the sales manager starts fussing at my brother. I see other salesmen come around and I get in between them and my brother. And the only thing we're trying to do is leave. The salesman that started this finally gives my keys back and we leave as the salespeople come outside like they want to fight us. When leaving I stopped at a traffic light to check for my tags. Writing this review on behalf of my father who purchased a vehicle and who can speak very little English. Worst service department you can ever deal with, including the entire dealership. He had taken his vehicle for an oil change as it is complimentary for keeping the dealerships stickers on. 2nd oil change he has done and always ends up paying something extra, and very expensive. They lost the wheel lock key that they have used before as this is the only place that has done the rotations on them. They insisted that it was never inside the truck and decided to sell and install him a new wheel lock kit. My father asked for them to place the regular lug nuts he had the box for and the service advisor by the name of Tyler Johnson insisted to buy a new wheel lock kit as the wheels can be stolen and they had a "universal key that removed the lug nuts currently installed". So my father to not go back in forth just agreed as he has trouble understanding. So a "complimentary oil change and tire rotation" have not been complimentary at all. Called the dealer multiple times and always had someone say "they will call me back" and never did. Very unprofessional environment. Not to speak about his first appointment he's gone to where another service advisor by the name of Jonathan Tyson Montgomery, who apparently doesn't work there anymore had handed me to their supervisor and said "I don't want to speak to this motherfucker" thinking the phone was placed on hold, at least that's what I think. For a mistake he made when my father had asked if they could check why the tire kept scrapping the wheel well when turning to the right. So he added all this extra labor when the vehicle was still under warranty and performed a 4 wheel alignment, rotate and balance tires, for a simple question. When I called in to inquire regarding why all this was added for a simple question, he spoke over me and said it was normal. This vehicle was bought with 0 miles, brand new, that is not normal at all. Partial amount of the money from that visit was refunded due to his inconsiderate actions. I've spoke to several friends who work at dealerships and have been told service advisors get commission off of things like these, not sure if this is the case or true...but indeed does look like it. I checked to see if he ever received a survey to his email regarding to his appointments, and come to find out the email stated on his invoice is not even his. This place is a joke. We took our 2011 chevy Silverado to get an oil pump replacement this past weekend and will NEVER come back here. When we picked it up they gave it to us with it on (looking back now they obviously jumped the battery before they brought it to us). Next time we went to go turn the truck on at home it wouldn't even crank at all. They had the vehicle over the weekend and it's VERY clear someone ran the battery dead and they didn't tell us/tried to hide it. We called and left a message which was never returned. We were going to buy a new truck from here but honestly glad this happened because they don't deserve anymore of our money. This location cannot be trusted. I understand sometimes things happen and maybe someone accidentally killed the battery in which case you communicate it to the customer. (Service Review) A clean environment and friendly staff were both welcome. That said there were fundamental issues with the service provided including not completing the diagnostics I asked for. Not clearly communicating what was done and then completing unneeded work. The most glaring issue was my signature being forged on service request paperwork. I tried to work it out with the Service Manager but could not come to an agreement. Words matter a great deal and little things like Low Oil Pressure versus a Low Oil Pressure Reading make a great deal of difference. In this case I was told I had low oil pressure, but it was just the reading. I requested the oil pressure be tested, but they just looked at the code response. The people were pleasant. I informed the dealership today Thursday, April 20th that I still do not have my heated seats in my LT 2022 Equinox that I bought in May 2022 of last year. They asked me who my sales person was? I told them Keyanka Bailey. Capital Chevrolet told me today that Keyanka Bailey no longer works at Chevy Capital. I told the CS person I spoke to today and she informed me that Keyanka Bailey no longer works with the company. This is very frustrating because Keyanka Bailey never told me that the 2022 Chevy Equinox that I purchased had no heated seat chips and that the chips were on backorder. If I had known, I would have kept my Honda. Keyanka told me this after I had signed the paperwork and finalized the documents to my car. We wound up with a damaged vehicle that the extended warranty we purchased wouldn't cover and the dealership wouldn't fix. Going to be out about $1000 to repair it ourselves. This is the stereotypical car dealership full of wolves