Time to update the review.... And significantly. Clean and lots of light with surrounding windows. Breakfast food selection very poor. The food station is extremely small and the choices are poor. They do have an interesting make your own gelato machine but that just didn't have a pull for me at 5;45 am as it clearly did for others. read more

This is a nice little United lounge! Not the best I've ever been to, but far from the worst. The front desk was very nice to us and from overhearing the bartenders conversations with others, they seemed very nice too! The food was good! Nothing outstanding, but it served its purpose for us. We just needed something to hold us over as lunch until we could have dinner on the plane. The only complaint is that food wasn't being replenished at all. A lot was out or nearly out when we came in and by the time we left an hour and a half later, nothing had been replaced. Just be prepared that the lounge is very small. You will overhear everyone's conversations even if you don't want to. The area is fully open and when you walk in, what you see is what you get. All in all though, I wouldn't hesitate to visit again the next time I'm at this airport. read more

Second time in a United Club lounge, first at LAS airport and I must say...the United Club lounge is WAYYYY better in Hawaii in my opinion. We paid for the pass lounge on this trip. First, the agent at the desk treated my other half and I rudely just because we were 20 minutes early from the time we were allowed in and told us to wait outside (where no chairs were available and we weren't about to go all the way back downstairs to just come up again). Secondly, the moment we went in...PACKED. We were fortunate enough to snag a table but the seats and tables with outlets for charging were all taken. The place didn't feel exclusive at all. Literally looked like the amount of people at a gate, plus some. Third, the food. Eh...my other half is a chef and he said all the food were pre-packaged, just heat it up type of food. We got to try both breakfast and lunch bites since we arrived right when breakfast was ending and lunch was about to begin. -For breakfast, we had the scrambled eggs and the homestyle potatoes with chorizo. It was bland. Eggs according to my other half were the prepackaged ones that they just heat up. -For lunch, we had the chicken, jasmine rice, tortellini, stuff from the charcuterie board and the cream of broccoli soup. It was okay. Again everything tasted like stuff you just heat it up from a package, kind of like heating up frozen food. Bar was really busy and every chair was taken, some people were standing also so we didn't even try. Finally the bathrooms. Yuck. Both men and women's bathrooms were dirty and needed servicing. Honestly, we would not come back. After that experience, we said we'll use our money on airport restaurant food or try the Capital One lounge next. My opinion - don't buy a pass for this lounge, not worth it. read more

I receive multiple one time passes bc of United credit cards I hold. The sign said one time passes not accepted on Sun, 4/27. However, I was a single, and the ladies were super nice in front: They squeezed me in. This lounge is nicer vs PHX, but obvi not as large as LAX. Nonetheless, its better vs the Priority Pass lounge down the hallway. That lounge has moved to made to order, and the food options are limited. The food selection at this United lounge was decent, and the bar had about 8 seats. I snacked on chips & guac, crackers & hummus, and mushroom bisque. The chips were crunchy and the guac was fresh. Unfortunately, there weren't any TVs that I saw: I wanted to watch the Laker playoff game. United takes care of me the best of the Big 4 US airlines. This is a decent lounge. Offers a wide variety of foods (hummus, pita, soup, Thai chili chicken, sandwich wraps, rice and a variety of snacks) as well as a full variety of. There are comfy chairs and tables. My only complaint was it was packed (probably because it's Vegas). It was actually hard to find a place to sit down. Definitely beats waiting out in the gate. Deftly fill up your personal water bottles (they have a soda machine that also has lemonade and sparkling water, etc.). This is definitely more of a commuter lounge, but still good. You also get a nice view of the airplanes at the gate (the entire back wall is glass). read more

United Club - D Terminal Las Vegas This is one of the smaller United Clubs, but honestly that worked in its favor--it wasn't busy at all, and the views of the Strip and the mountains were a nice surprise. A quiet place with a view in an airport? That's already a win. The standout for me? Ceramic mugs for coffee and tea. Such a small thing, but it makes a big difference. Hot drinks in waxed or paper cups just don't taste the same. This was hands-down the best chamomile tea I had on the entire trip, and it's because United got this detail right. Snacks and seating were fine, but it was the real mugs and view made me smile. United--thank you for this touch. I'll be back in the San Francisco club soon, and fingers crossed you've taken the hint and ditched the paper cups there too. read more

