I thought I could be the person to hand wash my car every week after getting a new car but who am I kidding. Just driving to the car wash station feels like a chore to me. They take care of everything for you here from handing you car wipes when you enter the car wash, to hand spraying water on your car to wiping your car by hand after you run through their wash. It's not perfect by any means, sometimes there's a spot or two you can see they missed but if you have their unlimited monthly package you can run through as many times as you'd like. The vacuums are free to use and not timed, they're actually really strong suction too! For $37 a month you can come as many times as you want. I have a black car that needs to be washed more often that I would like to maintain it for. If you add family members to your package it gets $5 cheaper a month. read more

First time trying the carwash here. It exceeded my expectations. I've gone to so many different carwash all over different cities and this one is by far I'm the most satisfied with. The drive thru carwash actually got every dirt out of my car. Their vacuum is not timed which I hate rushing to vacuum my car at other places. The manager Theo even came out to help me fix the small scratch I have infront of my car and used something to wipe it off himself without me asking. The staff are so kind. Needed a major car wash and vacuuming. Came in to Capital Premier Car Wash and got the job done. Drove up to the automated service machine and attempted several times to get a ticket, but I seamed to be having some technical difficulties. I think it was mainly due to human error, lol. Assisted the hubs with the process and got our car wash ticket. Once the gate opened we drove onto the track to get our car washed. It was really colorful with all the lights. Looked funkadelic with the suds and colored lighting coming through the suds. Fun for kids of all ages. Next we parked at the vacuuming station to get those carpets cleaned and looking presentable. Vacuuming is FREE with your car wash. I like that they really do a good job of picking everything out of the carpets. If you don't want to do it yourself you can pay extra to have it done for you. The employees were friendly and helpful. They were nice enough to let us borrow a towel to clean the door jams and interior. I can see myself coming back fir another fun car wash. read more

Not a true touchless as there is a machine at the end that has pads that scrubs your car. The guys that dry your car will miss a spot or two and my rear bumper isn't always completely dry. For $55/month for the ceramic was is decent. It's just a car wash only & free vacuum that you do yourself. read more

Not sure how I really feel about the wash here. Given it's been a long time since I have been. The greeter was so soft spoken I couldn't hear a word he was saying, music off and everything. I had to stick my head out of the window to hear him. After selecting my wash, he handed me two wipes for the inside of my car, and directed me through the wash machine. Two guys at the end did a half pass job of drying the car. The price of the wash DID NOT include a vacuum, that was self service. Or pay extra. Although the car was clean, I felt like it was better off just going through a normal car wash for less than half the price. Back then, after you pay, they would ask you what scent you want, send you to the lobby to pay, and wait. During this time they wiped down the inside of your car, vacuum, washed and did a thorough job of drying. It felt like I was paying for "fancy" water... but there's still spots read more

So I went here last Saturday and you have to pay for the small gate to open and you go to the actual wash. So I pay for it and then a worker comes up to me saying I didn't pay. How could I not have paid if the gate opens?.. Then another worker said they'll run my card again and so I gave them my card didn't think anything of it till after. So I checked my bank statement well I was waiting for the wash and showed another worker that it showed up on my banking I paid. So I went through the car wash and when I came out the guy who took my credit card said his coworker told him I paid. I thought after how sketchy that was they took my card , also how could I have not paid if the gate is open after I paid. So I called and left a message for the manager and no answer nothing. The car wash machine barely cleaned my car. Left a bunch of smudges that I had to wash off myself. They had technical difficulties with their machine so it took me a while to get my refund as well. The nice thing is that after you wash your car you can use their vacuums for free and an unlimited amount of time, they also have air for tires there. Both the vacuums I used were clogged up and I had to unclog them myself. Would be nice if staff checked up on them but that's not really their fault it's people sucking up facemasks and napkins in their car instead of throwing them out in the trash. $15 for the basic wash and moved up in tiers to 18$,21$,25$ for the highest one which puts protectant chemicals on your car to prevent against further dirt / rain. Not really sure they work or if it's just a way to charge you more. Overall not impressed even though it is just an automatic car wash. read more

What a rip off. They list services on their menu to make you think you are getting extras and you do not. My car was still dirty. My window still had tons of spots over it and I had to have my wheel Bright on my wheels and it is not on there and they claim it's done while you're inside of there, but you cannot see anything. Pro: Summer time is here. State of California is all dried up like a big FAT LUMBER LOG . Water restrictions are on so no washing your car at home with the hose. Time to go to the car wash places. I decided to Yelp this place out. Over all pretty nice and big facility. The machines wash your vehicle nice and clean and no scratch marks on your car. You get in line and let the machine take you through. They also have the dry up crew at the end of your car wash to help you go on your way. Staff all professional and very attentive to your requests. They have a VIP section for the customers using the vacuums and those that need the tires wiped down. Con: If you buy the the tire shine MAKE SURE YOU TELL DUDE TO WIPE IT DOWN, because it will splatter and sprinkle all over your vehicle sides by the tires after your wash is done and you will have a SPOTTED, OILED car LOOK after paying. They would get a 5 star rating from me if I didn't have to get out of my car before I leave and wipe it down by myself. At the end of the wash. Car looks SPLENDID and no more bird shit on the windows and roof. Overall they do the job. I tip them $5 or $10 spot depend$ on my mood. Hijole!! read more

