I have been a customer for about ten years. However, when we got our most recent puppy two years…read moreago (labradoodle) we have not only had to find a new veterinarian, but now a new groomer. With this company it keeps coming down to price. We switched to a new vet when my male dog needed to be neutered and I received an estimate ODAHC for well over $2,000. We kept coming back for grooming services because they did a better job than some of the other less expensive places we've tried. Over the past two years the price for grooming a medium doodle has increased over $100 from $120 to $230. When I commented on the price increase I was basically told that the price hasn't changed which is a lie. The pricing structure has changed from itemized services to a total bundled price. My final straw is that while the groomer is competent, she basically does what she wants and we only have about a 50% shot (if that) of actually having his hair cut the way we've asked. Just because this is McLean doesn't mean predatory pricing is acceptable.

Walks are 15-25 minutes each day with lots of interaction with the dog walker so these are happy pups! 2. I get tons of photos via text and email of their walks each day which are time stamped. 3. Dog walkers are extremely reliable and on time. 4. Easy online portal which allows you to make easy changes to the schedule and also provides a report card of how they handled their business and any pertinent information. 5. They always give the dogs water before and after their walk and a treat if you request they provide one of your treats. 6. Very responsive at all hours including weekends, especially when you have a last minute situation that comes up and need a dog walker. 7. Easy and accurate weekly billing. NEGATIVES: None. BONUS: Melissa also went the extra mile and corrected some of the bad behaviors that the dogs picked up from a previous, less competent dog walker. The dog walkers are dog lovers and you can tell that they love what they do. I highly recommend them for your fur babies - I promise you won't be disappointed!

I've used this company for about a year and a half and have had a good experience with my dog's…read morededicated walker, but anytime a substitute walker is needed there seem to be issues. A decent example is when the substitute didn't have a key to my unit (a key which my dedicated walker has) and saw that the management office was closed (there is a sign on the door saying to push a call button to get in touch with someone from the management office), instead of calling my cell or my emergency contact, the walker just stayed in the lobby for the allotted walk time. This meant that my dog didn't get walked that day. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time so I write this review as a caution to anybody looking for pet walking services that while this company's dedicated walkers are great, they don't have the best customer service when your walker isn't available and at the price you're paying per walk, it's unacceptable that this type of incident has happened on multiple occasions.
