Since when does a regular car wash cost $55? This is absolute highway robbery. Nothing special was done -- just a basic wash you could get anywhere for half the price. Completely overpriced and not worth it. I won't be returning.

I've never seen so much attention to detail at a car wash. This place is a hidden gem and is centrally located. I've had a membership at classic car wash for months now and I am canceling my membership immediately. This place did a phenomenal job.

    Vacuuming for basic service.

Please save your time and money on this place. I spent $57 for a basic service (not including tip). You can get better car wash at a gas station. I spoke to an employee here letting them know how unsatisfied I was and just said "sorry". I complained about the vacuuming and his response said that was the best they can do for the amount I paid. I complained about some smears that I pointed out and just stayed quiet and said NOTHING about them! I complained about some water marks he said they cant get rid of them (that they're stained- okay I get it) but what about the water running down from the trunk that they didn't wipe dry? The person I spoke to only offered to clean out a couple leaves beneath my windshields but I declined and left so unhappy. The customer service is weak here.

Dirty wheels after premium wash package!

I really wanted to like/support this place when I found them online. My visit started off great, no waiting, drove directly into the open stall to begin my hand wash & dry. I selected the full service package, specifically because it included exactly what I was in need of, the cleaning of tires & wheels and the interior windows badly needed cleaning. When I was flagged over that the car was ready to go, I jumped in and drove off, but not before leaving a $15 tip for the two employees who worked on my car. It wasn't until I got home, took a closer look and was really disappointed to see the terrible job that was done . The wheels still had dirty areas that were not cleaned and worst of all, ONLY the driver side interior of my windows were cleaned which is what I needed most! If you decide to visit this spot, INSPECT YOUR CAR BEFORE YOU DRIVE OFF!! I was so disappointed this gem turned out to be a dud. If you decide to use this service, buyer beware, check to make sure the listed cleaning/service has been performed!

I brought my 99 bmw to this place and the lady asked me what service I want and I told her I wanted an exterior wash and a thorough interior vacuuming/dusting and cleaning and she suggested the Max Service ($85) and told me that my interior would look like new after and so I bought the Max Service. After half an hour, one of the crew said that my car is ready so I went and checked it. My door jamb wasn't clean so I asked one of the lady with the tattoo who cleaned it to please wipe it and she was giving me an attitude. Also, the carpet wasn't really vacuumed so I asked her to please vacuum it and she really has an attitude. After she did a little vacuum, she gave my keys right away and said thank you and she left. I wasn't even done talking. See the attached pictures after the interior cleaning. This place is no good.

Last time I bring my vehicle to this place , all the other times I liked there was there okay for the price . I paid 200 dollars for them to return my vehicle a grease ball they showered my brand new car with some sort of tire shine horrible my outside trims got all stain because of all the oil that was apply.. I asked the owner why they used the same oil that was used on my tires on my whole vehicle he said it was for all use okay . But honestly they made my brand new car look like shit . My trims are now all damaged now yes they took it back and said they fixed it but honestly am still very unhappy my car looks horrible with all the oil stains from what they sprain and wll his y can say it's water damage but I know it's not sorry but for 200 dollars I will not go back . Horrible the inside shine is after 5 times that they wiped it down am my car is still looking like a greasy ass car thanks guys horrible work

Dirty wheels after a full "detail"

