I honestly question why Ford even bothers with these "independently owned" franchises if they are completely unwilling--or perhaps too incompetent--to communicate with one another. The "System" is a Joke It is 2026. If I take my vehicle to a Ford-certified technician, that invoice and diagnostic report should be accessible by any other Ford dealership in the country. If your systems don't talk to each other and you can't see work performed within your own brand, what is the point of the Ford nameplate? It's a complete failure of infrastructure and a total breach of customer trust. Zero Respect for My Time Then there is the sheer lack of basic communication: The Problem: I was forced to drive 20 miles to the dealership, only to be told to my face that they wouldn't honor another Ford location's diagnostic work or warranty service. I wanted to give a compliment to Davis Kigenyi, Sales Consultant. Davis went above and beyond to show my husband several trucks until we found the perfect fit. He was very professional and knowledgeable and truly went above and beyond. That's where the good experience ended. When we went to the back to do the paperwork on a cash sale the finance guy (office to the far left on the back wall) had already typed up the paperwork without asking us how we wanted it titled. When we let him know that we would like the title in both of our names he told us that he didn't have time to do that. My husband asked how long it would take and he said 10 minutes.... The finance guy didn't have 10 minutes for an $80,000 sale.?!?! so interesting..... We literally just got up to walk out and he said "bye".... It's making me laugh to type that out because it was unreal. I have never in my life been talked to as disrespectfully as that man spoke to us or made to feel like an inconvenience when I tried buying something from someone. I'm sorry that Davis didn't make the sale... he worked hard for that. Davis actually should be sitting in that back left office and closing deals....he probably had 30 minutes if we needed it. Solution for management: That rude finance guy should have to pay Davis whatever his lost commission was out of his own pocket and maybe then he'd learn to act right. He obviously doesn't care about sales and closing deals. Worst dealership experience ever -- beware! In April 2025, we purchased a 2025 F-250 from this dealership after going in with the intent to buy an F-350 to safely tow our Brinkley camper. My fiancé, a veteran, even test-drove an F-350 and provided the exact specs, but the sales team insisted the F-250 would be enough. To make matters worse, he traded in his 2024 Mustang, and the dealership rolled the negative equity into the new loan. Only months later, we discovered the F-250 is not adequate for the camper's weight, especially on the rear axle. When we went back for help, the dealership only offered about $65K trade-in on a truck we had just paid over $101K for. Their "solution" was to rerun our credit and require thousands more down to purchase the F-350 we originally asked for. This process has already damaged our credit and left us in a worse financial position. Every attempt to resolve this has been met with dismissive treatment -- we've even been hung up on when calling about trades and reconciliation. The way they treat customers is unprofessional and disrespectful, and it's clear they are more money-hungry than willing to stand behind their word. This experience has been misleading, frustrating, and extremely costly, and it's especially disappointing to see a veteran treated this way. Bought a truck from this dealership under their guidance that the truck can tow my 5th wheel Rv that I bought prior to coming in. Even after test driving what I needed I was assured by the salesmen and sales managers that a smaller but newer more expensive truck could do the job. Now $95000 later I have a truck I can't use because of them and when I've contacted the dealership about the issue I've been hung up on, told it was my fault, and basically ignored. I'm a military veteran 100% disabled and i used my disability to survive. The person selling me the car was pressuring me to finance part of it, I said I didn't want to do that because I would have to pay a finance charge. They ASSURED ME MULTIPLE TIMES there would be no finance charge and gave me $500 dollars off the car for financing a part of it. At the time of this review, 51 days after purchase, I have a new truck I can't legally drive. On Sep 4, 2023, I bought a 2018 Dodge Ram 1500 from Crossroads Ford of Wake Forest. As of Oct 27, 2023, the truck has yet to be titled or registered in my name. They sold me the truck without the lien being released from the previous owner, and at the time of this review, they still had not submitted the title application. At the time of sale, I elected to have my tags transferred from the truck I traded in. I paid the dealership the appropriate fees and signed the power of attorney for them to do so. On Oct 16, 2023, I learned there was a problem due to a letter I received from NC DMV saying my insurance provider had terminated coverage and that I needed to turn in the license plate. On Oct 19, 2023, I confirmed with NC DMV that they had not received the application for title from the dealer. On Oct 20, 2023, and Oct 23, 2023, I left voice messages for the finance manager at Crossroads that went unanswered. On Oct 24, 2023, the sales manager responded (after my third call to the dealership). He explained the issue with the lien and assured me he would make sure the situation was resolved. The failure of a dealership to give a certificate of title to a purchaser or lienholder after a vehicle is sold violates NC General Statute 20-294. Hopefully the dealership recognizes this and is sufficiently motivated to make things right, having acknowledged the problem. read more

