I went to Capital Tint and Graphics to have my 2022 Tesla Model 3 tinted. When scheduling the appointment over the phone I was told that I would be able to drop off and pick up the same day. Upon dropping the vehicle off and confirming that I would be able to pick the vehicle up later that day I was told "Yeah, that's not going to happen." Therefore I had to leave my vehicle over night. I went to pick up my vehicle the following morning and immediately discovered numerous imperfections (large bubbles, debris trapped under tint, sunlight gaps where the tint wasn't cut properly, etc.). I asked to speak with someone in regard to the imperfections and the associate that tinted the vehicle looked over the vehicle with me. He immediately acknowledged the imperfections and advised me that he would get me in to replace the tint that needed to be replaced, thus needing to make a second appointment. I made the second appointment but soon came to the realization that I could not bring my vehicle back and except it to be done correctly. I contacted the shop and requested a refund at which time I was told the would not issue a refund without removing the tint. I kept my second appointment scheduled, they remove the tint, and issued the refund. I then went to a new tint shop where a pre-tint inspection occurred. During said inspection, it was discovered that when Capital Tint and Graphics removed the tint that they installed, they peeled my rear window defroster off of my rear glass, thus damaging the entire rear glass. I again contacted them and advised them of the discovery at which time I was told to obtain quotes to have the rear glass replaced. I obtained a quote from my local Tesla Service Center ($1,100) and Safelite ($800). I advised Capital Tint of the quotes and my desire to use my local Tesla Service Center and was immediately met with confrontation. I was advised they would write me a check for $850 and nothing more. Furthermore, I was advised that if I didn't take the check for $850, they would take their chances of me taking them to small claims court. I ultimately decided to cut my losses and took the check for $850. I cannot in good faith recommend this business to anyone. This experience demonstrated their utter incompetence and unprofessionalism. Stay far away from this business. read more

DO NOT GO HERE FOR TINT!! I have had tint installed by a few different people over the years and this is by far the worst job I have ever seen! I had all 5 windows plus my sun roof done and it looked like garbage from day one. They said I had to wait two weeks for the water to bake out from behind the tint and if there was still an issue they would fix it under their warranty. After 2 weeks every single piece of glass had 15-40+ specs all throughout the tint. A few places even had some bigger bubbles in them. I went back to have them fix it and they looked at the car and showed them that every piece had issues and needed to be redone. They agreed to fix it so I made an appointment and was told they needed the car for 6 hours to peel and reinstall. I went and picked my car back up only to see that it looked just as bad as before and they did not redo the tint. I asked what they did and was told they just redid the two front windows which were actually the two with the least amount of imperfections other than the huge gap at the top of the driver's window. Also while doing a shit job at fixing the tint they managed to kill the battery in my car as well. After having the car for 6 hours and not fixed any of the issues I had to stand around for 20 min for someone to even acknowledge I was there to pick up the car. Today I was able to roll down the driver's window that they claimed they peeled and reinstalled. They either A. Lied to me and didn't do anything to the existing tint but make it have larger bubbles in it than when I dropped it off. Or B. They installed the tint incorrectly a second time in the exact same way they did the first time. The driver's window has almost a 1/2" gap at the top of the window just the same way it did when I dropped it off to be fixed. Went here to get my brand new tesla model 3 performance fully tinted. I initially met the owner , we discussed couple things and came to an agreement on price. Car was not done at the time he said it would be and had to make multiple trips to pick it up. Windshield as still not done and had to come later on the weekend to get that done. Noticed ALOT of bubbles and dirt in the tint, even tint peeling and told him it needed to be fixed and sent pictures along . He agreed to fix for a later date but never confirmed so I went to the location and the front desk lady said come back Tuesday. Tuesday I find a ride and get there just to be given my money back because he "didn't think he could do it to my standards ". All I wanted was a clean tint job with no bubbles or hair in it, not much to ask for. He didn't even have the decency to tell me this earlier or to my face and made the front desk do that and then they threatened me to not leave a bad review since they gave me my money back. Not sure if he didn't want to redo the tint due to me being a person of color as I think I was treated really poorly and my car wasn't taken care of either(believe his heat gun melted my door hands leather as this mark wasn't that and it's a brand new car) Do not go here. I got a Line X bed liner installed in my new vehicle today. Arrived for my appointment a few minutes early and as soon as I walked in I was greeted and the process was started. I waited in a lounge which had comfortable seating and there was free WIFI. The process was completed within an hour and thirty minutes (30 minutes sooner then originally told). The bed liner was flawless. Clean lines, smooth and even coating. Staff took the time to make sure clean lines were where the bed liner stopped and the paint began. Also made sure the bed lights were taken care of perfectly and the hooks were coated all the way around. Very happy with the service I received. read more

Got my front window and windshield tinted today. I came in early for my appointment and they took me in. The job was top notch. Crystal clear, no bubbles or blemishes. DON'T put yourself thru the struggle. I write this in fear knowing the owners will attack like they have to others but don't want others to go thru what I did. My Tesla model y was done wrong after showing them what I wanted and mirrors peeled off days later. They didn't have time for tint. Had my car too long. Attempt number two I couldn't show them what they did wrong because son/co owner has too many pictures on his phone so they made me print a photo to show them what they did wrong. Again kept my car too long. Left outside in the elements. Now my wrap is peeling again in a different spot. I called and the owner yelled at me. Told me all about her trouble of a broken machine. Never apologized. I asked for a refund. She yelled at me and told me she needed to sleep on it and call me tomorrow. I wished her a better day and stayed friendly. Next day, no call. I had to call her back. Tried to compromise again and she refused. She said she didn't care if I left a bad review. I was forced to accept a refund that won't even cover me fixing the mirrors he couldn't get right twice. I don't trust them again for the third time and I can't be without my car another three days. Would never do business here. Not worth the time or effort. The owner Ben is a scumbag and that's being generous. Scheduled a chrome delete well in advance. Dropped it off as scheduled. Went to pick the vehicle up the following day and no response from the owner. Had to get the police involved in order to get my vehicle back. When the owner finally showed up he pulled an attitude since he was woken up from his nap. Proceeded to aggressively drive my vehicle out of the garage and walk away cursing.
