As other yelpers pointed out, there's a line for this place but I was solo and only waited like 5 mins before I got a text to check in. Yes, this is a small lounge and after you check in, they have a complementary champagne cart directly to the right of the check-in desk, and you can grab and go down the stairs. Once down there, they'll direct you to a seat. I was solo so they just sent me to the bar. Bartender was courteous and immediately asked if I wanted water and took my drink order. Made a great espresso martini and took the care to do a little sprinkling emoji on top. I arrive right at the transition between breakfast and lunch. The Sapphire lounge is usually have a rotating specials menu from local restaurants. This one was Momofuku. 3/5 chicken sando was ok, not that flavorful but at least the tenders were nice a big and well breaded. I like the nori sprinkle on top of bun but overall wasn't doing it for me. 4/5 Okonomiyaki fried were delicious. Fried well and crispy and well flavored. Love the mixed in okonomiyaki toppings and mayo. Overall, nice small lounge but more convenient for solo or small party travelers.

Why is there ALWAYS a line for this place! You can leave your name on their waitlist but be prepared to wait at least an hour (or more), so only ideal if you have time to spare at the airport. But if you can get in, it's pretty nice inside--well lit, fancy vibe, and clean. The lounge itself is downstairs. Full bar, decent buffet-style food options and you can order fresh food (from Momofuku restaurant) directly from the QR code on your table. When you first enter, they have a champagne parlor area so you can grab a glass of your choice--the champagne was pretty good. Perks of being a Chase Sapphire Reserve cardmember!

Nice little Terminal 1 Lounge by Gate C23. It's a two-story Lounge with a majority of its space downstairs. Not as many amenities as its sisters at Dulles, San Diego, and Boston, but still a welcome reprieve from outside its walls. While it lacks facial and rest pod services, they do offer soft amenities like deodorant wipes, floss picks, and ear buds and offer friendly and efficient service. Since this lounge is smaller than most, there is a check-in process that took about 30 minutes (quoted 45 minutes) for us to get in. But once we got in, there is a cute little champagne Lounge on the entry floor that's different from other lounges. Not to mention the Momofuku inspired dishes. Hoping to try their lunch menu next time. Def a welcome addition to the Harry Reid airport, especially for those flying Southwest.

So excited I finally got to try this new Sapphire lounge! I was in such a hurry that I couldn't explore everything. However, what I saw was nice starting with a greeting from a champagne cart. You immediately go down the stairs and see the bar area. What is cool about this lounge is a lot of the food is locally inspired from Momofuku which is one of my favorite restaurants! The cucumber flavor was perfect, but unfortunately they were not crunchy. They need to be using fresh, crisp cucumbers for this dish. The pork belly Bao bun was orderable from one of the QR codes.

    6/6/26 FYI. Always a wait?!?!

Quality/Quantity - Sadly, I have NEVER been to this lounge since you opened. Moved. The previous lounge pre Yelp was nothing to write about, pun intended. Well this is the second time we were put on the wait list and we were called right before boarding our plane... Everyone is nice and friendly. Inviting, just not inviting to come in... Did you oversell your membership? Is it because of this location, the busy Southwest terminal? Are we traveling only during peak times, seasons? NO we are not. It is sad to have membership and NEVER be able to use it?!?! Well, I am glad I have access to 4+ lounges in this airport! See other reviews. Ambiance - I am told it is beautiful and the food is good. I enjoy seeing the good Yelp pictures. I hope to finally get to experience it for myself one of these days... Service - Security and check-in people friendly, but again, that means nothing if the wait to get in is hours.... Price - Free with our annual memberships. But free means nothing if we can never get in?!?! Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success, I bet you get a lot of complaints.

Saturday night, taking the redeye home...11.30 pm, only to find out it was delayed til 12.30 am, and then while enroute to the airport, 1.30 am. UGGGGGG. Super stressful, and nothing you can do. Flustered we got all our way to the Chase Lounge. Got there at 9 pm, and there was a wait so we put our name in and waited on the chairs need the food court right across. Once they called our name..in about 30 minutes...we were let into the utopia that is the Chase Lounge, and our moods changed instantly. Headed downstairs (really didn't know about the Champagne room on top), and found two plush couches for our family of 4. The space is beautiful, reminiscent of something you would see in a really nice hotel. At least 3 bartenders serving up cocktails. So we ordered some drinks, and got some apps that were on buffett. Everything was really on point. Then we ordered another drink along with some bites from the online menu. We really enjoyed our time here. The only disappointing thing is the lounge closed at 11...and our new flight time was 1.30 am. So we went from super relaxed to the 'common place' outside to wait. Travel fun! Definitely would like to visit again should our travels take us out this way.

Arrived around 9pm and was put on a wait list with 4 parties in front of me. It was about 30 mins before we got in. Once seated, we ordered and it took perhaps 10 mins max before our food and drinks came. While waiting my kids scoped out the hot and cold bars. The food from the cold and hot bars were ok, but the ordered food was better. All in all, I'd love if we could check in online. It would give me instant info on if I should bother waiting.

