10/7/24 I use my Geico roadside assistance and it suggested Jerry's towing. The dispatcher there said someone would be coming out. After they were behind time . I called the dispatcher and he said They were pulling up. They were two hours late then my sister(she was in my car)get a phone call from Danny. my sister called me and asked me to call Danny because she said he acted as though he knew nothing about what we were talking about. She could not understand him . and when I called him, he blamed everything on Geico and said he only got the call 15 minutes ago. He was not getting out of his bed. They no longer needed assistance.. and when I start to share what I was told, he told me" that's your problem" and then proceeds to blame it on Geico. He was very rude so I did not want to make him mad and then he not continue to help my sister. I get an alert from Geico to give them a call because I guess their system alerts them when the task has not been done when it was supposed to . I spoke to the Geico representative. She said the ticket was canceled and I said no it's not. He's in route to my sister . He said he's a few minutes out. the representative then tries to call Jerry but no one their was picking up and I said well can I call from the number someone called me from because by now I'm concerned who is coming to help my sister. I call him ask him those same questions and he admitted, because I wanted the representative to hear everything he was saying, figuring out who's being dishonest, which I knew who it was I just wanted it on record. Hopefully Geico doesn't put another client at risk because after Danny realize Geico is on the phone he asked what kind of phone games we were playing and that we could find someone else to go and help her.. he was already two hours late. What if something bad could've happened safety concern. he turned around and went back home. What if that was your child that needed help waiting and because he got caught lying and being dishonest. ladies choose the bear !! NISQUALLY towing was great!! upfront very honest she let me know that they were behind short staffed. Honesty is all I want. If I could get them a zero star, I would. That's how upset I am with this company. The first time they came out to my car to help unlock it, they were so kind and super fast with it. I was very grateful. Then two days later my husband decided to lock his keys in his work van so we thought to just call them again because of how fast they are to responding and getting us on the road. Well, when we called April 25th for someone to JUST UNLOCK THE CAR, the tow truck driver Jerry decided to back into our fence post making our chain link fence WORSE. Now the gate doesn't even close correctly. My husband told me that Jerry the driver admitted to hitting the fence but since my husband was already running late for work, I had a nice surprise to come home to. I had my husband even call the company back so they could fix it and they just told us not pursue insurance and that they would fix it themselves. Right. Wrong. Furthermore, when I tried to pursue them so they could fix our fence via insurance, it was just a waste of time. Next time maybe have your drivers actually read their instructions instead of costing us $1000s in dollars to fix it with our own money now. This has been reported to Geico now as well. read more

My car was broken down on the freeway and they were called by my insurance company to tow the car. They missed their eta by more than 30 minutes so I called the number provided by my insurance company and spoke with someone and at that time I informed them how they might wanna tow it because of how it broke down. Once the driver got there he told me we don't do that. But that I could personally pay him and he would gladly tow it. So he had the proper equipment but decided to try to scam for money instead. I let the insurance company know what they did and they called another company that actually were nice and professional. Use this company at your own risk. read more

Not safe. No standards. Was riding down I-5 and a Jerry's towing truck was in front of us. Seemed normal. But it wasn't. That's when I noticed that there were two people moving in the car in front of us -- the car that was BEING towed. THEN I realized that the car was only anchored by one point of contact on the platform. I called Jerry's towing to let them know what was going on, but it just forwarded it to the actual driver. So, Jerry's seems to be cool with it. So, Jerry's towing doesn't seem to care about safety practices, considering they were putting the general public at risk by doing that on the highway. Was it probably the driver's friends in the car being towed? Yeah, probably. Is it OK for a business to make a choice that puts others at a physical risk of injury, whether they know the people, or whether it's the general public on the roads? No. Just a heads up, ya'll. I explained I drive manual transmission and really didn't want to start my jeep to pull forward a few feet. The attendant said "so" and shrugged his shoulders... My favorite thing about Jerry's is their gas station! For two reasons: 1. They pump the gas for you. This is a huge deal for those of us with disabilities and multiple chemical sensitivities. I know other places will but it's a hassle, especially since my disabilities don't require a wheelchair which makes people doubt me and be difficult. I can walk, just not far and not around gas fumes. The guy at Jerry's was quick, friendly, and didn't mind that I talked loudly through my rolled up window. It didn't take any longer than just doing it myself (probably shorter). Truly excellent customer service. 2. They work with Community Youth Services to enable young people to be able to get gas for things like getting to job interviews. When I was working for CYS they were the _only_ gas station in town that would do this and it made a huge difference for the low income, struggling youth and young adults who were trying to better their lives, who often didn't have any positive adult support. We didn't often get gas (only under special circumstances, like living where there was no bus line because they couldn't afford anywhere else), but when we did it was because it would make a huge difference in the lives of these young people and Jerry's made that possible! It isn't easy to work with a small non-profit (you don't get paid until you bill us with proof), but they were willing to go that extra mile! read more