in sheep skins. If you are going to purchase with them, be very careful when dealing with them. They will try to rush you to sign. Spoke to someone at the dealership and set up an appointment to test drive a new Camaro. I was very clear and stated 3+ times that I wanted to drive the car before agreeing to buy it. I've seen that tactic used before and the associate ensured me I would be able to drive the car. Fast forward to today, I got a message that the car arrived and my appointment was setup for the afternoon. I drove roughly 1.5 hours to get to Capital Chevy, and sure enough the games began. First I was told the car couldn't be driven because it had not yet been inspected. I said, no problem, we can talk numbers and I'll come back another day to drive it. That quickly turned into 3 separate managers coming over to me and explaining that the car is a "racecar" and their insurance won't allow them to test drive it. I called BS on that, then finally another manager came out and aggressively explained to me that they wouldn't let me drive it until I signed on the dotted line. I turned around and walked right out. Thanks Capital Chevy for wasting my afternoon and a tank of gas to get there. If you had explained your test drive policy on "racecars" to me on the phone I wouldn't have wasted my time or yours. Hell, maybe I would have been more likely to work with you if you were just honest and up front with me on the phone. But baiting me into the dealership on a promise that you never intended to keep is shady and underhanded. I have had one (well, several now) of the worst experiences I've ever had with a business in dealing with Capital Chevrolet. I purchased my 2017 Camaro from them right when it came out. They were at their old location then. I actually had a wonderful experience purchasing my car, and I absolutely loved my new Camaro and the friendly salespeople who were helpful and not pushy, unlike so many. I had my car serviced there a few times before they moved locations to where they are now. After a little while, I noticed that the car was starting to do strange things like jerk or stutter when I would drive it. I took it in and they said there wasn't anything wrong with it. I don't know how many years ago that was now. Covid times have made time a blur. The car continued to act up. I had it looked at again with the same conclusion. This past year the car finally got so bad that I couldn't ignore it anymore. The jerking happened almost every time I started it and while I was driving it. There was the sound of something similar to a loose chain on a bicycle when I'd drive it. Often times there was a delayed start when I'd press the ignition. Thankfully (like this is something to be thankful for) the check engine light came on. I made an appointment and took the car in. The guy who had been managing my cases with my car this whole time always seemed somewhat dismissive and aloof, a little rude and as though I had done something to offend him by existing. Not all bad all the time. Sometimes he went through the motions of pretending like he cared. I was told it would take a day to look at. The end of the day came and they said they needed another day because they couldn't get around to it. I had to wait another whole day before I got another call telling me that over $1,000 in repairs needed to be made. After looking up the parts that they said they'd need, I decided it was way too overpriced and wanted to wait to see if I could do it myself. By this time, I also really just needed my car. I'm a production manager, and I need to be able to get places at the drop of a hat. After a few weeks with my car back, I decided I couldn't make the repair on my own and by then the check engine light had come back on. I decided to make an appointment and take it back in, out of some dumb loyalty to the dealership. My husband dropped it off that morning. The guy (who's name I won't mention on here because I just don't think it's necessary to toss names out there on the net) who has been managing my case all this time called and said they wanted more time with it again, after asking if my son had dropped off the vehicle this morning. I'm 36 and my husband's 35...Ouch. Okay, fine. 'I guess you don't remember what I look like after years of coming to you,' I thought. I told him that it was my husband and not my son and all he said was, "Oh." He then went on a long rant about how they were trying to "figure out something with the wiring". I said okay. The next day he called back with the same bill as before. I just agreed to go ahead and get it repaired, hoping that would fix all the problems. I was without my car for a couple of days more. When I was finally called to come get my car, the man again mentioned my car having been dropped off by my son. What the actual...Now he'd seen me again in person. I guess at 36 I look like I birthed a 35-year-old. I had already been feeling like jumping off a bridge that day, why not help me along. I paid him and left. A week later, nothing had changed. I paid over $1,000 and the car was still delayed to start, jerking when I'd press on the gas when it was first started, jerking when I would be driving it on the highway...I finally checked my car's year up on the internet. Lots of people were saying this was a known issue with the 