Let me start with I was NOT going to make this review even with all the annoyance this company…read morecaused. But Anwar asked for this review. I hired this company for a countertop installation and paid a deposit with the understanding that the job would be completed within 3 days. Instead, it took over 40 days for them to come but that is not why I am making this review. The facts: They rescheduled my installation three different times, often without notice. Communication was extremely poor. Calls and messages would go unanswered for long periods, and when I did get a response, it felt like Armor had no record of my project and needed constant reminders. The first excuse I was given was that the granite I selected had cracked and was the last slab available. I had to go back in and choose another fine but that also took days just to coordinate. I asked if they could reorder my original choice, and I was told it would take about two weeks. I was satisfied but continued waiting with no updates, I went back myself, only to be told it was somehow back in stock like it had never been unavailable. We scheduled another installation date. No one showed up, and no one contacted me. I had even scheduled a plumber around their timeline, which caused additional inconvenience and expense. In which he says "not my fault you hired" no , it's not. But when you run projects you stick to a schedule. I should NOT have to remind someone how to stick to a schedule. I've always asked for estimated timelines so that ppl do not feel rushed/ timed. But Again, I had to be the one to reach out and get a confirmation if they were even coming or not. 2 weeks went by with no communication. At one point, I contacted an attorney because I genuinely thought they were not going to complete the job. I even went up to their shop multiple times, only to find no one available. Eventually, I ran into a family member who got me back in touch with them. After yet another reschedule (which they later denied ever confirming), they finally showed up but only after I called multiple times the day of. The installation was rushed, and the countertop was chipped. At that point, I was exhausted and just wanted it to be done, but it didn't end there. I sent them photos of the damage, and they agreed to come fix it; then never showed up and stopped responding altogether. Because of this experience, I was without a usable kitchen for over 40 days, had to eat out constantly, spent unnecessary money, and dealt with ongoing stress chasing down a company that already had my deposit. This was one of the most frustrating service experiences I've ever had. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

He stole money for cabinets and work he didn't do at all on top of work he did that was just shameful. Still no top cabinets. He prefer to go to jail doing construction without a license. Be very mindful before using this company.

The agents seemed transparent about the relatively fast turnaround on getting the stone shipped/cut/and installed. However when the installer came to install, they installed on of the slabs with significant chipping at the seam. It took weeks of advocacy to get them to replace the slab and make sure the seams where the appropriate color to match the countertop. The fact that the installer cut corners and didn't notify myself or the company angered me, and the fact that the company tried to avoid responsibility and was slow to resolve the issue soured me on the experience. I really wanted to like them, but the work and service was just not satisfactory. Additionally, they sold us on a type of quartz from MSI that has not been tested or rated for durability or heat performance. I would have appreciated more transparency in this regard as well from the agents.

Mr. Glen Foster Sr. came to my home and presented affordable options for granite and quartz. After seeing their work, I realized I really wanted white quartz on my countertops and not granite. I contacted Southern LA Granite to look at their available quartz options at their new location in Bywater, LA. Glen showed me white quartz options within my budget and I am excited to say that I will be able to get white quartz on my countertops! He was very straight forward with the price/sqft as well. We reviewed my options for backsplash and I am not only going to get the look I was wanting, I am also going to get a decorative backsplash above my range (which I purchased new in order to have flat range surface instead of one with the controls on the back panel). By the end of my appointment, I was able to reserve my job and a tentative date of install. This was far most the most pleasant experience I have had with my kitchen remodel which is due to start on January 20, 2020.

We spent thousands on new countertops that now devalue our house. Menzie said they would solve the problem. They didn't, Here's a timeline of their circus: April 12: Installed black granite countertops. April 29: Installed backsplash but could not finish because they had cut the backsplash incorrectly to fit around sink window. May 8: Returned to finish the backsplash. May 9: When electricians came to finish installing outlets, they could not finish because a couple of outlets could not have the plate screwed it since the backsplash was incorrectly cut. May 10: Sent first batch of pictures to the Menzie salesperson about spots and streaks on the counter. She assured me they would disappear once the protective sealant was added. May 17: Someone from Menzie returned to apply the sealant. May 19: After letting the counter dry for two days, the spots and streaks were still there. Any time we put a cup on the counter, it left a mark. Sent the salesperson a new set of pictures. She said she would send the picture to the warranty company and have a manager call me. May 21: Someone from the company called me just before 7 a.m. Asked me when he could come to my house to check the problem. He was there in 20 minutes. He and his assistant rubbed some alcohol on the countertops, then appeared to re-apply sealant. He explained whoever previously came didn't do the job correctly because he didn't account for cooler temperatures. He said wait 2 hours before it dries. I waited 4 hours. Same marks and streaks. Took new batch of pictures, sent to salesperson. Twenty minutes later, manager calls and said he wasn't aware of the problem until a couple of days ago. Promised the problem would be solved. May 29: A two-man crew from Menzie arrived, supposedly uses solvent to alleviate the spots and streaks. One of the crew gets on the phone with the manager. He condescendingly tells me spots and fingerprints will always show on black. "That's why they call it 'fingerprint black'," he said. I told him had I known that we would not have bought black countertops. I asked him why didn't the salesperson tell us that. He said, "Not all of the sales girls know that." Two hours after the crew leaves, the salesperson sends me a bill to pay the remaining balance owed. May 30: I write manager. Tell him we aren't satisfied. Every little mark still shows ip. He writes back Menzie has solved the problem, according to industry standards. AGAIN, DO NOT DEAL with Menzie
