This was my second visit to the Capital One Lounge at the D Gates, and somehow it impressed me even more than the first. My first visit was during my honeymoon, and this time I stopped in after trying another lounge in the airport that honestly didn't compare. The difference was noticeable the moment I walked in. I was greeted immediately and welcomed back. The staff made sure I knew where everything was--the restrooms, food, bar, and amenities--which made the experience feel personal and inviting. The food is where this lounge truly shines. Instead of typical airport buffet fare, everything is beautifully presented in individual portions with an incredible variety of fresh hot and cold options. From brisket to creative seasonal dishes, every bite I tried was flavorful and fresh. You can tell they put real thought and care into both the presentation and the quality of the food. I'll be adding photos because it's something you really have to see. There are plenty of self-serve beverage options, plus a full-service bar with featured cocktails and specialty drinks. The lounge itself was comfortable, relaxing, and noticeably quieter than other airport lounges. There were plenty of comfortable places to sit, including lounge chairs perfect for unwinding before a flight. One of my favorite surprises was when a staff member came around with an afternoon tea cart, offering a warm tropical green tea paired with a passion fruit macaron from a local Las Vegas bakery. It was such an unexpected touch and really elevated the whole experience. Even the restrooms reflect the level of care Capital One puts into this lounge. The private stalls feel more like a luxury hotel than an airport, and every detail--from the cleanliness to the hand towels--feels thoughtfully chosen. Everything about this lounge is simply a step above. The service, the food, the atmosphere, and the attention to detail make it feel like a premium experience from start to finish. If you have a card that gets you access, don't skip it. And honestly, even if you have to pay for entry, I think it's worth every penny. The Capital One Lounge at LAS is a great addition to the airport and definitely a step above sitting at the gate. The lounge is modern, clean, and has a relaxed atmosphere despite how busy the airport can get. The food was surprisingly good for an airport lounge, with a nice variety of fresh options, and the grab-and-go station is a thoughtful touch if you're short on time. The cocktail selection was also well done, and the staff I interacted with were friendly and welcoming. Dee, the bartender, made me a killer spicy Bloody Mary prior to boarding my flight and I'm sure her other cocktails are just as good. Overall, it's still one of the better airport lounges in the country, and I'd happily visit again whenever I'm flying through Las Vegas. read more