2017 50th year edition Camaro. A KNOWN ISSUE! It was Chevy's fault. I made another appointment and brought my car in. I mentioned the known issue to the man seeing my case, and he said they'd look the car over for free. Guess what? Again, they said nothing was wrong. It's amazing that nothing appears to be wrong except for myself and anyone else who rides or drives in my car who DON'T work at this dealership. Now I'm still stuck driving an unsafe car. The engine doesn't always turn immediately when I press the ignition. The car jerks forward when I first press on the gas. The car jerks and stutters when I'm driving at high speeds. I can hear what sounds like what a muffled loose bike chain would sound like when I drive any speed. My "service StabiliTrak" light came on recently as well, but didn't stay up. We have purchased two vehicles from the Capital Chevrolet Dealership in Wake Forest in in the past 18 months. On the last purchase, which was April 2023, the extra key fab provided didn't work and it was communicated to the salesman at the time of sale. We didn't return it timely since it just wasn't a critical item and not convenient location wise. But recently, after attempts to change batteries and re-program it, it was determined it was not a battery nor a programming issue, as the actual key portion of the fab did not even match the vehicle. After discussions with the sales manager, and clearly communicating this, the Dealership would only offer to sell another key fab at their cost - $154.00. Not the biggest expense, but very disappointed in the decision of sales management not to correct an obvious mistake. Value your customers, or someone else will. read more

Instead, my husband had to call SEVERAL times to get anyone to schedule a detail. When he brought the car up, he was told that the interior and exterior people come in different days. And the day he was told to show up, neither one of them was there! Then, we ordered rubber floor mats ($250) and he received an email they were ready to be picked up. He went there, was not even acknowledged, found someone, and was basically told no one could help him because the accessories person wasn't there! They will only offer wholesale for your trade and want you to pay MSRP for their vehicle .They also add about $200 dollars worth of items extra to your new car and charge you over $1000 extra for items you don't want and they say it's policy and they have to add nitrogen and other misc rip off junk to your car and you have no choice. I attempted to get some info about possibly trading in. Salesperson had me sign paper for a "soft credit inquiry." I asked three times to clarify that this would be a soft inquiry, to which he said "Yes, if it looks like we can work on something, then we run the hard inquiry." We could not reach a deal as they "didn't have a vehicle that would fit into the loan picture" I checked my credit report two hour later and there were four hard inquires all from this one visit. They never have loaner vehicles, vehicle issues are never resolved, and the receptionist is very rude. I was sold a maintenance plan and told it was accepted at ANY GM or CHEVY dealer, only to find out that they LIED! I would advise any car lover, to never visit this dealership for repairs. The Service Team at this dealership is trash starting at the top with TROY. His service writers will hesitantly tell you the lies, he tells them to say but will still ultimately lie to you. I have a low production vehicle that was bought certified pre-owned from a GM dealership in NY. I traveled to purchase said vehicle (due to it's limited availability). I live in NC. My first experience with this dealership was with a turn signal issue that was easily and professionally handled by the staff at their original location acquired from Bobby Murray Chevrolet in Raleigh, NC. They then built a state of the art new location on the north side of Raleigh. bordering Wake Forest, NC. I experienced a charging system issue that was promptly and professionally addressed. All the thumbs up!!! great service! Spring rolls around, and time to put my summer/track tires back on. I call on the dealership with this task, since they have the equipment necessary to not scratch my wheels in the process. Well according to Troy "the guards" were not used is why the wheels were damaged. There was also dmg to an all season tire's bead that was being removed. The dealership took care of it. As they should. The dealership had a contractor come out to refinish the damage to the wheels, and replaced the tire that was damaged. All the love for this dealership minus the fact they create the repairs to be had... Here is where this gets mixed up. I had a puncture to one of my summer/dry tire(Goodyear Eagle F1 Supercar G2) stock tire, on a Saturday. In the mid of the tire not near the sidewall. No availability for the option of equipment needed to repair the tire other that the dealership for the weekend. I scheduled an appointment for Sunday repair after requiring tire sealant being added to the tire stated. I drive to the dealership for the appointment an they took my car in.. 30 minutes later I'm approached by the super professional service writer that has been helping me for multiple issues and............. Your car has a run flat tire, and it cannot be