This lounge is very basic. But if you have some time to kill, its a place fir some snacks and a drink. It gets busy, so you must put your name in a waiting list. Once they have enough space, you'll receive a text letting you know. But don't wander too far away because they only hold your reservation for 10 minutes or so. There were staff members cleaning, vacuuming and replenishing. The seating is quite awkward and tightly compact. I highly recommend sitting at the bar as no on usually sits there. This is the first time in an Airport Lounge in a long time. Unfortunately the lounges in Asian put the US lounges to shame. The Club in the Las Vegas airport is a bit better than when I used to have access to the United Red Carpet Club. The Club was not crowded, had ample seating and it look like they had another room they opened for expansion. The bathrooms were relatively clean. The floor around the toilet could have used some mopping. I didn't try the bar to see if they served soda. It would have been nice to have a self serve non-alcoholic machine. The food wasn't special; they did have warm food you could order. I forgot to take a picture of the list of food that you could order using the QR code displayed in all of the sitting areas. Came to The Club in Terminal 1 with Priority Pass to escape the stuffy areas of the airport. Although crammed, the lounge has plenty of seating. If you need to freshen up, you can take a shower here! There are several private restrooms, a few of which have showers.  Food selection is limited with small bites, but you can mostly eat as much as you want. In the afternoon, the buffet bar featured pasta, vegetable garden soup, salad, and bread. The dining counter also offered water, tea packets, and two functional coffee machines. For more savory items (like finger sandwiches,) brownies, and alcohol, scan the QR code on the table to order.  My friend later visited The Club in Terminal 3 and said that location had better food options at the buffet bar. read more

This is a great airport lounge that I was able to access with my Priority pass (through Chase Sapphire Reserve). You can't get in until three hours before your flight but the receptionist let me in an hour early since my gate was about 30 minutes away. It was clean and spacious. It was the first lounge where you can order off of a menu and get served! The menu for food is limited - I got the breakfast bowl (more like a cup) of potato wedges in a bowl, topped with eggs, black beans, avocado pulp, and pico de gallo. I also got a blackberry mimosa. There is also a food bar which has scrambled eggs, potatoes, cereal, coffee, juice, fruit and muffins, as well as a full bar with alcohol. Staff were friendly and the ambiance was good (except for the business travelers who were loudly talking on conference calls). Highly recommend! read more

Arrived at almost 10:30 pm. They are open until 11:30. About 15% full. We easily found seats. Coffee machine broken. Makes 2 oz cups with a lot of sputtering. Very sad food offerings. See the pics. Staff was nice or this would be a 2 star review. I would be embarrassed to serve that food at an elementary school. All food was well over 40 degrees and way under 140 degrees. It was frankly embarrassing. I cannot imagine there was a manager on duty. If there was they should be fired. Very sad showing even for the low standards of one of "the club" outlets. You could order a couple things from your phone which included these little slider sandwiches. They were basically what you would get in a school lunch in a public school. Glad to see they're opening a Chase lounge in Las Vegas because having this be the only choice is unfortunate. Nice staff, terrible facilities, and terrible management. Note that Every time we have been there, there is two or three people upfront on their phones sitting on stools. There are usually a few people coming in the door. It would be smarter to have one less person standing around and maybe have that one person refilling the supplies? Like I said management issues. Got in with Priority Pass. Stopped by here before my flight and will say it's a pretty far walk (it's at like the end of one end of the terminal). Food - breakfast items included egg, french toast, potatoes and sausage. They also had yogurt and cereal as well. I wish they had bacon though! Drinks - orange juice, apple juice, cranberry juice, coffee and tea. Service - pretty standard. Check in lady was super nice and they had workers walk around pretty frequently to clear tables so that was nice. Ambiance - nice and comfortable. Clean. They had regular tables to eat at and a section for you to sit on reclining chairs and it was pretty quiet for the most part. read more

