Great prices and selection, but wow, what terrible customer service! When I went to purchase my…read moreitems, there was only one cashier and there was some issue with the customer she was helping, for at least 10 minutes. Eventually a manager came to help her and the two of them continued to work on whatever the issue was. The original cashier just stood there, doing nothing at all. Eventually another cashier came to open another register and then her customer had an issue. Now those of us in line have been there at least 20 minutes with absolutely no acknowledgement by anyone anywhere. We customers may as well been invisible. I knew there were at least 2 more workers in the store, one in the back corner straightening out the clearance racks (hardly a priority when you have customers waiting for 20+ minutes to purchase their items). I understand that there can be issues at the register, no prob. But the utter lack of acknowledging the customers, thanking them for their patience, or proactively calling another employee to help at the cash registers was epic in the utter disregard for customers. I love Columbia but wow, better training is absolutely needed!

After my car unexpectedly died over the weekend, I realized I was way overdue for a new battery, and initially thought to go to auto zone, but a friend said they'd overcharge me. So I went to this O'Reilly's because it was the closest to where I was that day. Dennis helped me find the battery I needed, gave me a discount through my company, and offered to install the battery. But it doesn't stop there. Upon taking my battery out he realized the issue was much more severe than I previously thought. My negative terminal had partially separated from the coils because it was so old (7+ years) and had been leaking a significant amount of battery acid...two inches of it to be exact was just sitting in the battery compartment. He could have sent me away, but he and Matt grabbed soda powder from the back and poured it all in the compartment to soak up the acid and then vacuumed it out. It took a significant amount of time that they didn't have to give me, but I was so incredibly grateful not just for Dennis's cleaning and installation of it but also taking the time to explain what was going on and what I should do in the future. They both were kind and did not talk down to me, as is common in the car-world to women, and this I almost appreciated more than anything. Matt even recommended a good mechanic to me who could take a good look at anything else that could have been affected. After Dennis was done soaking up and vacuuming up the acid, he installed the battery and sealed it with some grease, etc. I could not have had a better experience and will be driving out of my way (30+ minutes) from now on to visit this specific location next time I need something. These guys rock.

They sent me a form letter, followed by a large box of a type of sleep equipment I no longer use, even though my Sleep Doctor sent the new specific order to a local Salem supplier. Foothill changed their name and let me know their name changed. A form letter (yes my equipment is showing wear and tear), then this big box which is nothing like my sleep MD ordered. This new place is night and day different. They used to call and ask what I needed, even send out a sleep tech to make sure everything was OK. Communication with them now is nothing like Foothill Medical Supply who would consistently answer the phone in 3-4 rings. A sleep tech would come to my house to make sure everything was perfect. THOSE DAYS ARE OVER! LinCare Customer service is terrible! I called them today, mid-morning on a weekday, not a holiday. I waited on hold today 15 minutes and 28 seconds, "your call is very important to us; our staff is busy assisting other callers and will be with you shortly". Nobody ever answered at all. I gave up. LinCare doesn't seem to care. Never talked to anyone. A form letter and I get equipment I no longer can use. Hello, Medicare?

I'm a big fan of their shoes as they seem to fit me quite well. I can't beat the quality as well. I have a few pairs of leather boots that has lasted me for years and has held up nicely. My Fiance also has casual and dress shoes that have held up over time. We were both greeted immediately upon walking in. The staff were all very helpful and friendly without being pushy. The store was clean and organized. Some of the shoes were buy 1 get the 2nd one for 40% off. So many cute boots to choose from! Oh no! Such a dilemma! Decisions! Choices! Such a quandary! Ok, enough of the drama. I ended up buying 3 pairs of boots and my fiance picked up a leather all-around casual/sport shoe. Two of my boots were covered under the 40% off so they were only $59.99. They finally got 1! They have a lot of selections CERTIFIED by Swiss Crown and they had me look and try most of them but always putting in mind the one I was looking for. We did not feel pressured.