I was at the airport for nearly 6 hours, so I spent half of that at this airport lounge with a panorama inside view of Terminal 1 in LAS. Hands down the BEST lounge I've ever been to out of all lounges I've been to so far. I was taken care of as soon as I went in, even while the front desk were in training LOL. The food was incredibly delicious and good, the staff was super friendly, the space was clean and the individual bathrooms are bigger than the ones I have at home LOL. I saw that they had caviar in other reviews and wanted to try it but it wasn't available, but rest assured they come out with good ahh fresh plates of food. Open bar service also takes digital tips because the bartenders were SOOO sweet. And and and there were many drink selections, even on the way out! Quality/Quantity - Now that we have passes to lounges (finally), flying public airports are so much better. It also helps that we have Global Entry, TSA Pre Check, etc. Life is so much better. Especially since Jet Suite is seasonal from Reno to LV now... Crazy to not stress about getting to our airports early and hanging out in the lounges. We should have done this years, or decades ago!! This has been the BEST airport lounge so far in all our travels. Do keep in mind that depending on who I am traveling with also gives me access to their lounges. Ambiance - Decent size. The only food so far of all the airport lounges (I have been to in the last decades) that the food was good! Scary. Service - 5 stars, non stop cleaning. This lounge is very clean, spacious, and modern--perfect place to relax before going on a fight. The staff were very professional and they took great care of the space. I've visited here 3x now, once last year and twice this summer. Everything was great this time around except for the food, which was disappointing. Yes, they have a wide variety of items to choose from, but unfortunately I feel like the flavors and/or quality was lacking. For instance, the mac & cheese was a little dry and pretty bland. I found myself adding salt and pepper to it to salvage it. Similarly with the carnitas taco as well. This was a similar sentiment to all the other dishes I've tired where it just did not hit the spot. Sure, I shouldn't be complaining about complimentary food, but for a luxury lounge, I would expect higher quality items. My first time at a Capital One lounge I was really excited to finally use my Capital One venture X card benefits at the formal lounge since my local airports do not have one directly accessible. The food here was considerably better than some other lounges that I have been to. I had some of their breakfast items as well as some of their lunch items. The tacos were yummy and there was some custom espresso martini coffee that came around on a bar cart. That was a nice experience as well. This location doesn't have any showers, but it does have a couple personal work rooms, a good amount of tables and solo chairs as well as a to go station where if you want to grab some snacks to go, they already come prepackaged such as water bottles, fruits, sandwiches, etc. Everything was really cleanly. Big fan of this lounge previously, but my last visit was quite disappointing. If there is a wait, you are unable to use the grab and go station even if there is no one using it. You must get off the waitlist before getting anything from that station, which seems to defeat the purpose of having a to-go station at all. When we finally got off the waitlist after about 30 minutes, we realized the lounge wasn't even crowded. However, while every single 2-seater table was taken, every 4+ capacity table was open. There were at least 6 of these tables, and combined with the sprinkling of single seats between parties at the bar and window, the lounge itself was well under capacity. After my partner and I circled the entire lounge failing to find an available 2-seater table, we decided to claim one of the many empty larger tables. As soon as we sat down, an employee immediately approached us and - without even saying a hello or welcome - let us know very plainly that we were not allowed to sit at that table since we were only a party of 2. I told her we had already checked and there were no smaller tables available and she said she would find us one. Predictably, it took her a while before she could come back to guide us to a table for 2 that finally opened. As for the food itself, several offerings were gone and in need of a refill. Additionally, several taps (including one of the water faucets) were out of order. On the way out, for the first time ever no one offered either their local chocolate or a bag to take something to-go. I'm not sure what separates this from any other domestic airport lounge anymore. read more

The Capital One lounge in Las Vegas is very nice which offers a wide and great selection of hot and cold dishes, as well as a full bar and an assortment of hot and cold drinks. We had about an hour to spare and this lounge is located in the Concourse D Atrium, second level near Gate D50. When we got there, we had to check in individually. They said they will text us as soon as there's availability so we went to Priority Pass Lounge to kill the time but even before we can check in at a PP lounge, got a text so we went to this lounge. True enough, they have a wide selection of food that I enjoyed, a variety of drinks. They have their Capital 1 chocolates which was really good as well. They also offer to go and their to go food is quite impressive. When you enter the lounge, the food is to the left while the bar is to the right. Across the customer service by the entrance is the shelf for the grab and go. Service for the front was great, they were nice and friendly. I had a not so good experience where the food was located, this 1 server was trying to replenish the food. I believe I wasn't in the way and I was waiting for her to finish because I kind of like what she was bringing but she snapped at me and looked at me like she was annoyed. She was an older lady. But it's ok, I managed . This lounge is very clean and quiet, not crowded at all. They do manage the number of people they allow inside and that's great. Definitely impress with this lounge. This was the best find at the airport. Glad to be a member. The mac and cheese was so good, I went back for seconds. They had tacos too, the tortilla was on the dry side but overall it was delicious. They had salad cups, as well as cookies, breads, water and drinks in the front lobby if you care to just grab and go. The staff were efficient and friendly. Used dishes were removed promptly. The Capital One lounge at Harry Reid airport is located near the D gates/concourse where most of the Delta airline flights are. They have a nice spacious lounge area along with a Grab and Go section in the lobby area for those who don't have enough time to stay between their flights. To get to the D gates you have to take the tram to get there so if your flight is in a different gate this may be out of the way since it's not really in walking distance with the rest of the airport. If you're a Venture X card holder with capital one you get free access to the lounge. As of February 2026 they've removed free guest access to the lounge for Venture X card holder so you'll have to pay the entry fee for guest if they don't have their own Venture X card, this include authorized card users as well. Overall the service was top notch & they have great food options as well. read more