This is for the location in Terminal 3 - which, in case you're keeping track, serves pretty much exactly the same food as the Terminal 1 location, but has everything on a buffet and no QR code ordering option. Oddly, they also had mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli on the buffet here. It's a schlep from Terminal 1, but I had a couple hours to kill so I wanted to compare the two locations. Stopped by during a three hour layover and it was packed. We put our name on a waitlist but luckily the waitlist moved fast and we were in 30 mins later. The lounge has a lot of seating but feels a little cramped. You take a seat anywhere and then you order off the limited menu with the QR code. The food arrives within 15 mins lukewarm. Cheese plate - it's cheese so didn't require any cooking on their part. Pasta - lukewarm. pasta was very soft and overcooked. It had good flavor. Sliders - cold like it had been taken out of the refrigerator. The Hawaiian bread was very dry. Brownie - very dry and the raspberry syrup tasted like cough medicine. read more

Came here and thought I'd relax since I was at the airport 3 hours early. It was $50 pay at the door, if you don't have a membership. I wasn't really sure what the rules were, if any, but I scanned the qr-code on the table and ordered some snacks. The menu is complimentary. There is a salad bar and snack bar with hummus, veggies and fruits and a coffee/tea area. Now for $50 I found a lounge chair and laid out, ate numerous complimentary food and ate as much hummus and veggies as I could...for 2 and a half hours! It was great! The customer service, the food, the seating options were totally worth the $50 to lay out and relax. I would love to come here again, happily. read more

Pretty spacious for seating and friendly staff. Good offerings for hot food (pasta and two soups), hummus, fruit Cocktails and drink selection is a pretty big variety. Also has its own wifi Good place for a longer layover but terminal 1 requires you taking a tram to the D gates from any other part of the airport which isn't as convenient. read more

Really disappointing. Wish I could give zero starts. I am in the American Airlines Admirals Club, and expected similar offering at The Club / Las Vegas airport. Not much seating. Food has to be ordered on an app. I tried this, and found that the app has popup ads. So the 'confirm' button in the ad appears to be the confirm button for food. Was directed to a web site that asked for credit card information and billed me for something i did not order. This triggered a fraud alert with my credit card, the bank shut it down, and so I could not use my corporate card for the remainder of my trip. I am getting a new card with a new number, but of course now have to go through the ordeal of changing the payment method on all the monthly recurring charges on my previous card. No soft drink machine. So you have to go to the bar, and of course must tip. Had one soft drink, and never got the brownie i ordered. The only benefit of the club was that i was able to wait there instead of in the overcrowded boarding areas. I will never use The Club again. A waste of $50, and it's certainly not like I need more paperwork to do! read more

Stop by to relax in this lounge before our flight back home. Easy to get to from TSA. Staff were friendly. You were not able to grab your own food. There is a person that ask what items you would like and he provides them for you. Everything is prepackaged and already made. Fresh brew coffee was made on request. They do offer different flavors of creamers. For breakfast, there were only boiled eggs, and yogurt parfait. I enjoyed the your parfait. The granola on top was very soft and tasty. This is the nicer lounge at SJC. Normally pretty quiet with a decent selection of food that you order on the table. Tin portions but you can order as much as you want. Normal range of soda selection and coffee and tea. Nothing too fancy but basically all you need. read more

This club felt small because so many people were inside. The staff itself are great, friendly, and talkative. The decor is a little outdated and the location could use a little spruce up. They don't really have hot foods and you tell the staff what you want and they will get it for you. They had soup, hummus/vegetables, fruits, and snack bars. read more

Mccarran isn't that large of an airport so if you have priority pass and you're at terminal 3 get yourself to gate C and hit up The CLub. It's a pretty large lounge with lots of places to sit, from single cubby holes to large 4 top tables if you have a group. So there is a snack bar, with an attendant and when we were there, there was sodas, juices some fruit and also a grazing plate with some celery, carrots ,cheese cubes and hummus. They also had a 2 pretty decent soups; an italian wedding and a some kind of tomato soup ( made me wish they had grilled cheese sandwich too haha). They also have a back bar, that is manned by a bartender, the selection of liquors was alright, it is a full bar, so you can get most of your standard airport drinks (nothing fancy). I opted for a titos bloody mary and the bartender had a pretty generous pour. OVerall I had a great experience, wish they had a better whiskey selection ( i only saw johnny walker red and i think jack daniels, I don't recall seeing any single malt scotches. If you're a priority pass member you can also bring in a guest! read more