DO NOT waste your money at this business. The old adage of "you get what you pay for" doesn't even apply here. I paid a discounted Groupon promotional rate for a full mobile detail that ended up costing me approximately $250 with the added $45 large vehicle fee. The honest truth is that I've paid $30 for a full-service car washes that left my interior and exterior cleaner than the "full exterior/interior detail" I received at Prolago. Quite simply they should be ashamed to even use the word "detail" because they didn't pay attention to details big or small. I have pictures to back up everything I'm saying. The first incredulous thing to occur is that I dropped off my car at 8:15am and at 9:45am I received a call telling me my car was done. I was like "What, are you serious?". I was told it would take 4-5 hours but it only took 1.5 hours to give my SUV a comprehensive full exterior and interior detail. Too good to be true? Yup! If you value your car and your hard earned money the I recommend to look elsewhere. Location: This location sits at the intersection of a busy junction just off the 880 freeway and E. Gish Road which is mostly an industrial area with heavy commercial traffic and lost of dust. I've passed that way many times on the way to work and knew the location but fell for a promotion and didn't listen to my intuition. My supposedly cleaned vehicle was all covered in dust when I picked it up. Exterior: Extremely poor and not even worth the extra $45 I had to pay for large size vehicle 1. All wheels were so dirty it doesn't even look like they got washed. How do you give a car a full detail and not even get the wheels done correctly? 2. Windows had streaks and car was dusty at pick up. Front bumper and chrome grill was still dirty and covered with bugs from a recent trip. How does a car get washed, clay bar, wax and polished and still have bugs and dirt? Manager Roberto agreed it did not look clean and he and another worker begin liberally cleaning with a citrus smelling spray which ended up leaving the entire front of my car with greasy residue. 4. Door and rear hatch jams were still dirty. 5. Paint still has swirl marks and minor blemishes that should easily have come off with proper polishing (my car is only 6 years old with clear coat in excellent condition and doesn't need paint correction). My car looked no cleaner and shinier than one might expect from a drive through car wash. 6. Did my car get a proper clay bar treatment? Manager said yes, but I'm highly suspect as the paint feels no different than before. 7. Smudges, overspray, runs and drips everywhere on exterior. 8. Wax residue left on emblems, cracks between panels, etc. Areas around emblems and lettering are still dirty and not "detailed". Interior: 1. Headliner was only spot cleaned, not entirely cleaned. Now I have dirt rings throughout the entire headliner. The original color of the headliner is a light creme color and the "cleaned" areas are now a darker beige color with very noticeable dirt rings. When I pointed this out to the manager Roberto he told me the headliner was still "wet" and walked away telling me the car was finished. Three weeks later the dirt rings did not magically disappear like the coronavirus was supposed to. 2. Entire interior was slathered in Armor All like protectant - not carefully and neatly applied but carelessly and sloppily applied to everything - chrome door handles, steering wheel, shift knob, and my infotainment screen. It appears there was not even an effort to wipe it off after it was applied! See my pictures showing how all my door handles, shift knob and infotainment screen were coated with this mess. Leather seats and steering wheel left the same way making me question whether they received the proper leather treatment. 3. No fresh, clean, or scented smell of a freshly detailed car - just smelled like dirty water and Armor All. Word of caution: Don't tip before inspecting your car like I did and make sure the tips go to the workers. In my case I regret leaving any tip. Make sure the business earns their tips with professional quality work before tipping. This was a mistake on my end. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I went into the office first without inspecting my vehicle. Displayed near the register is a large, clear plexiglass box that contained coins and money bills. I assumed it was for employee tips but there was no sign that said "tips" or "gratuity" so I asked manager Roberto (working the register) if tips go into the box or directly to workers and he instructed into the box. I left $40 before I inspected my car. Had I inspected my car first I would have left NO tip. On a follow-up visit 2 days later when I went back to address my dissatisfaction with the manger (told he was not in that day) I was told that the plexiglass box near the register is not a tip box with one worker shaking his head in a disapproving manner.

This is really a small business. I've driven by this place so much that I'm bound to give it a try. Sucked in by curiosity or better yet Yelp. The latter a safer reason and more research based. They have three bays total to wash your car. Three more bays for the wipe down. They're very low tech. Really hands on. As in ALL HANDS and no machine. The lady that welcomed me was the owner's daughter. She said her dad was out when I was there. Yeah I wanted to interview him for my review. Lol. The daughter was very nice. The staff hardworking. They have a very small store where they sell auto related products. You also pay there. They take credit cards and they have free Wifi. A few chairs outside where you can wait. I opted for the simple wash and vacuum. No serious request made or need for my visit. $33 for big cars. Wash and vacuum took them about half hour.

Let the wet mats sit on each other.