The Capital One lounge at LAS is super nice! Very upscale and modern. They offer plentiful elevated food and drink options, my favorite was the Mac and cheese and chicken pot pie!! They also have a variety of draft sodas and non-alcoholic beverage options. The chairs are very comfy and you get a nice view to look out and people watch or watch the planes on the runway. Be aware though, they are very strict on the timing and can be a hassle to get in. You can only come in 3 hours prior to your flight and they are strict with that rule. They are very busy and had to do assigned seating when we first attempted to check in and there was a wait. We decided to come back later and we were able to get in right away and there was no assigned seating. Overall everything was very clean and the food options were tasty. I stopped by the lounge as part of a trip around noon. When I went there, there was no line and I was able to enter immediately. The lounge was not packed, and had plenty of seating for solo travelers and groups. They had multiple self-service stations with a large variety of food items. It was constantly being replenished by the very attentive staff. The bar also has a good list of different alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. For people in a hurry, they also had a small selection of grab and go items. The facilities were also very clean. They had multiple single occupancy restrooms available, which is great. Overall, this is one of the better airport lounges at LAS excluding airline specific business lounges. read more

Date of visit: January 3, 2026 This was our second visit to the Capital One Lounge at LAS and while significantly busier than the first visit (we had a short wait to get into the facility), it was no less lovely than the first visit. Staff are always friendly and accommodating--really, plates do not linger on tables long before someone comes along to swoop it out of the way--and the food remains varied and tasty. Don't sleep on the Grab N' Go options at the very front, these are perfect to keep you sated during your flight and set Capital One apart from many other lounges that at the very least discourage you from taking anything with you, forcing you to gorge yourself. Loved the Oat Milk Latte on tap, as well--definitely helped keep me awake until our midnight arrival in Milwaukee. Our friend that accompanied us raved about the bathrooms, and having used one the last time, I concur that they are lovely and a nice touch. read more

I finally had the chance to check out the Las Vegas lounge after a rough experience the first time I tried to visit. This time, I was in Las Vegas for work and arrived at a decent time. Even though there were sixteen parties ahead of me on the waitlist, I was able to get in within about 20 minutes, which was a relief. I only stayed in the lounge for around 20 minutes because of timing -- my flight was in a different terminal, so I had to make this a quick visit. Even so, I was able to enjoy a cappuccino and some snacks. Since it was the afternoon and I was in the mood for something sweet, I grabbed a few cookies along with my cappuccino. Of course, one of the main reasons I use the lounge is for the to-go food options. The selections were essentially the same as other Capital One lounges I've visited. I ended up taking a falafel wrap, which I've had before, but it would be nice if they expanded their vegetarian to-go options in the future. Overall, when you're treated well and get the chance to access the lounge, it's a solid experience. There are plenty of food and drink options, and with how busy Las Vegas airport can get, being one of the lucky travelers who gets to relax in the lounge before a flight is definitely a nice perk. read more

Access included for yourself if you have a C1 Venture X card. Friendly welcoming service at check-in. The several times I visited this lounge, fortunately has never been super crowded. There are always so many options for what to eat ranging from hot foods to cold foods, desserts, as well as grab and go options. There are folks who constantly go around, helping to bus away empty dishes, and drinkware - to really help the place looking super tidy and nice, creating for a relaxing experience. Bartenders are nice and make drinks quickly. I thought it was super interesting to see decently, rare spirit options being offered as part of the rare bottle club menu selection. However, not all the bottles on display were listed within the menu and not all listed options were available at the bar. I was even told about the relaxation room available for a reservation upon check, which was super nice. However, personally, I did find the room to be a little gimmicky and was just underwhelmed by experience. I think if they had a shower room available that would actually have made for a much more enjoyable time at the lounge instead. Would definitely recommend coming to this lounge if you have access but definitely plan ahead of time for getting to your gate in time for your boarding and departure. read more

