Ratty and tattered, but the best place to be when in Concord. Local; authentic; full of area…read morenatives; distinct ambiances across two different levels; and a wide assortment of rare craft beers, largely from the greater area. My sole complaints are that some of the beers are a bit pricey; other games should perhaps be incorporated; and that it may be to the customers' interest for the seating and interior to be a little less grungy.

What I am sure of, though, is that "Billiard & Bar" are excellent words to describe this place. Tryna escape your depressing 9 to 5 and go shoot some pool? Boom, 8 pool tables (All green) Tryna escape your depressing 9 to 5 even more and drink some alcoholic beverages to hide the pain of your sad sorry life? Boom, full bar (Not all green) There's even a few things in here that aren't even mentioned in the name. For example, there are two brand new arcade basketball games that look so cool and fun! If you're not a paraplegic, you'll probably get a kick out of these. And speaking of paraplegics, my Great Uncle fought in WW2 and lost every single one of his 5 limbs. He probably wouldn't enjoy these arcade basketball games any more than he does his life. So if you aren't my Great Uncle, then you gotta try them. Now if you're looking to escape your sad boring life through means other than liquor and beer, well you're in luck! This place comes fully equipped with one of those arcade punching bag games that rate how hard you hit it. And what better way to get all your anger and frustrations of your boring everyday life out than to punch something as hard as humanly possible. And the best part is, there's no legal consequences because it's not a person! This place should be called: "Erm, Billiard Bar Arcade Escape! (Anger issues welcome, Great Uncles not)" Will definitely be coming back here since I do have all my limbs! (Sorry Great Uncle Ronnie)

Our Mother's Day late lunch at Tandy's Pub & Grille was unforgettable and I am so grateful we wandered in. The chicken & lemongrass dumplings were genuinely one of the best appetizers I have ever had in my life - perfectly balanced, deeply flavorful, comforting and bright all at once. Every bite felt intentional. The rest of the meal was equally flawless. My Chicken Caprese sandwich and my husband's Club sandwich were excellent, but the dumpling appetizer just stole the show for me. My mouth waters writing this and remembering! We sat outside on the patio on a beautiful spring Sunday, listening to the nearby fountain and the happy sounds of families celebrating together. It was the kind of atmosphere that reminds you how special simple moments can be when everything comes together just right. What truly elevated the experience from excellent to exceptional was the service. Greg (and another gentleman whose name I did not catch) made us feel genuinely cared for and welcomed from start to finish - warm, attentive, welcoming, and effortlessly professional without ever feeling intrusive. Hospitality like that is rare. Perfect food. Perfect atmosphere. Perfect service. I'm already looking forward to our next visit where I will immediately order those incredible dumplings again!

There weren't a lot of people there when we arrived around 8 - We thought at one point we would stay for the DJ and some dancing - We had a very nice server, Sabbian - friendly, funny, and had good customer service skills! Made the time even more enjoyable. She had the BLT and I had a Steak Bomb sandwich - they were both really good. Tried the Sam Adams Blonde Ale and we both liked that - As it got closer to 9, we realized, not that we are OLD, but we aren't stay up till 10 for dancing people, evidently....and decided to call it a night. Would go back again for lunch or maybe dinner ....but think the 10 o'clock dancing ship...might have sailed for us lol

I had the best and freshest sushi and sashimi, my husband had a delicious pepper steak entree and sashimi, and my daughter had a noodle dish and son-in-law had spare ribs! Plus we had sake and cocktails. And the most delicious crab rangoon appetizer! We drove 30-40 minutes to get here but it was so worth it! I don't know why the pictures all look blue; we sat downstairs in the lounge, so I guess that's why. Thanks again! We'll be back!

Beijing & Tokyo is a solid choice if you're in the mood for casual Chinese or sushi without…read moreexpecting anything overly fancy. The sushi is actually one of the highlights -- good quality, fresh, and definitely worth ordering, even though it's not the absolute best you'll find. The Chinese food itself is decent and pretty typical for a local spot. Nothing extraordinary, but it gets the job done when you're craving classic takeout-style dishes. The prices are reasonable, which makes it a convenient option for a quick and affordable meal. One unique item I'd recommend trying is the habanero chicken wings -- just be warned, they are very spicy, so order at your own discretion if you're sensitive to heat. The downstairs area adds a fun touch with a bar-style setup, music, and karaoke, making it a good place to hang out with friends and enjoy a relaxed night out. Overall, this isn't a place for fine dining, but it's a reliable choice for takeout, casual dining, or when you're simply in the mood for Chinese food without overthinking it. The service here I will say is like any other Chinese place it's fast straight to the point as always so that's something I will say I almost forgot to mention the service, but the employees are still very nice and friendly to you.