Things I loved: 1) champagne lounge when you enter is a really nice touch - and they serve actual champagne (not just Prosecco), 2) the liquor selection is top shelf with champagne and laphroig, 3) they serve à la carte good straight to you (and it was fast service). The bartenders and servers were very nice as well. The ambiance is nice as well. Main challenge is that this is a pretty small lounge and as such there is almost always a wait which is tough when you only have so much time before a flight. I wish they let you add yourself to the waitlist ahead of time.

This location is noticeably smaller compared to the San Diego location, so it doesn't offer quite the same atmosphere or selection. It also lacks some of the extra touches and perks that made my experience at the San Diego store stand out. The food menu here felt a bit more limited, although I did appreciate that they tailor their food and drink offerings based on the location, which gives each store its own unique feel. That being said, I still had a positive experience overall and would absolutely return. My comparison is largely influenced by how impressive the San Diego location is, which has set a very high standard for me. If you've never visited the San Diego store, you may not notice the differences as much. While this location may not have the same wow factor, it still offers a solid experience and is worth visiting.

The best airport lounge that I have ever been in. Doesn't have the very best food that I have ever had? No, but the food is excellent, and the attention to detail and customer service is on par with a top level restaurant in any city. When we checked in, there was a short waitlist and we waiting on the outside chairs. When we were texted that our place was ready , they greeted us and we started with a welcome champagne . After enjoying that in the small champagne lounge, we went downstairs to our table. They watched us and were in constant communication with the staff downstairs to greet us and show us to our seats. Wh had the choice to order from the personal waiter or off of the QR code on the table. Hand crafted drinks, all with non alcoholic options. Food by Momofuku and other artisan choices. There were also several prepared options on the side tables. I actually tried a few of the non alcoholic drinks and I was super impressed. They were something I would order regardless. The venue was amazing and due to the smaller space, we never felt crowded or overwhelmed. You literally could have a very impressive meal and artisan drinks here. Bravo to Chase for setting the bar for airport lounges. I can't wait to come back!

Before going into it, here are things you need to know: *You'll find this lounge at Terminal 1, Gate C22. *Prepare to get on a waitlist that will be at least an hour + waiting in line to be put on said waitlist. We thought that this line would die down. It did not.. When my friends told me that I needed to sacrifice Vegas time to enjoy this lounge, they weren't kidding. It was exactly an hour wait for us to get in after waiting in line 15 minutes to put our names down. When we finally got in, they have an elevator or stairs. We took the stairs and what we found was such a cute intimate area with couches, mini tables, a full bar, buffet with mini plates and clean bathrooms. Another reviewer said that it's actually pretty cramped in here. I'd have to agree as we were seated on the bottom floor and everyone next to us was within earshot. The upside of this is that it's easy to make conversation with people. As for the food, here's what we loved (going to skip over everything that was mid or sub par): *Nori fries ordered from the QR code at the table: These fries were crisp and tender on the inside with really good seasoning. They also came with some aioli but it wasn't necessary because the fries were good naked. *Barbacoa toast: Super tasty seasoned meat atop white toast. This was found at the buffet. *Momofuku Pork Belly Bao Buns (ordered from the QR code at the table): Good, however didn't taste as good as when you order them at the Momofuku restaurant. These just didn't taste as fresh. *Cornbread (found at the buffet): Surprising hit as these were moist and flavorful. *White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies (found at the dessert end of the buffet): The boyfriend ate 3 of these and said they were better than Otis Spunkemeyer. There was a full bar here but since neither of us drink alcohol, we didn't order anything. They had ice cold tea on tap along with filtered water, and a fridge full of canned sodas + assortment of other drinks. Service was great- everyone we encountered was attentive. One of the coolest things in here was the mirror in the bathrom. It took me by surprise when the mirror lit up with a sensor light as you stood in front of it. Unfortunately I didn't take my phone with me into the bathroom to show you guys. Overall it was a great experience minus the wait time to get in. I can't take off any stars for that because we were fully prepared to make this happen.

waited only 10 minutes which was nice.
    Lisa V.

check in with your Sapphire card and rhey will put you on waitlist. we waited about 10 minutes. the place is very clean and the workers very nice. one of the nicer airport lounge definitely.

    Lisa S.

Gosh I wish the experience was better... I stood in a line to put myself +1 on the waitlist. They quoted me 2 hours.. Ekkkk! Do they even consider CSR card holders any priority over the priority pass holders? Anyhow, since I had my father in a wheelchair, I stayed around the area. Luckily I got a text message a little over an hour later. However, a person who placed her name on the waitlist 30 minutes ago also got her text msg at the same time... WTF! The ambiance is okay and the area was not too big. The food in the self-serve area was okay, but was not replenished. There were many empty spots and the cocktails were like juice. If it wasn't the made to order food, I think the 1+ hour wait would not be worth it... Would I go again? Yes, if time permits... I pay a premium for these services. Just don't go with high expectations...

