    6/6/26 FYI. Always a wait?!?!
    Lee D.

Quality/Quantity - Sadly, I have NEVER been to this lounge since you opened. Moved. The previous lounge pre Yelp was nothing to write about, pun intended. Well this is the second time we were put on the wait list and we were called right before boarding our plane... Everyone is nice and friendly. Inviting, just not inviting to come in... Did you oversell your membership? Is it because of this location, the busy Southwest terminal? Are we traveling only during peak times, seasons? NO we are not. It is sad to have membership and NEVER be able to use it?!?! Well, I am glad I have access to 4+ lounges in this airport! See other reviews. Ambiance - I am told it is beautiful and the food is good. I enjoy seeing the good Yelp pictures. I hope to finally get to experience it for myself one of these days... Service - Security and check-in people friendly, but again, that means nothing if the wait to get in is hours.... Price - Free with our annual memberships. But free means nothing if we can never get in?!?! Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success, I bet you get a lot of complaints.

This location is noticeably smaller compared to the San Diego location, so it doesn't offer quite the same atmosphere or selection. It also lacks some of the extra touches and perks that made my experience at the San Diego store stand out. The food menu here felt a bit more limited, although I did appreciate that they tailor their food and drink offerings based on the location, which gives each store its own unique feel. That being said, I still had a positive experience overall and would absolutely return. My comparison is largely influenced by how impressive the San Diego location is, which has set a very high standard for me. If you've never visited the San Diego store, you may not notice the differences as much. While this location may not have the same wow factor, it still offers a solid experience and is worth visiting.

The best airport lounge that I have ever been in. Doesn't have the very best food that I have ever had? No, but the food is excellent, and the attention to detail and customer service is on par with a top level restaurant in any city. When we checked in, there was a short waitlist and we waiting on the outside chairs. When we were texted that our place was ready , they greeted us and we started with a welcome champagne . After enjoying that in the small champagne lounge, we went downstairs to our table. They watched us and were in constant communication with the staff downstairs to greet us and show us to our seats. Wh had the choice to order from the personal waiter or off of the QR code on the table. Hand crafted drinks, all with non alcoholic options. Food by Momofuku and other artisan choices. There were also several prepared options on the side tables. I actually tried a few of the non alcoholic drinks and I was super impressed. They were something I would order regardless. The venue was amazing and due to the smaller space, we never felt crowded or overwhelmed. You literally could have a very impressive meal and artisan drinks here. Bravo to Chase for setting the bar for airport lounges. I can't wait to come back!

The lounge is easy to get to if you enter from the B/C gates from Southwest in Terminal 1. There's no reservations so there can be a wait if it's at capacity. We stopped by on a Friday afternoon and had a wait of about 20 mins. Upon checking in, there's a small champagne room I meant to return to, but didn't get around to checking out. There's elevators or stairs to go down towards the main lounge area and with the tall ceilings, it makes it quite spacious despite the close seating quarters. Drink-wise, the cocktails are made with real juices and some canned drinks as well. For food, there's a small buffet along with 3 items you can order table-side with the QR code (however it wasn't working fo me so the servers helped with the order). There's two specials from Momofuku - potato wedges (to die for) and pork belly bun (thought it was okay). There was also a burger with fries made to order that looked delicious. The wait staff was friendly and attentive!

Food - i am surprised this place has a low rating. food is excellent. you can order a few items off the menu - the burger and the bao. i had the bao which had great flavor and texture. i didn't try my husbands burger. we also ordered the nori potatoes which were really crunchy and salty. we had a brownie each - one of the best brownies i've had! on the bar you can pick up a ton of cold dishes - various salads. portions are giant. i had the noodle salad, cucumbers, and corn. i wish i had room for everything else cuz it all looked good. for dessert i tried the coconut rice pudding and the lemon bar. i would eat the coconut pudding again. lemon bar was just ok. service - its kind of crazy but you can only check in 3 hours before your departure time. but the wait was an hour and a half long! so we put our names down and waited to be called. then hopped in for a bit then had to head all the way back out to our gate. but once you get inside - everyone is very friendly and helpful. you have to be seated by someone instead of just finding a spot. which is kind of nice because it limits very annoying people from taking up a ton of space. ambiance - its actually really small. its listed as a 2 story lounge but the top story is actually just the check-in desk. then down below its actually kind of tight quarters. a few tables and couches. a bar, but no one was sitting at it. but its very fancy. felt very lux in there!