I came here last week and spent about half an hour here. I had about an hour and a half before my flight was going to depart, so I came straight to the Cap1 Lounge to be put on the waitlist. The gal in front wasn't very nice. I asked her how long the wait list would take, but all she responded in an almost annoying way, that she doesn't know and only said that there's 12 people in front of me and to figure it out myself (eg wait for the text to arrive). I've only been at the Cap1 Lounge at IAD (where folks were friendlier and more helpful), so the initial rude attitude of the front line staff didn't sit well with me. Fortunately I had about a half hour wait, so I was able to get my fill of food and coffee before my flight. Food was pretty tasty, and comparable to my previous Cap1 lounge experience at IAD. I enjoyed the easily accessible cold brew on tap, which was nice because I helped myself to a few cups. I was traveling on a holiday weekend, and despite being on a busy travel day, the lounge wasn't too packed or noisy. So definitely some positives here. I would go give this lounge an 4 star rating due to its food and beverage offerings, but I dropped down 0.5 stars for its rating due to the rudeness of the front line staff. So overall a 3.5 star rating, rounded down to 3 stars. I hope that they can address the customer service skills of the folks registering folks in. They are the first people that customers interact with, and ideally should promote a welcoming atmosphere. read more

Wow, this is hands down the best airport lounge I've been to. The staff here are so nice and make you feel so welcomed. The lounge is high end and impeccably cleaned. It is so spacious. If you are on a tight schedule, near the entrance is a grab-n-go area with provided bags so you can bring sandwiches and snacks to your flight. Beyond that is a hallway that leads to a row of single room, large bathrooms. They are so tasteful, they even have artwork inside. The main area has a full service bar and hot food. The hot food area reminds me of the Las Vegas buffets. Everything is plated in single portion sizes so you just grab the dish and put it on your tray - you don't have to worry about people picking through the food. By the way, the food is delicious with a great variety of options. They even had caviar to go with the champagne being served. The drinks here are also nothing to sneeze at. They have unique carbonated flavors, as well as delicious coffee and tea offerings. I'm not going to lie, I'm considering flying out of LAS more often because of this lounge. read more

Although my flight was at terminal B, I made sure to make the trek to terminal D to experience this lounge and justify my credit card annual fee. It was great that had a grab n go area for people rushing to their flight. The blueberry yogurt pretzels were a great snack to go along with the oat milk latte. Located at the D Gates, the Capital One Lounge is my current go to lounge to pre-game in before my flight. This lounge has a very contemporary high end feel with a full bar ready to serve some tasty cocktails. The food offerings are served in mini-dishes or bowls to help offset food waste. I enjoy this and the presentation works for IG postings. Everything I've had there has been tasty and pretty healthy as well. The coffee is always freshly brewed and i love the hot tea offerings. The sodas are not pepsi or coke but their own lighter soda flavors. I love the view of the lounge overlooking the D gates as I enjoy my food. There's free wifi and plenty of charging ports to keep you productive. The bathrooms were always spotless on each visit. The staff is so friendly. They clear tables quickly so patrons are never waiting for a table to be cleared. Great work. My favorite section by far is the grab n go section out in the lounge. Every time I leave grab: boxed water, a wrap and blueberry dipped pretzels in a to go snack bag. Fantastic. I'll continue to visit hours before my flights in the near future. Safe Travels! read more

