I like that they actually have more than one type of dessert. I would suggest having fresh fruit please. Waitlist is hit or miss for me. My first time experience of Chase Sapphire Lounge, and I heard this lounge is somewhat new. Let me start with saying that the service, and what they offer is really great. It almost feels weird getting all of what they offered for free (it's a credit card benefit afterall), especially in Vegas where everything costs $$$. However, the wait was sooooo long to get in. I don't think it's necessarily something they can change, cos how many people own the credit card right now. Our flight was scheduled for 1.35PM in terminal 3 and this lounge is in terminal 1. Thanks to Google Gemini, we were able to plan really well to get to the lounge and still enjoy about 45min of the facility before boarding, and we spared enough time to take the train to terminal 3. We made it to the wait list at 11:09am on a Sunday, and got the message that our table was ready at 12:02pm. So it was almost an hour, and that was what they told us the estimated wait time. Now for the food and drinks, I think the food were okay. We tried almost everything at the buffet, and ordered some more (they have another menu to order from). It's probably better to order from the menu so it's more fresh. The drinks tho, it was worth the wait. You can order many different things (cocktails), and we even ordered espresso martini which wasn't necessarily on the menu. The ambiance was nice, it wasn't too packed and the waiters picked up the plates pretty efficiently. As other yelpers pointed out, there's a line for this place but I was solo and only waited like 5 mins before I got a text to check in. Yes, this is a small lounge and after you check in, they have a complementary champagne cart directly to the right of the check-in desk, and you can grab and go down the stairs. Once down there, they'll direct you to a seat. I was solo so they just sent me to the bar. Bartender was courteous and immediately asked if I wanted water and took my drink order. Made a great espresso martini and took the care to do a little sprinkling emoji on top. I arrive right at the transition between breakfast and lunch. The Sapphire lounge is usually have a rotating specials menu from local restaurants. This one was Momofuku. 3/5 chicken sando was ok, not that flavorful but at least the tenders were nice a big and well breaded. Nice little Terminal 1 Lounge by Gate C23. It's a two-story Lounge with a majority of its space downstairs. Not as many amenities as its sisters at Dulles, San Diego, and Boston, but still a welcome reprieve from outside its walls. While it lacks facial and rest pod services, they do offer soft amenities like deodorant wipes, floss picks, and ear buds and offer friendly and efficient service. Since this lounge is smaller than most, there is a check-in process that took about 30 minutes (quoted 45 minutes) for us to get in. But once we got in, there is a cute little champagne Lounge on the entry floor that's different from other lounges. Not to mention the Momofuku inspired dishes. Hoping to try their lunch menu next time. Def a welcome addition to the Harry Reid airport, especially for those flying Southwest. read more

Saturday night, taking the redeye home...11.30 pm, only to find out it was delayed til 12.30 am, and then while enroute to the airport, 1.30 am. UGGGGGG. Super stressful, and nothing you can do. Flustered we got all our way to the Chase Lounge. Got there at 9 pm, and there was a wait so we put our name in and waited on the chairs need the food court right across. Once they called our name..in about 30 minutes...we were let into the utopia that is the Chase Lounge, and our moods changed instantly. Headed downstairs (really didn't know about the Champagne room on top), and found two plush couches for our family of 4. The space is beautiful, reminiscent of something you would see in a really nice hotel. At least 3 bartenders serving up cocktails. So we ordered some drinks, and got some apps that were on buffett. Everything was really on point. Then we ordered another drink along with some bites from the online menu. We really enjoyed our time here. The only disappointing thing is the lounge closed at 11...and our new flight time was 1.30 am. So we went from super relaxed to the 'common place' outside to wait. Travel fun! Things I loved: 1) champagne lounge when you enter is a really nice touch - and they serve actual champagne (not just Prosecco), 2) the liquor selection is top shelf with champagne and laphroig, 3) they serve à la carte good straight to you (and it was fast service). The best airport lounge that I have ever been in. Doesn't have the very best food that I have ever had? No, but the food is excellent, and the attention to detail and customer service is on par with a top level restaurant in any city. When we checked in, there was a short waitlist and we waiting on the outside chairs. When we were texted that our place was ready , they greeted us and we started with a welcome champagne . After enjoying that in the small champagne lounge, we went downstairs to our table. They watched us and were in constant communication with the staff downstairs to greet us and show us to our seats. Wh had the choice to order from the personal waiter or off of the QR code on the table. Hand crafted drinks, all with non alcoholic options. Food by Momofuku and other artisan