Before going into it, here are things you need to know: *You'll find this lounge at Terminal 1, Gate C22. *Prepare to get on a waitlist that will be at least an hour + waiting in line to be put on said waitlist. We thought that this line would die down. It did not.. When my friends told me that I needed to sacrifice Vegas time to enjoy this lounge, they weren't kidding. It was exactly an hour wait for us to get in after waiting in line 15 minutes to put our names down. When we finally got in, they have an elevator or stairs. We took the stairs and what we found was such a cute intimate area with couches, mini tables, a full bar, buffet with mini plates and clean bathrooms. Another reviewer said that it's actually pretty cramped in here. I'd have to agree as we were seated on the bottom floor and everyone next to us was within earshot. The upside of this is that it's easy to make conversation with people. As for the food, here's what we loved (going to skip over everything that was mid or sub par): *Nori fries ordered from the QR code at the table: These fries were crisp and tender on the inside with really good seasoning. They also came with some aioli but it wasn't necessary because the fries were good naked. *Barbacoa toast: Super tasty seasoned meat atop white toast. This was found at the buffet. *Momofuku Pork Belly Bao Buns (ordered from the QR code at the table): Good, however didn't taste as good as when you order them at the Momofuku restaurant. These just didn't taste as fresh. *Cornbread (found at the buffet): Surprising hit as these were moist and flavorful. *White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies (found at the dessert end of the buffet): The boyfriend ate 3 of these and said they were better than Otis Spunkemeyer. There was a full bar here but since neither of us drink alcohol, we didn't order anything. They had ice cold tea on tap along with filtered water, and a fridge full of canned sodas + assortment of other drinks. Service was great- everyone we encountered was attentive. One of the coolest things in here was the mirror in the bathrom. It took me by surprise when the mirror lit up with a sensor light as you stood in front of it. Unfortunately I didn't take my phone with me into the bathroom to show you guys. Overall it was a great experience minus the wait time to get in. I can't take off any stars for that because we were fully prepared to make this happen.

I've been in a lot of airport lounges but this one is definitely the best. They have a really large meal selection through their website. The food that was already prepared was okay, but the fresh made meals were much better. Also the drinks here were spot on! Very inventive cocktails!

    Lisa S.

Gosh I wish the experience was better... I stood in a line to put myself +1 on the waitlist. They quoted me 2 hours.. Ekkkk! Do they even consider CSR card holders any priority over the priority pass holders? Anyhow, since I had my father in a wheelchair, I stayed around the area. Luckily I got a text message a little over an hour later. However, a person who placed her name on the waitlist 30 minutes ago also got her text msg at the same time... WTF! The ambiance is okay and the area was not too big. The food in the self-serve area was okay, but was not replenished. There were many empty spots and the cocktails were like juice. If it wasn't the made to order food, I think the 1+ hour wait would not be worth it... Would I go again? Yes, if time permits... I pay a premium for these services. Just don't go with high expectations...

Small but beautiful lounge! The staff here are extremely friendly. It's a busy lounge. So you have to get on waitlist BUT you can only sign up for the list 3 hours prior to your departure time. Between that, the wait to get in and your boarding time, your actual time at the lounge is not too long. But overall we had a nice experience here. The champagne lounge was a bonus. And the food options were great. They even have momofuku buns.

This is one of the smallest but nice looking lounges i've ever been to. As a "solo" traveler on a thursday afternoon, around 5pm, i waited maybe 30 minutes to get in. In a way, they made it feel like kind of like a restaurant. Ok amount of food prepared on the "buffet" with desserts and canned drinks in fridge. Each table has a QR code you can scan (YMMV if it works or not. Had to struggle a bit to get mine to work). Depending on how close you are sitting form the bar, you may or may not need to go to the bar directly to order as well. Some chilled seasoned cucumbers and street corn were pretty decent from the buffet area. Rice pudding was overly sweet. When i finally got the QR code to work and load, i was able to order potatoes and a pork belly bao (which was also served at their pop-up at the Aria last year, but was WAY better there.) this pork belly bao felt like a deep fried pork belly vs the soft, thick slab of pork belly they used at the pop-up. The potatoes were actually probably the best thing i had, sadly. TONS of people standing around attending to the minimal amount of tables there are for PROMPT service. There is also a self serve coffee/water bar off to the side as well (can use to fill own flasks as well) Definitely expected way better, given the hype they created as well as some other Chase Sapphire lounges i've seen online of the other ones in the world.

After experiencing the Chase Sapphire Lounge during a layover in Boston, I made a rule for myself: if an airport has one, I'm going no question. Now, fair warning: the wait time was LONG. Over an hour, which is probably the longest I've seen for a lounge. Normally I would've skipped it, but my flight was delayed by more than two hours anyway, so I stuck it out. And I'm glad I did. Once inside, the staff completely changed the vibe. Every single person I encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful offering assistance with luggage and checking in to see if I needed anything. That level of kindness really stood out. I sat at the bar and had great service the entire time. The food menu (crafted by Momofuku) has some really solid options. I went with the burger and fries, plus small portions of the elote corn and a sweet potato soup-type dish. Everything was flavorful and well-seasoned. Overall, despite the wait, the experience made up for it. This lounge turned a frustrating delay into something I actually enjoyed. Would I wait again? If I had the time, yes!