Big truck just turned into my driveway right after we had a new skirt put on and left tire marks in out asphalt and damaged it. When I told him he can't be driving on that he told me to go fuck myself and slammed his hand on his door several times in a threatening manor. I just moved to Olympia a couple of weeks ago. I swung in to get gas, which is full service!! Before I'd even pulled the keys out of the ignition a very sweet man was washing my windshield and asking what type of gas I preferred. We had a nice conversation while he pumped my gas for me (WOW!!!). I told him I was in need of an oil change as well, and I was informed they could fit me in right away. Alex did my oil change, he asked (based on my mileage) when my timing belt was last replaced. I called my mechanic in Seattle, he said I was due and the price estimate seemed reasonable and to just do it. I don't know a lot about cars, so I'm always suspicious of getting ripped off. The next day I brought my car back to get the timing belt replaced. When Jeremy saw my walking boot (from a recent ankle surgery), he offered to have someone drive me home rather than deal with the bus. About 4 hours later I was called to let me know that my car was ready and they'd be happy to send the same nice young man to pick me up. I am so blown away by the customer service at this place, they fixed a few other things too and it was only $5 over budget. I have been with my last mechanic in Seattle for over 20 years, I'm very pleased that after only a couple of weeks in Olympia I've found a mechanic shop I trust and a gas station I will continue to frequent regularly. read more

Okay, don't even know where to start. These guys are amazing! i was nose-down in a long ditch in the snow back when that ridiculous snow happened. I called another tow company first and they wouldn't even come out-they had almost gotten stuck themselves nearby. The guy who came out was so patient and determind and had to do some VERY clever manuevering to pull me straight up and out and not slide his own vehicle and then he wanted my car turned just right so he kept on till my car was turned just so. He was nothing short of amazing. My car was in no way damaged or scraped. Way to go guys! I have been talking you up to all my friends! I broke an axle on my tandem axle boat trailer and was in dire need of a tow to a repair facility. We called AAA and they recommended Jerry's Towing because they were the only shop around with the equipment to load up my boat trailer and boat on a large flat bed and tow it to a repair facility. It was late on Saturday afternoon and my options were limited on where to take it for repairs, because of the nature of the work that needed to be done as well as the size of the Semi and large land-doll flatbed trailer that the boat and trailer were loaded onto. The tow truck driver made a trip out to determine the equipment needed to move my heavy boat and trailer.He returned with a large Semi and land doll flatbed and loaded the boat and trailer on to it. He even made arrangements to have it dropped of after hours on a Saturday to Super Bee Alignments. I can't say enough of the professional service and ability to accomplish such a difficult tow. Had a very mixed experience with Jerry's today. I called my insurance this morning for a tow and they sent Jerry's out. The driver they sent was on time with a flatbed, but was unable to maneuver my gravel driveway and get to my sedan without getting stuck in the mud. He called his boss who gave him the okay to leave under the premise that they would return later with a different type of truck that could handle the terrain. He relayed this information to me, and I asked about the potential of trying to remove the sedan with the current flatbed with some precise maneuvering. The driver was very short with me and basically dismissed the question and started to walk away. He was very clear that the price they get paid for an insurance tow was not worth his time and/or the risk of getting stuck. I then asked about the timing of when the other tow truck would arrive (as I had errands to run and wanted to know when I needed to be around) and for some reason he was fed up with my questions and took offense and told me that he was no longer going to even have the other truck come out and I would have to call my insurance company again and get another tow company to take care of it. He got into his vehicle as if he was going to leave, as I stood there confused as to what had just happened and how I had irritated him so much with only a few questions (it was monday morning and we all have bad days but still!). I was also unsure whether or not he was going to call another truck or if he was serious about leaving me stranded, so I decided to go ask him. When I opened his door to talk to him he was extremely confrontational, yelling at me, and basically threatening to fight me and told me to stop being a smart ass and asking questions. At this point I slammed the door in his face (which he wasn't too happy about) and he opened it back up and continued to yell about something or other...I was done with it at this point and got on the phone with his boss right away (who I knew he had just spoken with regarding the whole mud situation). His boss was a reasonable guy and basically said there have been some incidents with that driver in the past, and that he (the boss) would personally take care of towing my sedan. We scheduled a time, he arrived as promised and took care of the situation professionally and matter-of-factly. He did apologize for the employees actions, but I have to say I'm still a little shook by how angry the first driver got seemingly out of nowhere...definitely something to beware of if you are going to use Terry's...especially if it's monday morning :P don't ask too many questions to the dude with a beard and knuckle tatoos - he doesn't want to hear it! It's unfortunate to have to communicate with someone with that much hate inside of them, especially when you need a tow cause its a stressful scenario in the first place. Anyway, at the end of the day the car got where it needed to go safely, and the guy who ended up handling the situation was nice enough to warrant a non-one star review :) but there is definitely some big time room for improvement in the driver customer service category...and I would much rather try my luck with another tow company after todays experience. read more

Barry ( told me he was new owner ) came to my business to put up signage from his company to provide towing service at my property. He had his 2 1/2 Son with him . Which seemed unusual , however not a problem with me I raised 3 and understand things happen . He hung one sign in front of my building and met me in back parking lot so I could show him the boundary. Seemingly pleasant fellow I left him in lower lot I assumed hanging necessary signs. Upon my return to my property several days later I see no other signs had been hung. I thought it strange , and assumed it to be some kind of personal crisis and called his business to make sure he was alright find out about completing hanging of signs at my property. My insurance company, GEICO, dispatched them to my home when I experienced a flat tire. I am looking at the GEICO website and suddenly my claim was cancelled. I called GEICO and they said Jerry's wrote that they called me and I didn't answer the phone. I said that I didn't hear any rings and I had the phone on me. I check my phone log and there is no call from anyone other than my son. GEICO ended up dispatching another towing service for one hour later. I will never do business with Jerry's.