It's a small VIP lounge, but I like it. There's a full bar, a fruits, desserts, breads, coffees, iced tea and water self-serve counter. There is also a salad bar perpendicular to the soups, wraps and sandwiches counter which is frequently refreshed. The entire club's outside "wall" is glass facing the United gates, and with a view of the Strip in the distance. It's a nice and quiet getaway from the busy airport terminal. read more

As many noted, this lounge is not as large as some of the other locations (LAX) but it has really cool views of the planes taking off and lots of seating. I would recommend the food as much of the buffet hot style fooos had been sitting out (unchanged) for the two hours I was there), but the fruits and other snacks (that were covered and didn't need refrigeration) were nice. The bar tender was friendly and provided quick service (can't go wrong with a red wine) and I was able to read my book and relax before the flight in peace and comfort. read more

This is small size lounge, you can pretty much see one end to the other. Got a nice bar in corner. There are TVs playing love sports. Sofa seats and high chair sitting areas have lots of charging ports. Restrooms are well maintained. Food bar is decent, though I found most of the dishes to be stale since it's been sitting for a while. But I liked the macaroni pasta a lot. Lots of drinks option available, including alcohol in the bar, fountain soda from coca-cola machine and infused water. Service is nice, friendly staff. First time visit - underwhelmed Easily seats 100 people. Small food buffet that looked like it came from the Hampton Inn. The cream cheese selection was nice. One coffee machine and a bar with one bar tender. Seating is pretty typical. Check in was fast and congenial. This is not a main stream club and really just there for convenience but not to drive engagement. Filled with business folks and some entitled white people being rude and pushing their way around to butt in on the food, I mean seriously people, wait your turn! It's just eggs! Clean. Not run down. I had a couple of free passes through my United Explorer credit card, so we decided to use them on a recent flight to SFO as it was early in the morning. The lounge opens at 5:30 AM, and there was already a line when we arrived at maybe 5:20 AM. Since it was our first time to this lounge, we weren't quite sure how check-in worked. The lady was extremely rude and acted as if we didn't belong simply because we didn't know the process of scanning our passes, followed by our boarding passes. It would've been nice if she could greet people and explain rather than just sitting there heckling. That was a real turn-off. The food was alright. It was mostly cold/continental style breakfast foods, except for scrambled eggs and waffles. The coffee was decent, however, the bar didn't appear open yet as I didn't see anyone with drinks. It was a short stay for us as we had to head to our flight after maybe 45 minutes. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this lounge. Go to the Centurion Lounge instead if you have access. You'll have much better customer service and food. read more

I get free access to United and Star Alliance lounges internationally although I've never felt the need to use them. I normally have meals outside the airport before a flight, I don't drink, I can easily use the airports charging station and Wi-Fi. The only time I'd use airport lounges is if I'm catching an early morning flight or have a long layover. On my last vacation, I had breakfast here. They have bagels, cereals, bread, fruit, yogurt - nothing exciting. If you look close enough, they have breakfast croissant sandwiches - even though they're dry, it's the best option they have. You can have fruit-infused water, juice, milk, coffee, and tea to wash it down. There was nobody at the bar during breakfast service. But I'm sure you could ask for alcoholic beverages from any of the lounge attendants. They do a good job at keeping the place clean. They go around every few minutes to clear out empty plates and drinkware or sweeping the floor. I like sitting by the window where I can watch the planes take off or land. I fill my water bottle with their fruit-infused water. And I have access to much cleaner bathrooms. It gets crowded at certain times. read more

First time in the Las Vegas United Club. Pleasantly surprised. It is way smaller than LAX, but nice little selection of hot and cold foods, cute little desserts, and nice location with lots of windows. Good sized bar with very nice bartender (did not catch his name). Had pinot noir which is hubs favorite so that was great and worth a few glasses. Nice window with counter space so kids were set up with their laptops and watching videos. Good reason to fly out of Vegas! read more

We travel 1st or business class on different airlines and we usually go to the airline lounge to wait for our flight. We had no problem being welcomed by the airlines except United. The personnel do not accept 1st class passengers save when traveling internationally or from coast to coast. What a disapointment. read more