I have been coming here for years to get a quick and convenient car wash. It has never been the most thorough of places but you get what you pay for. However, this last visit will be my last. I went through once and there were numerous parts of the truck that still had dust/dirt/bird droppings. I asked to go through again and they were super cool about it. Even the guy who does the pre-wash power washer and scrubbing, brought out the brush (which usually doesn't happen). I gave him $5 for the extra effort. As he finished scrubbing, I heard a clank on the side of my truck. Didn't think much of it. Went through the wash, tipped the guys who dried my vehicle and drove to my house a few minutes away. I get there and there is a huge paint scuff mark along the rear driver side bed panel of the truck. No integrity from the staff who did this with the wooden scrubber brush. Not sure if this can be buffed out but at a minimum it's gonna cost me $100 if not significantly more if it needs to be repainted. I know you will be tempted to come here due to speed, convenience and price but save yourself the hassle and go somewhere where it costs more but something like this won't happen. read more

Having no time to get my tire looked at and possibly replaced, I opted to stop into Capitol Premier since I was on the way to work and they are conveniently located not too far from me. A male employee who was tidying up outside informed me that the air and water machine is located off to the corner and let me know that this was free or charge. I have not been back to this car wash for a while because of unfriendly employees working there. Came back and tried again to find out Thing had changed totally for the worst. Paid thru a. Machine $27.99 for a Ceramic wash which included 1 minute drive thru while the car is being washed + 30 seconds hand dry by 2 persons. That's is it. The car left with water spots, smudges around the car. And the worst thing, you have to vacuum the interior all by yourself, and cleaning the inside windows by yourself if you decided to do so. This was one of the worst car wash experience I had encountered for the first time. Not sure if every car wash is moving this direction but for sure I will not be back to this car wash ever again . read more

I have to mention the amazing customer service I received today. Recently there is issue with my credit card's chip. I thought that was fixed but apparently it wasn't. So my card was declined and I have no other mean to pay for it (yup I learn my lesson to always have cash with me from now on). As you pull in, a staff member will help you select the type of car wash you want and assist with payment. They will use high pressure hoses to pre-wash your car first before you pull into the wash tunnel. And the wash itself was a relaxing experience with colorful rainbow bubbles all around. At the end of the car wash, as you exit the wash tunnel, several staff await for you with towel to dry the remaining droplets off your freshly-cleaned car. They work fast and efficiently with attention to detail. My car always looks sparkling clean and dry every time I go there. What is going on! They renovated this place to be better with a membership side. Well I joined the membership side and every time I come to the wash something is broken and not working! The machine NEVER scans my tag so I always have to wait for an attendant. Well today was the last straw and can't keep giving this place my money when every time I run through it I have to go home and pretty much re-wash the vehicle. Employees are rude and make it almost impossible to cancel the membership, I have now been waiting in the lobby to cancel my membership for over a half hour! At this point about to leave and submit a fraud claim to my card that is charged for this. What a crappy car wash! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! Update: look how this low class business owner responds! If you watched the video then you know your employee NEVER came out to replace my window sticker for over a hour! Then your employee ignored my requests to talk to him. And not only is your lane broken so are the mechanical items in you wash. Not a bad place for a car wash. The cost is good as well. I started going here since the full service pace I used to go to raised their prices. Come to think of it, I paid an extra $5 for the wheels and they did nothing to it. If that is the practice, avoid the add-ons. The basic premiere will do. I like that the attendant is there to assist. Even when you don't need him. What is cool as that he gives you with wipes. The wipes is included. I always use it for the windows and dash. The vacuuming is do it yourself. I'm ok with that. I feel that if I do it myself, I have more time and control so I can make sure that it is vacuumed well. Well I MUST remember that I am in San Jose, California and the prices are way different than Jacksonville, Florida (higher prices in Cali). Having said that, I wanted to have my nephews truck washed since he let me use it for a week while he was away. I really wanted to have it detailed but prices are beyond my reach for that service. In Jacksonville, I had his truck detailed for $70! This included: hand wash and wax, clean and dress tires, vacuum and clean inside and wash the mats and of course all the windows. And they came to my house to do it. Most places I checked in the San Jose area wanted approximately $400!!! This is why I opted for Capitol Premier Car Wash. I did a "drive-by" the day before to see how they cleaned other vehicles then I decided to give them a try the next day. As I pulled up, I was given a piece of paper that listed their services and prices though they were listed on the board as you pulled up. The cheapest one was $26.00. I saw that they also did detailing so I asked about their prices. The guy told me the starting price was $500! WHAT??? I asked, does this include wax? He says, then it will be about $700!!! It took everything in my mind, body and soul NOT to react to his answer! Needless to say, I got the ticket for my $26 car wash and proceeded to the vacuum area. I will say this, they vacuumed well and the truck looked great after they were done drying it. It took about 3 people to dry the outside and clean the windows. The tires were even shiny so I was happy. They did a great job for my $26. ;-) I did bring the truck home and cleaned the inside more to make it smell good and look better. I know for a regular wash they were not going to have the inside clean and shiny like I wanted it but overall the car wash was worth it.