choices. There were also several prepared options on the side tables. I actually tried a few of the non alcoholic drinks and I was super impressed. They were something I would order regardless. The venue was amazing and due to the smaller space, we never felt crowded or overwhelmed. You literally could have a very impressive meal and artisan drinks here. Before going into it, here are things you need to know: *You'll find this lounge at Terminal 1, Gate C22. *Prepare to get on a waitlist that will be at least an hour + waiting in line to be put on said waitlist. We thought that this line would die down. It did not.. When my friends told me that I needed to sacrifice Vegas time to enjoy this lounge, they weren't kidding. It was exactly an hour wait for us to get in after waiting in line 15 minutes to put our names down. When we finally got in, they have an elevator or stairs. We took the stairs and what we found was such a cute intimate area with couches, mini tables, a full bar, buffet with mini plates and clean bathrooms. Another reviewer said that it's actually pretty cramped in here. I'd have to agree as we were seated on the bottom floor and everyone next to us was within earshot. The upside of this is that it's easy to make conversation with people. As for the food, here's what we loved (going to skip over everything that was mid or sub par): *Nori fries ordered from the QR code at the table: These fries were crisp and tender on the inside with really good seasoning. They also came with some aioli but it wasn't necessary because the fries were good naked. *Barbacoa toast: Super tasty seasoned meat atop white toast. This was found at the buffet. *Momofuku Pork Belly Bao Buns (ordered from the QR code at the table): Good, however didn't taste as good as when you order them at the Momofuku restaurant. These just didn't taste as fresh. *Cornbread (found at the buffet): Surprising hit as these were moist and flavorful. *White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies (found at the dessert end of the buffet): The boyfriend ate 3 of these and said they were better than Otis Spunkemeyer. There was a full bar here but since neither of us drink alcohol, we didn't order anything. They had ice cold tea on tap along with filtered water, and a fridge full of canned sodas + assortment of other drinks. Service was great- everyone we encountered was attentive. One of the coolest things in here was the mirror in the bathrom. It took me by surprise when the mirror lit up with a sensor light as you stood in front of it. The lounge is easy to get to if you enter from the B/C gates from Southwest in Terminal 1. There's no reservations so there can be a wait if it's at capacity. We stopped by on a Friday afternoon and had a wait of about 20 mins. Upon checking in, there's a small champagne room I meant to return to, but didn't get around to checking out. There's elevators or stairs to go down towards the main lounge area and with the tall ceilings, it makes it quite spacious despite the close seating quarters. Drink-wise, the cocktails are made with real juices and some canned drinks as well. For food, there's a small buffet along with 3 items you can order table-side with the QR code (however it wasn't working fo me so the servers helped with the order). This is one of the smallest but nice looking lounges i've ever been to. As a "solo" traveler on a thursday afternoon, around 5pm, i waited maybe 30 minutes to get in. In a way, they made it feel like kind of like a restaurant. Ok amount of food prepared on the "buffet" with desserts and canned drinks in fridge. Each table has a QR code you can scan (YMMV if it works or not. Had to struggle a bit to get mine to work). Depending on how close you are sitting form the bar, you may or may not need to go to the bar directly to order as well. Some chilled seasoned cucumbers and street corn were pretty decent from the buffet area. Rice pudding was overly sweet. When i finally got the QR code to work and load, i was able to order potatoes and a pork belly bao (which was also served at their pop-up at the Aria last year, but was WAY better there.) this pork belly bao felt like a deep fried pork belly vs the soft, thick slab of pork belly they used at the pop-up. The potatoes were actually probably the best thing i had, sadly. TONS of people standing around attending to the minimal amount of tables there are for PROMPT service. After experiencing the Chase Sapphire Lounge during a layover in Boston, I made a rule for myself: if an airport has one, I'm going no question. Now, fair warning: the wait time was LONG. Over an hour, which is probably the longest I've seen for a lounge. Normally I would've skipped it, but my flight was delayed by more than two hours anyway, so I stuck it out. And I'm glad I did. Once inside, the staff completely changed the vibe. Every single person I encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful offering assistance with luggage and checking in to see if I needed anything. That level of kindness really stood out. I sat at the bar and had great service the entire time. The food menu (crafted by Momofuku) has some really solid options. I went with the burger and fries, plus small portions of the elote corn and a sweet potato soup-type dish. Everything was flavorful and well-seasoned. On the self serve food bar, the marinaded cucumbers were tasty as was the pork sandwich. Desserts were