Capital One Lounge is one of the premiere lounges with fun little perks that are worth checking out! Over the several visits to Vegas, I had the opportunity to take myself and guests to the Capital One Lounge and it has always been a good time! They have a limited selection of hot foods, desserts, and pre-made salads. They also have a bar for a nice cocktail or drinks (anything top shelf is extra). For non-drinkers, they have a selection of craft sodas and specialty teas. What really sets this lounge apart is the take-away area where they have a few sandwiches, salads, and snacks to pack and get to go! Very nice if you have a super long flight ahead. Sadly, Captial One Lounge is getting rid of their free guests starting February 1, 2026... It was definitely one of the draws of having the card! Cap1, you've done well with this lounge. It was pretty empty when I arrived tonight (a Tuesday at 6pm), so the only downside is that the food has been sitting out a bit. Tons of hot food options, including a great short rib, pancetta Mac and cheese, and chicken pot pie. I've really enjoyed my visits to the Dallas Cap1 lounge in the past but my main complaints there was that the food has been a little too fancied up and my kid wouldn't touch it. I wasn't with my kid on this trip, but it's definitely much more kid friendly food, but still really good for adults too. There's for tons of alcohol if you're into that thing, and there was a alcoholic, frozen slushy drink that I tried one sip of and it was really tasty, but that was enough for me :-). I really like the creative soft drink options - my favorite was the pineapple cream soda. They've also got a good selection of things to take at the grab and go area, including two different sandwiches, two different salads, overnight oats, and a fruit cup plus some more cookies and box waters. Really nice spacious bathrooms too. Wish they had a shower though. I'm frustrated that capital one changed their great guest policy for their lounges - now it's only the primary card holder free not even one guest or a kid. But on the upside - no wait. It's a great lounge for sure. It's modern and new. They stock the buffet table frequently, enough food to go around and the food are presented well too. However, I think there are just too many sweets and not enough greens/veggies and protein. Maybe for the 2 times I'm there are all before 12 pm? With that note, I did find salad in acupuncture in the grab & go section. The service is good.They come pick up your plates frequently. 10/10 lounge I've been to soo many lounges globally in my life and wow this is 10/10 lounge experience. This is an intentionally curated space for the frequent traveler in ways I've not seen before. It's not just the big elements it's the small touches that makes it next level. In my opinion, this is one of the better lounges. Cocktails and food here are very good. This location does not have a QR code for ordering food, just a buffet but that is fine with me. I was here around 6:30pm on a Tuesday and it wasn't busy at all, actually relatively empty. I chose a seat at the bar because I saw a bunch of drinks I wanted to try and I had to finish some work so the bar fit my laptop, food, and drinks better. Also I saw that all the tables had outlets at the tables as well which is great! If you like plane watching, there is a very good view past the buffet area. I got the following items to eat: -blini with caviar - caviar in true Vegas fashion. Honestly, doesn't taste like much; I expected the caviar to be saltier. -grilled chicken thigh with lemon butter and pearl couscous - pretty tasty, I would've personally preferred more lemon but I also like things super lemony so can't judge by my tastes. -steakhouse truffle short rib with pea puree - tasty, but was a little dry probably because it was sitting in the buffet for a bit. -truffle mushroom "steak" with pea puree - pretty tasty but needed more salt and pepper which you can find by the utensils behind you. -esquites - pretty good but wish the corn was sweeter; needed more seasoning with salt and pepper behind the buffet. -peach panzanella salad - soooo good! I loved how tangy and sweet the peaches and tomatoes were in this dish. -tiramisu - didn't seem like much on first impressions but I loved the taste of this. I got the following drinks to try (was definitely buzzed by the end of the night but made my flight!). The bartenders were super friendly here! -Cop in a Raincoat - very tasty first drink -High Roller - like a sparkling mint mojito which is mixed with a hydration booster; if you like mojitos, 100% get this -White Lion - like a white russian; that spiced brown sugar foam is delicious, I can totally just drink the foam. Mixed in with the drink was very good as well. -Lost Creek Spritz - if you like citrusy drinks, this one is for you! It's a lighter and sparkling limoncello drink and I loved it. -Good Luck Charm - like an old fashioned, but honestly didn't like this much. -Green Goblin (Frozen) - strong drink but delicious because I love Ford's Gin. You can ask for a smaller sample of this drink since it's a frozen drink and I only wanted to try as much of the menu as possible. Because I didn't like the Good Luck Charm much, the bartender made me another drink. But since I don't like to waste, I finished both drinks and somehow made my flight. I also grabbed the following from the to go section on my way out to my flight: -ham and swiss pretzel sandwich -stuffed doughnut - loved this dessert as well, as it wasn't terribly sweet -mini croissant - a little dry by the time I had it but still pretty good. The lounge is very clean and the food is pretty decent. The wait time is usually low to nine. Cocktails and alcohol options are pretty good.
