True masters of dents. Can not recommend them highly enough. I had several large crater sized dents from a recent hail storm (why do I live somewhere where rocks fall out of the sky??). Capital Dent Masters did a great job repairing almost 10k of hail damage on my '17 Subaru Outback. They handled the process from start to finish with both my insurance and the rental car company. I didn't have to do anything aside from file the claim online (5 mins or less), bring it in for an estimate, and drop the car off for repairs. The whole process was SO much easier than I had imagined it would be, and that was all thanks to their help and hard work. It took less time than expected (less than a week for so much damage!. My car was hit, and it appeared to be mostly cosmetic. A friend had recommended this company, so I took my car for an estimate. Lory was so helpful, I was traumatized, and she and her staff were super efficient, excellent communicators and really all that I could ask for in my moment of car crisis. Their estimates and communication to the insurance company were timely. In the end the insurance company totalled my car, so I can not report on the actual physical servicing of my car. It was all good just 7 months ago with my 1st experience at CDM. But now Mind blown & Disgusted. How do you have so many excellent reviews? I have dropped off my car around July 17th Car inside has been damaged twice due to their lack of attention/care. Had to reluctantly bring car back a second time because they damaged my vehicle. I have a 35k+ vehicle & they had a collision job to repair. Along the time they had my vehicle they have wasted more than half a tank of gas, added on about 65 miles onto my odometer, they have failed to cover my seats while servicing & damaged the interior of my vehicle. Also, my wheels have WAY more damage(big chips) than they had prior to "repairs". The body of my vehicle has an abundance of new scratches and was returned to me in complete disarray. Powder residue all over my walnut colored leather upholstery which I had to wait a week for them to take care of with a "complimentary $300detail service. Which was bs because there was dried stuck on debris in the cup holders and further more details that I noticed that contradicts their claim of top notch detailing. My car has lost over 35% integrity since bringing it here for repairs. Do y'all not do highly detailed inspections, the ceo & manager are always onsite. Seems like they are better at cashing checks than they're at repairing & TAKING CARE OF THE VEHICLES WHILE IN THEIR POSSESSION. They have waisted my time, gas and energy. I'm actually waiting for them to get parts they damaged during the service of my car that they attempted to use rigged solutions that I did not approve & were not part of the repair & due to their neglect. That alone may take up to 3 months. That will make this the longest most disappointing experience I have ever had. Once I conclude my case to the District Attorney I will return to update review with pictures I'm compiling for my case to further prove my claims. Put it this way, my 2year old child has NOT made any damages to my vehicle in the 3 months that I owned the vehicle but CDM had successfully done so in a matter of a 20-30 day period. I brought my Mazda CX-5 in for repairs to a fairly significant dent with paint damage on the front fender and quite a few smaller dents from a separate incident due to hail all over the roof and hood. Alex and his team provided a quote for the fender damage that was significantly less expensive than that of two other shops I went to. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company to get a second estimate on the hail damage. And, most importantly, the repair work on the vehicle was outstanding. It practically looks better now than on the day I bought it. Plus, per their policy, I did not have to pay the deductible for the hail damage repair! They also waxed the car gratis. should be no stars, could not post review without giving one star. WARNING! If you want to be lied to and have their shop damage your car in the process of fixing it (and then not admitting to their poor workmanship.) DO NOT go here. This place is the worst. I don't know how it got such a good rating. I don't usually write reviews but felt I had to warn everyone. They are extremely unprofessional. In short, they lie. First lie .... Told my husband and I it would be a couple of weeks just as soon as they got with our insurance company. Second lie, blamed our insurance company for the delay saying the insurance has not gotten back with them. Not true. some time later, we received an email saying everything is approved and it should be another week. When we called at the end of that week, Thursday before Labor Day, they said a week could be ten days. I don't like being lied to. Third lie.....They told us repeatedly, they would call back and never did. We had to call them only to hear from the "manager" (the worst manager I have ever come across..) she could not tell us when it would be ready until the Tuesday after Labor Day. Fourth lie ... she stated at that time, we are waiting on the insurance. We then called our insurance company and found out they had already cashed the insurance company's check. To add injury to insult, when we finally went to pick up our car, Tuesday after Labor Day, my husband noticed the headliner was "creased, their words" where it was bent down. This is because they did not remove it completely. They refused to acknowledge that they caused this damage and wanted to submit a fraudulent insurance claim So they could get paid by our insurance to fix the damage they created. At this point, we decided our car was better off not in their possession. read more

Could not give Capital Dent Masters a more enthusiastic recommendation for their amazing work and sterling customer service. I scratched and dented my Subaru on a pillar in my parking garage, leaving some unpleasant marks. Took it to CDM and was impressed with the way they quickly diagnosed the damage and explained in detail how they would remedy it. Moreover, they pointed out a great deal of hail damage that I had previously neglected (hard for untrained eyes to see!) and were able to fix everything within a matter of days. This company is phenomenal. I brought them my 2020 Silverado that had a dent above the wheel-well and some scratches on the exterior. I couldn't be happier with the results; after doing PDR on the dent, and an interior/exterior auto detailing, my truck looks better than it did brand new. I'm usually not one to write reviews, but I had to in this case. I made the mistake of calling State Farm's "roadside assistance" for a flat tire, but after six hours of waiting, eventually had to abandon my car on the side of the road...where someone kicked a huge dent into it! I went to Yelp to collect estimates from several providers, but Capital Dent Masters was the only one to provide a detailed written estimate. Lory also volunteered some advice in dealing with State Farm, as they'd been giving me a hard time about covering the damage caused by their incompetence. Once I brought it in, not only did they arrange a rental car for me and complete the repairs days sooner than initially estimated, they went above and beyond with the repairs. The paint had cracked around the dent, so they had to repaint that area, but they also fixed the peeling topcoat on the rest of the panel to blend it in--despite State Farm refusing to cover that level of thoroughness and suggesting they pass on that cost to me, which Lory refused to do. Thank you, Capital Dent Masters! What faith was destroyed by State Farm and vandalism was restored by you :) read more

The person had some off brand insurance who was not helpful at all and Kristen at capital dent master went back and forth with them until I got what I needed from them. I had an accident with a construction spool of wire that fell off a palate while being delivered and I hit it tearing the bumper off my car. My car also had a lot of other dents and scratches.