petite but good. Only thing we did not like was a mini burrito with some sort of seafood mix. They ask that you don't check in for the waitlist until 3 hours before your departure time and will likely call you 40-45 minutes later (depending on your party size or how busy they are). I came on a Saturday afternoon and the vibes and service are immaculate. As a Chase Sapphire Reserve credit card holder, we know we're paying a lot more in fees but I appreciate that they are providing a first rate experience once you get inside. You are first ushered into the champagne room where you are treated with a glass of champagne and you can go back to try the others that they have available as well. Once you go downstairs (note the elevator is behind reception) the host will show you to your table. We were seated at a plush booth in the corner with comfy pillows. Relaxing music fills the air as you take in the gorgeous and classy Gatsby-vibe but modern decor. You can order food from the QR code through your phone and also get food from the buffet. Some of our favorites- the pork belly bao, the seasoned potatoes, cucumber and cabbage salads to name a few. You can even order a burger as well. Portions are quite generous. We walked away and stood aside for about 5 mins and we got the text that they were ready for us as we were ready for nice champs to start the morning and good breakfast. And we got both. The place is on the small side with seating for about 50 or so. There are about 10 items at the buffet plus 3 dessert items. The service is very good and you are talked through online ordering. Make sure to connect to the lounge WiFi which allows you to order the menu items. Pork bun - 8.5/10 - simple flavors, but delicious and worth getting at least one, it can be a little fatty. The pork is pork belly. Crispy fries - 9/10 - these were amazing, crispy, tasty seasoning, and the sauce brought it all together. Gluten free brownie - 6.5/10 - better than average considering it was gluten free Sapphire noodle - 7/10 - kind of a cross between peanut and sesame noodles. These were creamy and yummy. Sapphire burger - 5.5/10 - this would have been below average as the patty was overly done. But the sauce and fresh condiments brought it back to average. I've been in a lot of airport lounges but this one is definitely the best. They have a really large meal selection through their website. The food that was already prepared was okay, but the fresh made meals were much better. Also the drinks here were spot on! Very inventive cocktails! read more

Overall: 4.2/5 The Chase Sapphire Lounge has a long wait just like everyone says. We came on a Friday afternoon and waited just under an hour to get in. The space is nice but smaller than other lounges. However, they collaborate with Momofuku for some of their dishes which is a really. After you check in there is a champagne bar on your right, and downstairs is where you will find the dining area, bar, food, and restrooms. Definitely grab the champagne gummy bears at the champagne parlor before you head down. You can order food and drinks via the QR code at your table and some of the appetizers are also available at the buffet. My favorite items were the Sapphire noodles, pork bun, spicy cucumber salad, and crispy nori seasoned sidewinder potatoes. Second tier but still worth grabbing were the salads, beef barbacoa on toasted brioche, elote street corn, and coconut rice pudding. The sweet chili cauliflower was good but way too saucy/watery. The only real misses were the regular fries that came with the burger and the cornbread. For cocktails my favorites were the Lucky 1700 and the coffee old fashioned. Solid place to hang out during a layover but give yourself plenty of time if you are trying to get in. read more

Date: Tuesday, December 30th, 2025 Time: around 6am Party of: 2 Accessed Thru: Chase Sapphire Reserve CC When the hubby and I got to the airport, we found out our flight was delayed 4+ hours. Even tho we were at the terminal where Alaska flies, we had time to kill. Took the tram to the Chase lounge to check it out. We couldn't get in right away, but they put us on a list and we waited about 10 mins. Not too long at all. When you walk in, there is a champagne person / room. They pour you a glass of bubbly then you head downstairs. It is not open seating. They actually seat you, so if you are coming here to nap, etc, probably not the comfiest. We were sat at a cafe table by the wall in the front area. There is a spread of food, which you can just grab. Or you can order off the menu and someone will bring you the item(s). The hubs and I had stayed up all night so we weren't particularly hungry or thirsty. But of course, we did try some things. I believe everything food wise is curated by David Chang. I've been to Momofuku so food was as expected. Nice lounge if you want to have more of a restaurant experience. But if you are looking for a nap or some place to comfortably chill, I would say hit up a Club LAS instead. We did do that afterwards since there was one in our terminal. REVIEW #3958 read more

You can order from a menu or just go to the buffet. I wish I could have chosen my own seat or at least given the option. I was told where I could sit. It was busy. I had to wait over an hour to get in. Smaller than the Boston location. I only had about 20 min in here so I had to hurry. The drink and food was great. Many options to choose from.