repaired. I pause.. I state that is not the case it is a G2 Goodyear Eagle F1 supercar that was stock for that vehicle and you should check your information. She came back to me and stated...... My technician said it's a 285/35ZR20 and that the Z meant it is a Zero Pressure Tire. Meaning it is a run flat tire. I exclaimed that is simply not true, and that if it were true it could still be repaired using the same repair procedure for a radial tire according to Goodyear who produced the tire. She went to Troy(Service Manager) came back with your tire cannot be repaired, and we will not work on your vehicle. I made an attempt to argue the points but was told that the dealership will not work on my vehicle. (quick insert from Goodyear on run flat puncture repair) (TIRE REPAIR Like any other Goodyear speed-rated, high-performance tire, the Goodyear Run-Flat tire may be repaired to correct a puncture in the tread, but PROPER MATERIALS AND PROCEDURES MUST BE USED. Contact a Goodyear or Run-Flat service facility for information on proper repairs. For the location of the nearest facility, call 1-800-GOODYEAR (1-800-466-3932). Just putting this out there it was not a run flat tire.. ZR tire rating means it is a Zero Pressure Tire.. Said nobody ever other than this dealership. DO NOT HAVE ANY PERFORMANCE VEHICLES SERVICED AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Manipulative Transaction-- Feeling conned by this dealership- 100% taken advantage of for trusting this dealership. Do not trust this dealership- they only care about their numbers. They just want the money and sell defective cars. Stay away from this dealership! We bought a used car across the country for $56K with tax. Once the car was delivered to us, within 10 minutes of being on the road with normal driving 25mph in our own town, as soon as we got in the freeway 65mph. We got a "Transmission Malfunction - See dealership light". I immediately took a picture and sent it to the sales rep I was working with. (It came on so fast, it makes us wonder if they reset the warning light to sell the car- which makes us uneasy about the car, feels like a bad omen) wouldn't you feel the same? I drove the car for another 10 minutes then came home. I then test drove the car again an hour later to see if the light was still there, and it was. At this point, I don't want to deal with the issue of a delivered defective car and I want to return the car I paid $1500 to have the car shipped to me, and I'm ready to pay another $1500 to ship it back. I told the dealership I want to send the car back, and they told me we have your money, and we're not going to take the car back. Ohh ohhh ohh, on top of that the finance guy blamed and accused us of flooring the car. He was so unprofessional and started to gaslight the situation, and kept repeating that he got our check. This guy clearly does not care about customer service and customer satisfaction. He only cares about his quotas and numbers. It's as if we were just another number to him. Now whether they knowingly sent us a bad car or not, you would expect that they would do the right thing. The guy was so rude, and I told him to talk to the owner and told me the owner doesn't care, to which I responded no wonder his leadership and professionalism is so bad then. People like this should be in business., just bad for society. Bad service all around, we totally felt taken advantage of by this dealership for buying a car out of town with them. I bought my 2017 Suburban in Oct 2022 and immediately had issues with it. As soon as I signed paper work and left the lot the problem started. The electrical display was messed up and was going haywire. I called my salesman who told me to bring it back, so they could reset the screen or whatever and it should be good. He reset the screen and while i was there it was fine. Soon as i left it started to act crazy again. At that point, i didnt have time to go back, so i called the salesman and he reached out to the service department and they said it would be like 800 to fix. I asked did my warranty cover it and they said it should but when the warranty people call to tell them that it happened after the fact, not the same day i bought the vehicle. When the warranty people called, I did not lie and I told him that it happened immediately. The warranty people said that that was the dealerships problem and they should fix that. I called the dealership back and they said that I need to pay out of pocket . I went off and told him that I was not doing that because I literally called I took a picture I took a video everything the same day that it happened. At that point no one gave a fuck about the problem with the vehicle until I said that I was going to get a lawyer, then they were able to accommodate me and fix it, but I had to wait because the part was on back order. So it was fixed later on down the line. Now here we are, not even a year into this purchase and last week my AC stopped working. I went to a few places and they told me it sounded like my compressor was not coming on. I called the dealership to figure out what I could do and I couldn't get an appointment until Today. When I get there I was told that they had to do a diagnostic which would cost $150. I was also told that they need to do an evacuation of the AC system which would be