I am giving the Club a three star in comparison with Centurion because of the food selection and the wait to get drinks. Went to The Club and Centurion on a Friday afternoon around 3pm. Centurion hands down is better. Have access in Centurion via Amex and The Club via priority pass card. The Amex express app says it is almost full. There were a lot of people compared with the Club but we had no issues finding a place to sir. The food is better than The Club. The Club had mini chicken salad sandwich, pre-made carrot sticks and celery with humus, tomato soup, broccoli soup and pre-made and packaged Ceasars salad. Basically, the Club had cold foods versus hot foods at the Centurion lounge. Centurion had strips of flank steaks, Mac and cheese, rice, carrots and potatoes, chocolate cookies. All drinks are complementary. Service for both facilities are good. Cleanliness is good. read more

Ok, so this isn't the most luxury lounge experience you'll have in your life, so don't stack your bars up too high. In regards to cleanliness, a place to lounge, attentive service, attentive bar area, salad and snack bar options, it meets the expectations. First, the shower and bathroom areas were very clean. If you're in the lounge area, you can simply order small meals on your phone which will be delivered to your lounge table in about 8-10 minutes by the kindest servers. A limited amount of snacks such as trail mixes are available, but not many. The WiFi was good. The only issues that I found were first, the distance from the domestic terminals to this one was a bit far. If your flying from any of the other terminals, use your time wisely and you may have to leave at least 15-20 minutes to just get to this lounge... and that's with using the tram, yes. So 15 minutes to get here from your gate, plus another 15 or so minutes to get back, that's AT LEAST 30 minutes... so factor that in if you're visiting from another terminal. Now, once you've taken that journey and arrived, you might have another problem... the line to get in. This is what I experienced on my visit. I'm a Priority Pass member and when I got here, I not only had to wait in line in the waiting area (it was busy), but place my name on a waiting list and wait for a text message telling me that it was my turn to enter the lounge... my wait at the lounge waiting area on that busy day was about 20 minutes... so also factor that in as well. Conclusion... from a domestic terminal, only come to this lounge if you have 2-3 hours before your flight... you'll enjoy it more without the stress of looking at your watch every few minutes. Well luckily I had a few hours before my flight, so it worked out for me. The food options that are served to you are very limited but tasty and fresh. Again, staff are very attentive, but there weren't that many staff members when I was there. The coffee and soda selections were good. There was a view out onto the runway, but nothing spectacular. All food is free and included in your membership... I had the Priority Pass. If you wanted some sleep, you've found your calling since the lounges were very comfortable. And of course, WiFi was worth it and the desserts too. read more

After a pretty disappointing visit at The Centurion Lounge (don't bother going there after 10 PM), we were happy to get in a lounge near our gate. Our flight to China wasn't until around 1 AM, so having somewhere to relax for a couple hours, late at night, and with more than light snacks available was really nice. I had a good sandwich, some wings, some M&Ms, a great broccoli cheddar soup, and a few other things. I especially appreciated that they were open so late. Some of the other lounges in the airport closed much earlier. It was also nice that they were located in Terminal 3. The other lounges are a quick tram stop and walk away, but that time adds up. If you've got lounge access, this is a great place to stop. read more

