Prices are a bit much, but that's all coffee shops now. Great flavors! I've had the honey lavender latte and the seasonal blueberry one latte and both were delicious. Baristas are warm and welcoming. Nice atmosphere inside and the line doesn't take long. Free drinks every Monday this summer with the QR code deal!

Hot lavender milk on the left and iced coffee with oatmilk just perfect

Greeted by friendly staff - drinks are ok... its depend on who prepared them. We got iced coffee and hot lavender and milk, my iced coffee so good and close to perfection but the lavender milk is too much milk can't taste the lavender. So its hits and missed on the drinks. The place is so spacious even a little crowded on weekend we still can find a seat. Very nice atmosphere inside. Clean restroom. Parking maybe a hassle just because its inside Victoria Garden. Overall love this place. We've been couple of times to chill.

Capital One cafe is one of most convenient and amazing coffee shop because it combines boring atm and added a cafe plus giving you 50% discount for using capital one credit card. Capital one cafe is bright, modern, and very clean. The service is very friendly. We ordered seasonal menu of coffee like Cinnamon Maple latte, mocha etc, they taste a bit too sweet, coffee is not as strong as I like. I have no complaints for the price and service they provide because the store does have WI-FI and good environment for meeting or just to catch up. You can spend more than an hour here easily.

Every time I visit Victoria Gardens this is a must stop. Of course if you have a capital one card is even better since it's 50% off drinks. But even if not, the space is perfect for a pit stop, or even a longer stay. Their coffee and snacks are always tasty, and they have comfortable seating, both indoor and outdoor. You can reserve private rooms too. The service is always great, and the baristas are helpful with selection suggestions. If you're going to get coffee in the area, this is my preference!

Beautiful Clean coffee shop, perfect mellow vibe for casual talking among clients or friends or for working on your laptop. The workers Daniel Brenda and Vincent who rung us up and made our coffee were very friendly and fashionable. Love the oat milk cappuccino it was perfect flavor and love that it wasn't burnt like Starbucks. Come by it's great!

Came here for a discounted drink because we are capital one card holders! The cashier was kind & attentive. There's lots of seating inside if someone wanted to bring their laptop to work. There was lots of outlets as well We came during the afternoon on a Saturday and it wasn't too busy. The inside was clean and we didn't wait long for our drinks The matcha was a bit milky, but the strawberry was tasty! The coffee was a bit milky as well, but overall the drinks were refreshing

What's in your wallet? About fifteen bucks short after getting two small drinks, LoL! No! Oh those pesky tariffs are everywhere! Ok, so this cafe has Verve Coffee Roasters for your drinking pleasure. The coffee company is a legit one after winning multiple awards and the last one being in 2024. I ordered a couple of their drinks to test out the spot and those being their seasonal Cardamom Matcha latte and their Verve Flash Cold Brew. Starting off with the Matcha drink that had a subtle hint of Cardamom but kinda got lost the more I sipped. Ok tell me I'm wrong, Nitro cold brew is supposed to be served through a tap and have a natural foam top, right? Well it seems the barista doesn't know that or just gave me a regular cold brew? Simple mistake I guess. The service was good and the cafe is super spacious and ideal for those who need to get their work done. They have an outside patio if you enjoy alfresco vibes. I'll definitely give it another try and maybe at a different time to see if the barista was the problem. And that's my take on this cafe. Peace out my peeps...

Anytime I'm at Victoria Gardens I stop by and get a drink. Drinks are 50% off if you use your card. Honestly they are bit pricey if you don't use your Capital One card. I paid almost $5 and it's the regular size. They don't make this drink in the larger size. Anywho, this place is super convenient. You can bank, work or just hand here with your drink.

10:30 am date with the hubby... finally decided to try this place out! Ambiance: super quiet and chill on the inside with vibing music. Outdoor seating is kind of limited... one large table, 2 x2 seater tables, and a bar like seating area. SERVICE: KASEY was friendly and fabulous! Made us feel super welcomed. Made her recommendations and they were all fantastic. Food: we ordered 2 coffees and 2 breakfast items. Not great but tasty enough... my avocado toast bread was a tad BIMBO BREAD like.... iykyk. I loved the fact that we could sit outdoor and chat and just people watch.

I HEART CAPITAL ONE CAFE! Truly, if you have a capital one credit card (or discover now as well) you need to capitalize ;) on that and visit this cafe! You're telling me I can get a top tier matcha for half the usual price AND a wonderful third space to hang out, read, work, or study in with super friendly staff and baristas?! I love coming here, the matcha and seasonal drinks are what I most highly recommend, I did try a chai latte as well, it was not at all authentic, tastes a bit like Cinnamon Toast Crunch, but a nice option if you have a huge sweet tooth like me. It's usually no problem to modify drinks to be dairy free and/or vegan, but I'd like to note that there has been an occasion where my drink contained dairy when I specifically asked to make sure there would not be any in my beverage, so I would double check if you have any dietary restrictions. Overall, this is a wonderful place to visit, parking is usually not a big issue and is free, seating is relatively ample (plan ahead if you need to sit by a charging outlet), there's plenty of bathrooms, and it's a great central location walkable to everything Victoria Gardens has to offer.