Recently visited to check out a used car. My budget is tight so what's available in the market is pretty limited. I checked ahead of time to be sure the car was still available, which it was. When I arrived I was greeted by two salesmen. Normally I might have felt overwhelmed, but so far I've been taking this whole "show" that they put on in stride. One was the manager and the other, Chris, the underling who was assigned to show me the car. First of all, the inside of the dealership is much nicer and modern looking than the inside. Bright, clean, and not an overwhelming barrage of salesmen constantly clamoring to help you if they see you without one. So back to the car. Chris brought the car to the front door for me so I wouldn't have to walk far to it. Before we got in we took a look at the outside, inside the trunk, and under the hood. There were plenty of scratches all around the vehicle and an actual dimple on the roof near one of the back doors. I pointed all of this out and was told he'd look into having things corrected. The motor was clean, but that's to be expected as they're usually steam cleaned. The interior was very well taken care of. We took it for a drive and it was a little too noisy for me, but when we came to a stop to do a u-turn I noticed the brakes were really loud like either the pads were going bad &/or the rotor needed resurfacing. He tried to tell me it had something to do with the air pressure in the tires, but I didn't just fall off the turnip truck yesterday and have decades of experience with cars and their repairs. When I rebutted his diagnosis he backed off. Aside from the brake issue, I couldn't get comfortable in the seat no matter how I tried to adjust the seat and mirrors. I don't know if it was just this year of Corolla's, but this one was not going to work for me. I'll still keep checking their stock, but am a little leary of them given some of the reviews I've seen here. read more

I was interested in a truck that they had advertised for $21k off MSRP. I was reached out to by Cory Beaufort and began a back and forth over text and email. After asking for pricing on the truck I was interested in, he came back to me with a payment sheet on a completely different truck that was not new, but had 2,300 miles on it from use as a courtesy vehicle. He said that I couldn't qualify for the discounts listed on the truck I wanted. I felt like I had been baited and switched. And they ignored 2 - $500 discounts on the Monroney Sticker from Ford and added that to the new vehicle price, when i asked about this i was told that is what we are doing. Since 2014, I've purchased several cars for my household from this dealership. They are absolutely fantastic!! The first vehicle I purchased was 2014 Ford Fusion. That same day my husband purchased a 2014 Ford Explorer. Our salespersons name was Tommy, unfortunately he's no longer with Crossroads. He helped my husband and I through the complete buying process. He answered any and every question that we had, and even reached out to us after our purchase to make sure that everything ran smoothly. Unfortunately fall of 2015 my Ford Fusion was totaled, but I knew where to go to purchase my new car. I headed on over to Crossroads Ford and once again Tommy worked his magic. He got me into a brand new 2015 Ford Fusion. In 2017 my husband was interested in purchasing a sports car, a Ford Mustang to be exact. So he once again headed on over to Crossroads Ford and Tommy got him into a 2015 Ford Mustang. Being that my car was now two-years old and had a few miles on it, we decided to go ahead and upgrade my car as well. I then purchased a 2017 Ford fusion (yes I love my Fusions). My daughter is now taking drivers education classes to receive her permit and will be in need of a vehicle; so my husband and I decided to give her my car. The last 2 times I have brought my car to be serviced for the same issue I was left with heavy charges and results that lasted only a couple of weeks. My service advisor is Megan and she is phenomenal, she's extremely personable and very communicative - something that I never experienced previously. Tommy brought his manager over who said the discount only applies to customers who trade in vehicles. I said it's not in the internet ad as I was not trading in a vehicle. The manager tells me it's in the disclaimer at the bottom. Sure enough, down at the end of the internet ad is some tiny writing stating what the manager stated. He also said that he could sell this car to "ANYONE right now, but I want to sell it to you". I just wanted them to honor the price advertised, but the manager refused to discuss with me, got up from the table, and while walking away said, "Have a nice day" with this shit eating grin on his face. I said, "F*ck you" as he walked by! What gives this guy the right to disrespect me by just leaving the table during the discussion? Just because there is a shortage of vehicles right now due to chip demand DOES NOT mean you can treat people rudely and walk away in the middle of a discussion! He lost out on a $36k deal because of $700? Just