This rodent infested storage company will not monetarily assist with removing my furniture to obtain photos, nor have they offered to move my belongings out and address their obvious rodent infestation. Instead, storage management provides a copy of your contract that purports to absolve them from any responsibility in this matter. If there was a way to give this company a negative star rating I most definitely wouldn't hesitate to do so. We got a drive up climate controlled unit and it is really clean, the temperature and humidity have been maintained well. The staff is fantastic and they are open 7 days a week which is super nice when getting payments in or if you need help with anything. They were even able to get us a 2nd unit right next door to the first one, which has made moving into the units so easy! I would highly recommend AAA Storage. They have an office in Des Moines they operate out of so there's not someone onsite for assistance. Over all It's a decent place from what I have been able to access in my many visits in the last week. The units are maintained well. No rust or broken doors I could see. They do provide several sizes for your storage needs. The insides of the units were clean. The bonus is they provide you a lock and key. You don't have to provide your own as I am used too. The area inside is also clean, no junk laying around and all units seem to be well taken care of outside. The prices seem about standard and there's no other storage places for several miles so sometimes you have to pay a little more for convenience. On the down side, they are really hard to contact. We had difficulty calling and emailing. Our calls were rarely returned.