I love that Capitol One Cafe serves Verve coffee! And with 50% off for those who are members of Capitol One, it's even better! I ordered the iced mocha and it was delicious. I also like that they had places to sit inside and outside along the streets of Victoria Gardens. This location has a clean bathroom which was nice to take advantage of while waiting for my drink. The service was quick and friendly.

I have been to Victoria Gardens many times and always pass by the Capital One Cafe. I have their credit card and was fortunate to receive a couple offers for a free coffee. I decided to order their Honey Lavender Latte and my husband got a hot mocha. I scanned my QR code and we got our drinks. The inside is spacious and I think it's really interesting how you can just enjoy the ambiance of a café here, but also randomly credit card and banking stuff is available. I also love the perk of getting 50% off drinks just for having their card (score!) My drink was not bad, I know it's one of their more popular items, but it was a little too heavy on the lavender for me. I for sure will try their iced vanilla next time and use my discount perk :] Location is really great, kind of in the middle of everything and along with the banking-café vibe seating inside, there is also outside seating which is great. I only chatted with the barista, but he was really friendly and gave recommendations. Will be back again soon!

    Yes!

Can I make a cash deposit with a teller?

Nope. No bank tellers or any other traditional banking services here. They do have an ATM plus an employee or two who can talk to you about Capital One bank.

Can you do product changes here? I'm looking to either close my account or change to a different CapOne card. There doesn't seem to be an option to do it online

Nope. No traditional banking services here, just an ATM and some representatives who can talk to you about Capital One.

Is there ATM access outside or regular business hours?

There is a ATM in an area where the doors are left unlocked. Not sure if they are left unlocked 24/7 but I know they are open at least an hour before mall opens up.

If you've never had chicory coffee before, it has a deeper, slightly earthy flavor that stands out from a standard cold brew without being overly bitter. Their menu was fairly straightforward and, truthfully, everything sounded good. Apparently they're known for their matcha drinks as I saw mostly everyone ordering one. However, I had my heart set on a coffee. The staff I interacted with when ordering left a lot to be desired. Very cold demeanor, especially after I ordered a coffee and asked about the popularity with their matcha drinks since I noticed everyone ordering one. She literally rolled her eyes with a sigh and was like, "well...that's what we're known for" then scurried away without any interaction or thank you to any friendly gesture upon me paying. I also ordered a scone, which she brought over to me and, again, when I said thank you, she just walked away. No smile. Nothing. Exact same interaction when giving me my drink at the pickup area. Super rude. My order consisted of a Cafe Latte and Biscoff Scone. Both were really good, despite the awful service experience. The latte was rich and the brew was tasty. The scone was the showstopper for me though. I don't normally like scones, but this had to be one of the best ones I've ever had. The biscoff flavor was prominent throughout and the texture was not hard and dry. It truly was perfection. Because of the poor service experience, I can't say that I'd return. However, if you do decide to give them a try, make sure to add a scone to your order.

How are people supposed to know how much things cost? If here is enough room to have the name of the product on it, it's not hard to put the number of dollars it costs right there next to it. I hateeeee when coffee shops do this! The coffee was an iced pistachio latte for $8.50, and various food items that we had no idea the totals until charged for the bill, I don't remember the exact number but I was kind of shocked at the total price of everything which I think was high $30s-40s? The interior was super cute with their red chairs and their story concept on the walls. The seats were comfortable and it was pretty crowded in the coffee shop with students and people working on their laptops. The food wasn't that good. For the prices we paid I kind of expected more, especially from that chicken roll item. The chicken was very dry and the flavors were lacking. It tasted like something you can get frozen from the stores that you just microwave or air fry.I enjoyed the cheesecake, but I didn't really like the pistachio milk cake, it tasted Joe they just mixed their milk solution with pistachio pudding powder (based off of the to bright/unnatural green color of it) and didn't flavor it with any real pistachio nuts. I enjoyed the coffee as well however I feel that the prices of everything was expensive especially when we didn't even know the prices of 3/4 of the things we purchased. I understand that we can ask how much each thing cost but how annoying would it be to ask about every single one. It would be very annoying and such a hassle for the cashier too. On the plus side parking is easy bc it shares it in a pretty big plaza. Another upside is that it's close to a ton of good food options in that area as well. ---- Overall: I wouldn't be back, expensive, don't know the price of their food bc none of it is listed out, and the food is hit or miss, interior decor is very cute tho