honor your advertised price is all I asked! These trucks will be in surplus once again after the chip shortage is over in a month and you'll be selling them at a steeper discount than $36,102 in February 2022 just to make room for the 2022 models! Nice job, Mr. Manager. Now, my credit is fantastic and I was going to buy the truck at full price anyway, mostly because Tommy was very understanding and tried to help us purchase the vehicle at the advertised prices. But because this manager was so slimy, I canceled the deal because I quickly realized I didn't want the manager to have a PENNY of my money. I feel bad for Tommy. Shady business tactics happening at this dealership. My husband and I bought a truck from this location a week ago. Had the truck for a week and they call yesterday to let us know we needed to sign an additional form and pick up our additional spare key. Although we already signed all of our paperwork on the day we brought the car home, they tried to quickly have us sign additional forms that were over $50 more expensive per month than our original paperwork. The finance employee seemed baffled that I wasn't aware and was upset about it. He mentioned a sales manager named Eric was supposed to call us and let us know the interest rate had changed....really? A week after purchase? Yeah, this is the type of shady business they are running there. Not only did we not receive a call from Eric- the Sales manager but the finance employee that we signed our paperwork attempted to back track and say that our paperwork was "conditional". Now, I know a lying face when I see one and I also know about contracts. I work in sales and sign contracts on a daily basis. No where in our original paperwork was it visually present that it was conditional and still under review And this was not communicated on anyone's part. To make a long story short. They were so desperate to make a sale that day that they had us sign paperwork and put money down on a vehicle without even having final approval from a lender. Words of advice: learn better communication skills , accept mistakes made on your part and make it right by your customers. And just to throw this out there-the "detail" on our truck when we took it home was horrible. There was dirt in the bed and debri in every single cup holder and tray. They wouldn't fix the abs because I have a shift on the fly timer attached to the truck 5. My mother communicated the issue before hand. If you take a flat tire to a service shop there is no need to diagnose the tire, it either needs patching or replacing. The part retails for about $45. He wanted to charge my mother $270, for a job that on a slow day takes 45 minutes. If you are independently wealthy and desire to support a service shop seeking to take advantage of the elderly, "have at it haus". Do not buy a car here. It has been a bad experience for us from the moment we drove off the lot! Bought an off brand vehicle here in August of 2014. Was advertised as having a CD player. Actually did not. Since one could not be installed, compromise was to give the value of a CD player ($399) as service credit at the Quick Lane. Have had nothing but problems since then. Left messages and spoke with both Dave Burrell & Corey Shaw (managers) as we attempted to receive services for our credit- which I had to fight for EVERY time. Finally Andy, the Quick Lane manager addressed it personally and we received our full credit. Just got an oil change & state inspection there the 1st week of Nov. By Thanksgiving we noticed my car had an engine leak. Took it to my dealer & was told the oil change was done incorrectly & the crush ring was not replaced- causing the leak. Had to pay for a 2nd oil change and now have to figure out how to get the oil stain off of my driveway. Called and left a message for Andy about the improper oil change and never heard back. They don't honor their own website's prices and tried to get an extra $1,700 out of me. When I questioned why the 2 different prices, salesman said the internet prices change all the time. He tried to explain this to me as I had him on speaker with my wife present. She was just as confused as I was. Then he sent me the breakdown of the pricing. Retail price was $36,954.00 with a savings of $3,738.00 which brings it to $33,216.00. Then the store manager offered an extra$1,000 off of ANY new or used vehicle in stock. Now the car is at $32,216.00. And when I asked about the extra $1,000 he never answered me. They offered me $29,500.00 for my trade, so now we are at a balance of $2,716.00 and with all the other taxes and such. I was looking at $3,738.34 out of pocket. So, I thought. Salesman says no, You're looking at $5,477.3 out of pocket. Told him I was confused as my wife was as well. Pretty big selection - obviously not as big as the one in Cary - but big. Went in late one night and they basically bent over backwards to let us leave with the car that night. However, with only 92.000 miles on my F-150 I am having a hard time coming to grips with the expenditures that I have had this year. I bought the truck new in 2015 had I have had all of the service done at the dealership. Had to replace the radiator earlier this year at 80,000 miles and now I have a bad water pump and a bank 2 cat assembly. These three items total about $3,000. I have loved the truck up until now and have told my friends that I will always drive a Ford truck. After this experience, I will be less likely to buy Ford again.
