El Churro
Andreya P.

Stopped by Mi Flor Mayor Coffee in Fontana and got the El Churro. It was delicious! The cinnamon flavor really stands out, but you can still taste the coffee, which I loved. It also wasn't overly sweet, making it the perfect balance. The baristas up front were very nice and helpful, and they even had free stickers available, which was a fun touch. The inside is spacious, cute, and has plenty of seating if you want to stay and enjoy your drink. The pastries were amazing as well I got the raspberry cheesecake cookie it paired perfectly with the coffee. Overall, a great coffee shop with a welcoming atmosphere, and I'll definitely be back!

Want something different than Starbucks and support your local coffee shop? We'll stop by at Mi Flor Mayor Coffee in downtown Fontana. Started as a small cart on the side of the streets to their own brick and mortar store. Great ambiance and great coffee!

We came here to support small business and try to help revive downtown Fontana. So we decided to come to this coffee shop with great reviews. We walked in and we thought the decor was so trendy and cute! Love love love the vibe! I ordered the hot orange blossom with oat milk and the almond croissant. I asked for them to warm the croissant. I'm glad I did because it was delicious! Warm and the outside was somewhat crunchy! A perfect combination. The orange blossom was good but I was hoping I'd taste more orange. We will be back to help support this cute little place!

This coffee shop lived up to the high reviews. The ambiance is casual. I could definitely see myself grabbing some coffee here with a friend and catching up. Service is great. Parking is street only but there was plenty of available spots when I went. I tried the Mi Flor Mayor which is a rose latte. I love that their syrup is made in house and the dehydrated rose garnish was a nice touch. The rose flavor was not too overpowering, which I enjoyed. For pastries, I would definitely recommend their specialty danishes. They are not skimpy with the filling. I tried their Banana Cream Pie Danish and Chorizo Con Papas Danish. Omg they were delicious!

Mi Flor Mayor Coffeehouse is a cozy, ultra clean, family-owned coffee shop with a warm, welcoming vibe. Good coffee, pastries, friendly service, and very reasonable prices. A gem that's worth a visit. Gracias

Parking: Available street parking Ambience: Used to be a really small coffee shop without any seating, but they recently expanded, and now there's a few lounge chairs, small board games, and plenty of lush decorative plants! Service: Always a line whenever I come in the mornings, but friendly, no complaints! Taste: Love all the drinks here! I've only tried El Churro, Mazapan, and Panal de Canela, but none have disappointed so far, and everyone I've bought drinks for from here have raved about it! Highly recommend!

This was coffee very tasty and semi strong, just a little too sweet for my liking. I loved that they have a latin inspired theme for their handcrafted coffees . The decor and atmosphere inside the coffee shop were everything. Even the menu had a nice touch. The service was friendly and we received our coffee pretty fast.

Came in on a Thursday morning. Walked in and Wasn't too busy. Ordered the El churro, and it was pretty decent. I was expecting more of a sweeter taste just because, when i think of churro, it's more on the sweeter side. But it was okay. They do charge extra for substitution of milks. Pricing is pretty decent. Cute little hangout spot.

We visited that one nursery in town that's all over TikTok going out of business and looked on Yelp for coffee nearby and Mi Flor Mayor appeared! We found a parking spot out front on the street which was super simple and walked in. I had no expectations and thought it would probably have similar or same coffee concoctions as other Mexican coffee spots, but Mi Flor stood out for sure. The pastries they had I'd not seen anywhere else, in particular the banana cream pie Danish and the Abuelita chocolate cronut. I ordered the churro latte and I'd definitely come back for that again. It wasn't super sweet but it was the right amount of sugar and cinnamon taste. Other churro lattes it would just be overpowered with sweetness but theirs tasted balanced. The banana cream pie Danish is so good and the right amount of pastry to filling and it had a dehydrated slice of banana on it which I loved because it had a little crunch to it and it wasn't mushy or overpowering with banana flavor. I tried some of my sister's Abuelita cronut which had the Abuelita hot chocolate ganache in the middle and it was great! Our drinks were ready within 5 to ten minutes and the girl that took our order had cool nails and said they were press-ons from Marshall's! The seating area is nice. I wish I brought my computer to get work done here because the chairs were these leather couch type and SO COMFORTABLE. The seating area is separated from the counter by a half wall with plants in it, so it does feel like a different vibe from having it all be open. It's smaller than a Starbucks seating area but there's plenty of places to sit and chat or work from your laptop. I would definitely make a trip out here if I'm in the area to get coffee, get the banana cream Danish and work from here because it's such a cozy, cool spot.

Coconut matcha

Mi Flor has mastered the coconut matcha! Although it is a seasonal drink, it is by far my favorite in the IE. Overall, staff are incredible, pastries are good, and drinks are well-rounded which appeals to a variety of palates. Due to many visits, Mi Flor is feeling more like Mi familia!!!

Cute little coffee shop off Sierra. There is some seating and bar tops with bar barstools inside. They also have two outside tables in the front of the shop. First timer here so I went with recommendations from Yelp and the gentleman at the register helped as well. There were two men working this morning. Very friendly and helpful. I ordered my fiance the El Churro coffee and I had the El Mexicano. The El Churro is delicious and if you like coffee on the sweeter side this is for you. The El Mexicano comes with their house made strawberry jam as the sweetener, me being extra today added some vanilla sweetener as well lol and I had it with oatmilk. Definitely sweet and i enjoyed very much! Next time I will not do the extra vanilla sweetener as I believe it will be just fine and sweet as is. We also ordered banana bread and a wild berry muffin and they were phenomenal ! So so good and I highly recommend trying them. Very good local spot ! I will be definitely be back!

Churro latte and banana bread

The churro iced latte was soooo good. I got it 75% sweet and it was perfect! The inside is really cute too. Very modern and aesthetic. They also sell plants, which we bought one lol. We'll definitely be back! The guy at the register was really nice too.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon and they were pretty busy…read more I ordered carne asada tacos (can't go wrong with that) and chicharon tacos. And my boyfriend ordered a chicharon burrito. When ordering the lady asked my boyfriend if he was okay with cilantro, onions, rice okay in the burrito and he omitted the beans. One thing she never asked is we wanted hotsauce on the food. Because when I got my tacos and he got his burrito, it had hotsauce. I think this is something they should ask if you want when you are ordering. What if someone is ordering for a kid and they don't like hotsauce. I say this cos I don't like hotsauce. My boyfriend had to bring to back and they have new tacos with no hotsauce. Another thing that is a hit or miss here are the chicharon. Our chicharon was both crunchy and soft. I noticed it depends what time of day you go and you also know by how much chicharon they have left (you can see it on the display). I like how they have the toppings in a little bar where you can get (hot sauce, pickled jalapeños, cilantro and onions). It is a small restaurant. They have some seats indoor and outdoor. And they even have a tortilla lady in the corner making fresh tortillas.

This little hole in the wall taco shop is one of those spots you almost don't notice unless someone…read moretells you about it, but I'm glad I found it. The tacos are really good and packed with flavor, and the burritos are just as solid, big portions that actually fill you up without feeling overpriced. You definitely get your money's worth here, which is hard to find these days. One of the best parts is the salsa bar. They have a good variety of salsas, and all of them taste fresh and delicious, not watered down like some places. You can really customize your food depending on how spicy you like it. The only downside is there's no kids menu, so it might be tough if you have really picky eaters. But if you're just looking for good tacos, good burritos, fair prices, and a taco spot to grab a quick meal, this place is definitely worth checking out.