over $300 to see if they can figure out what was wrong with the AC. I then got a call after they did all of that saying that multiple things were wrong with this vehicle and the work is going to cost over $3000. They also said that they were not able to get in contact with the warranty company because they are closed today. The list of items they told me that are wrong are: Ac condenser And seals Evaporator lines and seals Oil cooler lines Front breaks are at a 1 and rear breaks at a 2 and they are supposed to be 10. With that being said all of the shit that they are telling me is wrong with this vehicle is because they sold it to me that way. I refuse to pay $3000 for a vehicle that I currently owe $43,000. It's bullshit, and they have the worst customer service and reputation. This has been the worst purchase I have ever made. I don't have my vehicle they will not give me a loaner and if warranty does not cover all of that problem, I'm definitely going to get a lawyer. read more

The customer service is outstanding, we got amazing trade in value for our cars, and always leave happier than when we got there! I'm very indecisive and it's never an issue! This was a very corrupt and unethical experience as there was a breach in contract that was not resolved. It is a very dishonorable practice to maliciously be deceitful about the capabilities the establishment, as I was led to believe the dealership could complete a wheel swap from my 2018 BMW X6 to the 2022 BMW X6 which was a condition based upon me buying the vehicle. On Saturday 20 Nov: I communicated very clearly and explained to the sale rep and the floor manager that the purchase of this vehicle depended on a wheel swap being accomplished. On Friday 26 Nov: I signed the contract and a "We Owe" document to perform the wheel swap given to me by a finance manager but once I realized the wheel swap had not been completed, I immediately requested that the vehicle be returned. The floor manager asked me to wait until Monday to resolve the issue. On Monday 29 Nov: I was informed by the floor manager that the wheel swap could not be completed. I was then told I could get new tires or buy my vehicle back. I then explained this was a breach in contract as the purchase of this vehicle depended solely on the completion of the wheel swap. On Tuesday 30 Nov: I went to the dealership to retrieve the vehicle but was told by the floor manager that the vehicle was not there and had been sold. This was a blatant lie as I drove past the vehicle on the way in and my bank still holds the title. Then the floor manager just bluntly tells me the vehicle will not be returned and became very dismissive. I cannot phantom nor comprehend why a dealership of this caliber would show such blatant disregard for a clear agreement signed in a "We Owe" document which clearly states a wheel swap (not offer new tires or offer to sell back my own vehicle) but a wheel swap which could not be completed. Therefore, I was purposely lied to by the floor manager about the capabilities of a wheel swap in order for me to purchase the vehicle. It is very unsettling how business was conducted here. From purchasing my Camaro Redline a few months ago to my first maintenance today, I have to say Capital Chevorlet has been amazing! I screwed up by scheduling my appt for yesterday thinking it was a Sat and showed up this morning, (Sat), realizing that I missed my appt yesterday. I was willing to wait the 2 hours they told me it might take for them to get to my car because I didn't have an appt this morning. As a car enthusiast, I wouldn't mind walking the lot looking at some of the other vehicles to pass the time. By the time I finished going through some of my emails from work, catching up on some news, and then checking out the new Camaro Hot Wheels Edition they were rolling into the showroom floor over the past hour, they caught me off guard by handing me my paper work telling me my car is ready. Wow! Talk about Customer Service! They had an extra technician come in this morning and so they were able to get my car in sooner than expected. Thanks Guys! I purchased a used truck in September of 2019. On the site it clearly states lifetime oil changes and car washes. I went today for the first time since I've owned the truck for an oil change. When I went to check out they told me I owed around $185 for the oil change. I tried to explain that when I purchased it that was part of the promotion and one of the reasons I bought a truck from them. They then told me because I didn't have a Chevrolet sticker on it, that made the promotion null and void. The salesman never told me that I had to have a Chevrolet sticker on the truck to honor the free oil change. Then I spoke with head of sales and he told me that as of 45 days ago they no longer offer that promotion. That's fine on vehicles sold 45 days ago and forward. I purchased the vehicle under the assumption this would be honored as long as I owned the vehicle. I don't believe that I should have been denied the free oil change. Extremely disappointed in a company that makes millions in sales to renege on their end of an agreement. read more