Such a fitting name for a Vegas lounge. I thought I had put my clubbing life past me when I stepped into McCarran for my flight back to work, but alas I got another taste of the suite life. First off, know that The Club Terminal 3 is much better than the one in Terminal 1. Even if you don't have a flight out from this terminal, take the shuttle and relax here instead. When it comes to American lounges (and ones offered via Priority Pass), this is probably one of the better selections you have as a member in terms of value and access. The Club serves as a small resting spot that comes with refreshments (small sandwiches, salad and soup bar, etc.) and a full open bar for you to continue your drunken adventures. Note that it is staffed so you can't simply grab and go your own cocktails. While it did get busy throughout the evening, but it made our stay at LAS much more comfortable. There are enough areas with power outlets and sofa chairs that you'll find a spot for yourself and your company. One should note that there is indeed a shower facility available inside the bathrooms. However, there is no system to regulate who goes in next or whether someone cleans it before use, so it may be a bit dirtier than other airport showers. With that said, if you need to freshen up from the dessert heat and can live the dorm-shower life again, then it will do. While everything amenities wise was good, there aren't any good views of the tarmac or aircrafts in this lounge. The one in Terminal 1 does win in that respect. However, it's a small detail in an otherwise good lounge. read more

So Sam M kept on telling me how amazing the American Express Lounge is in Las Vegas Airport (since he used that lounge last visit). Too bad that lounge is in terminal D, I guess it's still walkable but we just wanted to relax as much as we could until our flight so we decided to come to this lounge which is located in terminal E where our boarding was close by. So Club at Las is really decent. Details: They stop serving food at 9:30-10PM at night since they close at 12AM. The food they are serving is different kind of sandwiches such as tuna,chicken, egg etc. I tried the tuna one which was pretty good. They have two hot soups. Also instant noodle bowls. In snacks: fruits, different flavors of popcorn, chips, granola bars, etc. They have a bar and don't serve non Alcoholic drinks other than the bar area. The Coca Cola and 7-up we ordered was extremely flat. I really hope they start putting cans of juices and soda instead of this lame service. However, for the people who like Alcohol they do have a lot of options and it's all covered. As long as your a priority card member or other card holders it might apply I'm not sure. Or it's 35 dollars per person to be here until your flight time.~ read more

This airport lounge is located in Terminal 1 towards the D1 gates. This is a small lounge compared to its location in the Atlanta, GA airport. There are free snacks and beverages but it does not seem to serve any hot food. There is no bathroom or wifi in the lounge as you will need to use the airport facilities. I was able to access this lounge with my Priority Pass. Overall, the lounge is good if you have no other options. It is quiet and keeps you away from the crowd. It serves the basic snacks and drinks which is sufficient for my needs. read more

Compared to airport lounges in international terminals on the planet, The Club is kind of nothing special. In the evening hours, the food is average at best. Lots of seating, but really not very many spots for privacy to work, or read or detach. It is nice to have the luxury of having some place to go before an international flight, but with a growing international visitor base (especially out of Asia), I think Las Vegas (who is known for hospitality and a WOW! factor on everything), The Club Airport Lounge could step up their game. read more

