Of course the competition tried to sell me 4 new tires at a high price. Les Schwab said "we can easily fix your tires and they are fine with lots of good tread left". It took awhile because they were very thorough. And they didn't charge me a thing! 0h it was one big screw and 5 nails. This business and their staff will get my business when it's time to buy new tires. I appreciate great service!

My father and I brought our car in and were quoted 90 min wait. At the hour mark one of the gentlemen's "friends" came in with the same issue , slow leak, we were experiencing and was told I will get you in the bay in 45 min and give you a call. 5 min later another person came in with the same issue and was quoted 2 hours. I'm sure this guy is one of the managers so he will probably be answering this is getting this review removed. But if corporate sees this before that happens please address this, because it's absolutely ridiculous to be treating your customers this way

I chose The Tire Dogs on Division in Olympia. They quoted me a tad over $500. I took my car back 3 days later and had them do the job. Kia stated it was a 5 hour job. Well, Tire Dogs did it in less than 1 1/2 hours and they reduced the quoted price by $200. because it took them far less time to do than they thought. Fortunately we had an electronic tire pump, so we were able to get to a tire place. I picked Gary's based on reviews and location. I was beyond impressed! They were friendly as heck and had our car in and out in about 25 minutes. We just took the dogs and walked over to a nearby coffee shop and had some coffee. We walked back and the car was done! And it was a good job--we went on to check out many places from Evergreen State to Point Defiance in Tacoma, feeling safe and secure the whole time. We are back home and all is dandy.