They had six 2021 units and she said that price will extend to all six. We told her to make sure this price was good because we were flying from Florida (one way) and she assured us that we had a deal for $26,300. When we arrived, Maria handed us off to Will Lopez (a great guy). Will Lopez showed us what they claimed were the only two Vans left of the group of six promised. We did decide on one of those. When we got to the table to finish our deal... Will had sent the Sales Mgr (Rueben) and boy oh boy... what a shady man, Sales Mgr. Rueben was. Not only did he come back with a significant price increase (that he says changed while we were on our way) he claimed that he didn't have to honor the deal for $26,300 because corporate changed the price to $31,000 dollars. We flew down there on a Capital Chevrolet promise to honor their original price and we quickly discovered that they are price fixers (companies fix their prices based upon their opinion of the customer) they obviously thought because we flew up to purchase, that they can run the price fix scam on us and I was furious at their bold attempt. We needed a bigger car for our growing family, we stopped by and put in an order in July 2022 for a 2023 to our liking. We worked with Maverick, he was responsive at first. Told us production would take a bit and we really emphasized the need for a car and to please keep us updated, to our surprise we get a text from Maverick a couple weeks later and allegedly the finance manager from Chevy supposedly traded in his 2022 suburban (that he apparently waited 8 months for) bc it wouldn't pull his RV. He said if you buy this car, we can still trade it back in for the one you ordered for the same price. To our surprise, September 2022 came- (let me emphasize it was the end of the month, every sales persons dream to seal the month) we were out of state for work and because we didn't show up when Maverick wanted, our order has miraculously disappeared. Several attempts to reach out to Chevy and funny they can't seem to find the order or help us with several other complaints for that matter. As soon as you buy, they don't want to hear from you again, customer service is not in their vocabulary. I could go on with the dissatisfaction, unprofessionalism and scams but in short, they just want your sale, they don't care about the details. Apparently they put Maverick to work in the back because it's not the first time it's happened- not sure why he hasn't been fired. Going back to the suburban purchase, Maverick didn't want to work with us to get it detailed- as they should do. We purchased it around closing time and we asked to bring it back the next day.. didn't seem to care to arrange that. We found a bird in the grill of the suburban and it stunk horrifically and Maverick tried to blame it on us (when he told us the finance manager had taken it to the lake before he traded it in). He told my husband, oh yeah, I just pulled the bird out with my hand, essentially insinuating we should have done that ourselves. I'm disgusted by the lack of professionalism and respect. I called in advance to make an appointment for car servicing and was told that a shuttle would be able to transport me back home as I work from home. The rep assured me that an associate would be able to have me home by 8 am (my appointment was at 7:30 am). I arrived early and saw several associates in the office. I tried to open two doors to check my car in and the doors were looked. They were looking at me like I was stupid. I returned to my car and sat there until Catherine came out and asked that I enter the building with her to check my car in. She referred me to another associate who asked for my car keys. Prior to handing her my car key, I asked about the shuttle to take me back home and she said the shuttle isn't available until 8 am. Wait, what? Had I known this, I would have never wasted 30 min driving to your facility. Wasted gas and time. Not to mention, I was already eerie about this place due to the low reviews. When I called earlier in the week to schedule the appointment, I had two associates interrupt me while telling them the type of service I wanted. I am not from Raleigh/Wake Forest and will take my car back to where I purchased it from in a whole mother state before ever considering this place. They have zero customer service. read more

This place wasted my time and money. My wife found a great deal in a used vehicle at this dealership, she communicated with a person here named Jay (Jason). We drove 3 hours from Camp Lejeune on Friday and made arrangements to come in at 9am sat. We arrived and they told us it had sold and they were sorry, but we have a white one and a red one you can test drive. Not a call or a text to tell us what we drove several hours for was gone. I understand cars sell and quickly but when you have a customer driving any distance to do business with you some consideration should be given. Worst customer service ever. Had 7:30 appt (A/C not cooling) and upon dropping off and indicating I needed my car back this afternoon, was informed that they probably could not even see my car today. They would hope to get to it tomorrow morning. What?! Why not make the appointment for tomorrow then? The reply is that they use a queue system. I understand what a queue is. A line. But you could easily shift appointments to be much closer aligned with when you can see the cars. This is absolutely ridiculous and shows that you have no interest in customer care.