One of the better airport lounges I've been in. This lounge is the perfect place to rest up after a long weekend in Las Vegas. Located in terminal 3, the lounge offers many amenities to its members. My girlfriend and I had access to the lounge through Priority Pass. The sitting area was very roomy and quiet when we were there. They had a food station that included soups, sandwiches, and beverages. I'm always happy when an airport lounge offers hot food! They also had a full bar if you wanted to have a few drinks. I fly couple of times every month and spend a lot of time in the airport. Always feeling being in a rush or loosing my flight makes me stressed. Finally got a chance to check out the second The Club at this airport, last night around 8 PM. The bar is the same bar setup as other The Clubs, which is to say, pretty respectable selection of solidly-mid-tier booze, though it's a staffed bar, not self-service, sadly. (I prefer self-service - way easier to concoct cocktail experiments that way.) Food is definitely a few steps up from the other one, as expected, including proper sandwiches: I tried the tuna, which was pretty decent; there were also roast beef and turkey sandwiches, which I didn't try. Also had soup, hummus and pita, three types of fancy olives, the usual assortment of vegetables and cheese, and notably, tasty little chipotle cream cheese bites with definite real chipotle in them. Wifi was solid the whole time, and staff were friendly. One minor complaint, though: no view, or indeed much in the way of natural light - felt a bit like you're in a box. I'll still take it in exchange for free food and booze, though (obviously I'd feel differently if I'd paid 30 bucks to get in, but nobody who travels much should be doing that, with the Sapphire Reserve being as awesome as it is. Thanks, Chase, for getting me into all these lounges!) edit: I tried the other two sandwiches on the way back out. They were ok, but the tuna was definitely the winner. In the last few years due to the priority pass membership i have been going to different airport lounges and even though i was disappointed i couldn't use the Centurion lounge in las vegas airport which is amazing this one did okay to cover until our red eye took us home. It looks as if this lounge is somehow associated to British airways because as soon as the BA flight departed they started to take away the dinner which was available. Now the dinner which was available was an overstatement as the food wasn't that great. But they had sodas and snacks which we were able to munch on. They don't have any sofas to lay on but the seats are pretty comfortable and most seats have electric connections so you can charge your phones and ipads and laptops and whatever else. If we didn't have priority pass i would not recommend paying to use this lounge but they do have a shower area if you are on a long layover. My recommendation to management is to go check out the centurion lounge and improve their services a little. read more

For $35 per person you can come and recharge or have some drinks while waiting for your flight out of Las Vegas. They do not have an American Airlines Admirals Club in Las Vegas so we needed to find an alternate location to relax and have a few refreshments. We walked in and were greeted with friendly smiles. Gave them our boarding passes and $70. No hot food or snacks are offered here except for Cup of Noodles (beef or chicken). Plenty of quickie snacks: multiple flavored popcorn, fruits, pretzels, potato chips, cookies and trail mix. But the unlimited drinks were really why we were here. The bartender kept the Hennessy and Coke coming. They had wine too but nothing that caught our attention. This place was a Godsend when after walking down the ramp to board we were told we were too early and that our flight was delayed. We headed back to The Club to continue keeping our drinks on. read more

The Skinny: on our airport lounge tour, the Club at LAS has a rather poor showing with minimal snacks, limited drink menu and no bathroom. If you have a pre-existing Priority Pass and no other options, I guess it is okay. At $35/person, it isn't worth the price. Using our Priority Pass, we entered into the Club at LAS. On the bright side, it is pretty empty. On the minus side, there are a few reasons for why it is so. Consisting of two small adjacent rooms, they offer a small bar, carafe of drip coffee/Tazo tea, plastic wrapped apples/oranges and a small selection of pre-packaged/generic looking snacks (4 unlabeled types of popcorn/trailmix/pretzels/generic crackers/hummus in a tube.... On the plus side they did have Ms. Vickie's salt and vinegar chips and Oreos). It was rather telling that a mother with her 2 kids were partaking in some KIND bars they brought from home. There is no hot food/sandwiches. It is rather chintzy to have a sign stating that beverages/snacks are to meant to be consumed inside the lounge. If you are paying $35 for this experience, you should damn well take as many freaking foil wrapped Oreos as you want. Reading materials were meager and consisted of a few Time magazines and newspapers. They do not have any computers or printers in the lounge. The "complimentary" WiFi they offer is the already free McCarren airport WiFi... No more, no less. Nor do they have any bathrooms inside the lounge so you have to exit the lounge to use the facilities. I did not see any showering facilities here either. Seating is limited and there are no lounge chairs where you can put your feet up. If you are a pre-existing Priority Pass member, I guess this place is better than nothing. The club is located at the east end of Terminal 3. With three 747's all heading to England around the same time the lounge was packed. The lounge has a nice selection of snacks including two soup choices, half sandwiches, pasta salad and a veggie selection. They have a fully stocked bar as well featuring liquor, wine and beer. TermInal 3 is very new with plenty of seating and food and drink offerings, therefore there is really no reason to purchase an entry. If you have free access from flying first/business class it may be worth a stop in. read more