This is one of the most disappointing experience I had in a United club. I understand that we showed up around 845, but a lot of the food items have been sitting empty. The coffee machine was not working because the coffee grounds needed to be emptied. The charcuterie board had a piece of lettuce left only. Unlike other clubs where there is small snacks of nuts, they only had a row of cereal. To make matters worse the free style machine is not functioning either which was a huge disappointment to the kids. There was ample seating in the club with a nice view of the control tower. This a comfortable and beautiful lounge, with a great view on airplanes. Very limited selection of fresh foods. A great coffee machine and the bar now only offers basic bar alcohol and beer. They want you to upgrade a pay the extra for premium brands. This Club is no longer what it used to be + they limit your visit to 3 hours before your flight departure. Great place to go and relax, but hot a place to have a great meal, it's more of a place to stop before your flight and have a snack! read more

I've traveled through this club on multiple occasions and like other United Clubs they are providing more food options prior to the start of the pandemic which pretty much put a stop to providing a limited selection. I was able to take a number of pictures of this Lounge as it was early in the morning and there were no more than a handful of members here. Although the eggs were holding at the right temperature (I presume at 135F) after you plate them and add the extra toppings they tend to cool down pretty fast. I actually prefer the make your own breakfast taco (soft mini tortillas) which had at the SFO club but overall the food contractor and United are doing a better job compared to my earlier review 11 months ago. read more

Due to some flight delays and cancellations, I was waiting in LAS late into the evening. Several other lounges and food options close before 9pm, which dumbfounds me since there are numerous flights out after that time. I appreciated that they were open after other lounges were closed (10:30pm), and they had hot food and bar service until just a short while before closing. When we came in around 9PM, there were only a handful of other patrons. The bartender was friendly and efficient, though not necessarily the fastest. She opened a fresh bottle of prosecco without hesitation when the open bottle ran out, despite closing time coming up. Hot food was meatballs marina (think, mini Costco meatballs) and a broccoli cheddar soup. Not gourmet but decidedly edible (though I may be biased because I love frozen Costco meatballs). There were also individual packages of chips and other snacks. Lots of charging ports and outlets around with a variety of seating options. The bathroom was better than in the terminal, but not by much. Overall the lounge lacks any "luxury" amenities, but it's still better than sitting in the terminal. There was a group of businessmen enjoying themselves while simultaneously complaining about how good "it used to be." I agree that the food options could definitely be improved, and it's ridiculous that certain drinks are an upcharge. For example you can get a Red Bull for free (which can run you $15 as a mixer in some Vegas clubs) but White Claws are an upsell. It's weird and makes the experience kinda tacky. read more

Yes, it's another airline lounge review. I'm becoming the queen of those. This is a small club; however, it's adequately sized for the number of visitors it receives. Las Vegas is not a big United hub. There was a higher percentage of empty seats here than in the much larger United Club at LAX. There's the standard bar and mini-buffet. A tasty chicken and rice dish, along with other hot food, was available at lunch hour. The hostess I spoke with was friendly. The club is located upstairs and has nice views of the airport. You may be able to see your plane come in to one of the nearby United gates. The lounge is accessible by elevator (but not solely by elevator, as some reviewers have said). There's also a secret staircase behind an unmarked door. I like to climb stairs when I can, helps keep my thighs muscular enough to justify wearing short skirts. read more

As far as United clubs go this place is average. My one annoyance is that it is only accessible by elevator because it's on the 2nd floor. Really nice lounge. Super nice people greeting us at the front. Cozy seating and private clean bathrooms. Quiet place to relax and have a little snack and cocktail. Premium liquor is extra charge plus the premium wine I chose was a French Rose and I had to pay but it was really good. The bartender was very fast and she greeted me right away with a smile They had some nibbles like cheese and crackers, salad and a really reaaaaallly good tomato bisque soup. For a United lounge, its pretty standard and clean. It has a clear view of the strip. No meats/protein. Salad buffet selections, veggie soup, full bar and cookies/brownies for a sweet treat. Selections were maintained full. Standard drinks at the bar are complimentary, but the name brand or specialty wines and cocktails are billed. Charging stations at practically every seat. Clean 3 person restroom. Friendly staff all around. If there were mini sandwiches or slices of protein it would've added a star. read more