After receiving notification that our late afternoon flight leaving Vegas was delayed by an hour,…read moremy wife and I decided that the best use of our time would be to find a lounge. We have been to many lounges, but have never been to the Centurion Lounge in the Harry Reid Airport. Following being checked-in by a friendly employee, we made our way through the fairly large lounge. This lounge has a plethora of seating - whether you're traveling solo or as a group - they have you covered! After circling the lounge twice, we were able to secure a table for two that was being vacated. Once we were settled, we made our way through the buffet which included a salad bar and hot food section. There was also an area with a variety of juices and coffee for those that need a late afternoon boost. Once I curated a perfectly hearty meal - carbs, protein, veggies - I headed to the bar for an adult beverage. A friendly bartender greeted me and promptly started pouring the Sauvignon Blanc that I requested. One thing to note is that you can only retrieve a drink for yourself - I ordered a glass of wine for my wife, but she had to physically come to the bar to obtain it. I'm not sure if this is a rule enforced by the lounge or if it was that particular bartender's policy. The food was surprisingly well-seasoned and cooked. Also, the Sauvignon Blanc that I enjoyed two glasses of, was deliciously refreshing - especially considering that it was a blistering hot day. Since I needed to get some work done, I was very appreciative of the strong and steady Wi-Fi connection. If you're looking to kick your feet up and enjoy a meal before a flight, I highly recommend this particular Centurion Lounge.

The layout here is slightly open, but cozy with multiple nooks to relax or get some work done between flights. The bar is connected to the dining room so you'll get easy access to the bar and the TVs. The food/buffet area is near the bar, and it also offers a small dining space right next to some large windows looking out to the runway. One of two lounge bathrooms is also near this area. This lounge also offers a separate child room equipped with TVs and kids toys. If needed they have office supplies, printers, paper, etc. Access is free with your AMEX Platinum card and (1) extra guests will cost you $50. The staff here is always very accommodating and quick to clear your food items. Before you arrive make sure to check if there's a waitlist. If there is a wait, add yourself while making your way to the lounge so there's little to no wait to enter.

Unfortunately, reservations aren't easily changed without contacting customer support, so I kept my original booking. Check-in was quick, and the staff was friendly. They pointed me toward the restrooms, but as a first-time visitor I found the layout a little confusing, and there wasn't much signage directing you to them. The lounge itself was very busy, but it was still a nice escape from the crowded terminal. The food was probably the biggest letdown. There was a small salad bar, a couple of hot items, and a few snacks that looked like they'd been sitting out for a while. The bar looked nice and wasn't crowded, although I didn't have a drink, and I didn't notice any drink menus or specials displayed. The restrooms were clean enough but felt like a standard airport restroom and were out of toilet seat covers. If you've never experienced an airport lounge before, this is a nice place to relax, recharge, and get away from the crowds. That said, I don't think it's worth the $60 price tag based on what's offered. Since my credit card gives me access to a lounge in the D Gates that I personally think is much better, I probably wouldn't pay to visit The Club LAS again. I'd recommend it for first-time lounge visitors looking for a quieter place to wait, but if you're paying out of pocket, I think there are better values available.

We got there close to 7:30, but the bartender told us that she would be closing up at around 8:00, but we were welcome to take our drinks with us after they closed. Drinks must be in a plastic cup if you would like to take it with you, however. I got myself a Mai Tai and my mom got herself a Riesling white wine. The Mai Tai had that paradise-like fruity vodka flavor to it and the texture was like a beautiful sunset over the beach. My mom considered having a couple of Riesling drinks but only ended up having one because it was getting close to closing time. I think this was my first time having a Mai Tai and it was not bad for a first timer. Hanging out at an airport bar will definitely be a new thing for me whenever I'm waiting for a friend or family member to come in.

It is supposed to open at 8:00 am. It is 8:26 am and no one is here. Do not recommend.read more

Lives moved fast with TSA Precheck. No hot dogs at this location. I feel like this is a USO staple but not a big deal. They have plenty of snack options. They offered cup of noodles and sandwiches as well. I think they even had some cups of Mac n cheese. The space was clean and the gentleman checking us in was so helpful. They have a quiet area, a small area for children that includes books and toys. Plenty of tables for several groups or individuals to spread out.

Well with that much time I tried to decide what to do. Being a retired veteran the thought of the USO came to me. I found out where it was and headed that way. At the door they check your ID and then have you sanitize before signing into the system. They have very large cubbies for storing your luggage. They give away decks of cards from a couple of casinos. They have a computer area where you can access the internet. A charging area, several tables where you can sit, rest and have a snack. They have a lounge area which has many loungers and a dimly lit room where you can nap. The snack bar is quite extensive and while I was there one of the restaurants donated several pizzas, chicken wings and salad. I set up my computer, got some work done. Had a couple of wings and salad, chatted with other veterans. It turned out to be a great afternoon and I felt safe and secure. I must discuss the volunteers because they were absolutely amazing. Checking on their guests to make sure they had everything they need. Several guests sat at the snack bar because the ladies there were great! Thank you so much to everyone at this USO! If I could give a 10 star review I would!
