Her coffee was equally as good and she said her croissant was one of the best that she's ever had. Very flaky and buttery without being too greasy. The baristas were also so nice! It is one of the best specialty drinks I have ever had. It is rich, comforting, and perfectly balanced. It tastes intentional, not just like another sugary mocha. My second favorite is the Hermosa Oscuridad. It is bold, smooth, and complex without being overpowering. What truly sets Mi Flor Mayor apart is that their syrups are made in house. You are not getting the same generic flavors you can find anywhere else. These drinks are unique and clearly crafted with care. You can genuinely taste the difference. And the pastries deserve their own spotlight. They are some of the best I have ever had at a coffee shop and they are made fresh daily. Flaky, flavorful, and the perfect pairing with any drink.