Highlights: * Even after leaving the lounge, I keep thinking about how great it is and whether it warrants me keeping the Sapphire card (and it's recently-hiked fee) * Best and most plentiful food at an airport lounge I've been to * Super friendly staff Food There was a buffet with lots of variety, notably with vegetarian options. Menu items I ordered: * Nori potato fries * Burger * Pork belly The nori fries were the standout: packed with flavor, crispy outside and soft and warm on the inside. Burger potions were big and was pleased they offered this. Pairs well with the nori fries even though the burger came with regular French fries. Bathroom: Men's, Women's and Unisex Used the unisex to change a baby diaper. The changing table was clean and dare I say "stylish" (it wasn't the standard tan koala kare). But i wish the table was a little longer.

Though the wait seems long, we got in within 15 minutes and had an amazing meal off the new David Chang collab menu! The champagne lounge is also a nice touch. Be sure to order the potato wedges with nori, along with the smash burger! Chase Sapphire Lounge gets 5 stars for SAFAV: Service Ambiance Food Alcohol Food

Yelp Review 2026 #49:…read more I had access to this lounge from flying on an international business flight. Is it an impressive lounge? No. Is it the worst lounge I've ever been to? Also, no. But I also knew what I was getting myself into it. I've seen this lounge before and there's no wow factor but it does the job: a better place to wait for your flight away from crowds; if you're a drinker, you get free alcohol; power outlets that actually work. The food? Not the best. Very limited protein options. Chips, spinach artichoke dip, chicken dumpling soup (with hardly any chicken), white rice, BBQ chicken, and turkey sliders. Uncooked kale, lettuce, onions, cucumbers, edamame, croutons, salad dressing. Oatmeal raisin cookies, gummies, trail mix. And they're not properly labeled. Much later, they added truffle Mac and cheese that goes better with the BBQ chicken. The buffet area is messy. It was crowded when I went. It wasn't a relaxing lounge experience.

Even though we landed in B gates, we headed straight to the lounge at the D gates after deplaning! Sadly, it is not free for VentureOne cardholders (VentureX only it seems). But, I might just open another line of credit to get complimentary lounge access because this was niceeeee. Here's what you get: 1. Complimentary grab and go snacks, including coffee tea, oat milk latte (on draft), water, salads, wraps, and snacks (with bags provided for takeaway), like banana chips, cookies, blueberry yogurt pretzels, dried fruit. It's a decent assortment and even if you only had enough time to come in and grab a quick snack, it would be good. 2. Complimentary bites, including charcuterie, pancetta mac and cheese, ratatouille short rib, tinga tacos, mushroom cassoulet, hummus, and an assortment of sweets (including donuts, cookies, and lemon poppyseed cake). 3. Complimentary alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, excluding top shelf liquor. I loved the inclusion of local Vegas businesses on the bar menu. Felt very Yelp-y and made this feel a bit cozier than I expected for a corporate credit card lounge. 4. Coffee and tea bar, including aforementioned oat milk on draft and a variety of teas. 5. An excellent place to rest and relax or focus and get work done before your flight. There's an abundance of outlets, plenty of seating space, and even a couple work stations and a quiet room you can reserve. On top of allll of this, the staff were friendly and sweet. This experience has been so wonderful I felt compelled to pen this review from the lounge as I sit here drinking my (complimentary) limoncello spritz and as I was writing it a staff member came around to bring us free champagne and chocolate to enjoy as the sun set?! Like, is this place for real? I wish I lived here. Sadly, I must leave to head back home in 20 minutes but I will recommend this place to anyone passing through Vegas.

Not a whole lot of bar and restaurant choices in terminal 1 before you go though security, especially on a Sunday night. Everyone leaves Vegas and most places close early on Sunday's. We got there close to 7:30, but the bartender told us that she would be closing up at around 8:00, but we were welcome to take our drinks with us after they closed. Drinks must be in a plastic cup if you would like to take it with you, however. I got myself a Mai Tai and my mom got herself a Riesling white wine. The Mai Tai had that paradise-like fruity vodka flavor to it and the texture was like a beautiful sunset over the beach. My mom considered having a couple of Riesling drinks but only ended up having one because it was getting close to closing time. I think this was my first time having a Mai Tai and it was not bad for a first timer. Hanging out at an airport bar will definitely be a new thing for me whenever I'm waiting for a friend or family member to come in.

Well with that much time I tried to decide what to do. Being a retired veteran the thought of the USO came to me. I found out where it was and headed that way. At the door they check your ID and then have you sanitize before signing into the system. They have very large cubbies for storing your luggage. They give away decks of cards from a couple of casinos. They have a computer area where you can access the internet. A charging area, several tables where you can sit, rest and have a snack. They have a lounge area which has many loungers and a dimly lit room where you can nap. The snack bar is quite extensive and while I was there one of the restaurants donated several pizzas, chicken wings and salad. I set up my computer, got some work done. Had a couple of wings and salad, chatted with other veterans. It turned out to be a great afternoon and I felt safe and secure. I must discuss the volunteers because they were absolutely amazing. Checking on their guests to make sure they had everything they need. Several guests sat at the snack bar because the ladies there were great! Thank you so much to everyone at this USO! If I could give a 10 star review I would!