Nope. Got a groupon. Called for an appointment. They said someone would've called the next day to confirm. The next day no one called. I called Monday before the appointment to confirm. We scheduled 10 AM during my work break. They did not show up at 10 AM. They started calling at 11 AM. I was alreadyAt work I cannot answer the phone. They left nine phone calls and three messages. I called at 1:10 and they said they would be at the house in 20 minutes. They came at 2:30 PM while I was still working. The detail was done by 3:30. The car is clean. They left the trunk carpet dripping over my clothes. They left the other carpets piled on a bush.

Free can of soda or small bottle water with check in! Starting the weekend off being bad. So much for my water diet.

I had originally made an appointment to do just an Exterior Detailing. I only noticed later that there was a special running for a Full Detail. I asked him if it was possible for me to upgrade to the Full Detail package special. He said it would be possible. There was clear communications about costs and any surcharges (pet hair and/or very dirty vehicles). I really appreciated this as I didn't want to be caught without enough cash. Rich arrived a little early (better early than late in my opinion) and we did a walk through of my vehicle. He is friendly and professional. Explained everything to me. I have WeatherTech mats, and he informed me that cleaning those were included in the Full Detail package. He finished within the 3 hour estimate. My car looks brand new inside and out. I'll be recommending to my family and friends. Addendum: I got gas later and noticed that Rich even cleaned the interior gas cap area too. That's really great attention to detail.

Before my Porsche Panamera even arrived, I spent weeks researching paint protection film (PPF),…read moreceramic coating, and detailing shops throughout the Bay Area. As someone who had waited months for a custom-ordered Porsche, I knew I wanted to protect the car from day one and wasn't willing to trust it to just anyone. I researched, visited, or spoke with nearly ten different shops before making my decision. Some were significantly cheaper. Some promised much faster turnaround times. Many claimed they could deliver the same result. Between the PPF, ceramic coating, window tint, windshield protection film, interior protection, and other treatments, my project represented an investment of nearly $20,000. At that level, I wasn't looking for the cheapest option--I was looking for the highest level of craftsmanship. One thing that stood out during my research was that many Bay Area shops quoted anywhere from 20% to 50% less than Supreme Detailworks. At first glance, that gets your attention. However, many of those same shops also quoted completion times that were only one-third or even one-quarter of the time James estimated for essentially the same scope of work. That immediately raised a red flag for me. When someone claims they can do the same work for far less money and in a fraction of the time, I start asking questions. The more I learned about Supreme Detailworks' process--paint preparation, component removal, edge wrapping, tucked installations, and quality control--the more I understood where that extra time was going. It wasn't inefficiency. It was attention to detail. I also compared Supreme Detailworks against one of the highly respected PPF shops in the Chicago area that is nationally known for premium installations. To my surprise, James' pricing was very similar. And even if I had chosen the Chicago shop, shipping the car there and back would have added roughly another $5,000 in transportation costs alone, not to mention additional time and logistics. Having that level of craftsmanship available right here in the Bay Area made the decision much easier. For my Panamera, James and his team installed PPF, ceramic coating, window tint, front windshield protection film, protection for the headlights and glass roof, interior PPF for the gloss black trim, and matte protection for all touchscreen surfaces, including the digital instrument cluster. The result is so seamless that several of my friends couldn't even tell my Panamera had PPF installed. In fact, I had to physically show them where to look and where to touch before they realized the vehicle was protected. That's how clean and invisible the installation is. What impressed me most was that James never tried to upsell me. Instead, he took the time to explain the different options and recommend what made the most sense for how I planned to use the car. One thing many people don't realize is that the true quality of a PPF installation is found in the details--the edges, seams, corners, and difficult areas where shortcuts are often taken. James and his team don't take shortcuts. They carefully remove and disassemble components when necessary to ensure the film is properly wrapped and hidden wherever possible. After investing nearly $20,000 in protection, the last thing I wanted was visible seams, lifted edges, or obvious installation lines. Supreme Detailworks delivered exactly what I was hoping for: a fully protected vehicle that still looks completely factory original. Another thing prospective customers should know is that Supreme Detailworks is almost always busy. There is usually a waiting list, and scheduling requires patience. If you're looking for the fastest shop in town, this may not be the place for you. If you're looking for the cheapest shop in town, this definitely isn't the place for you. But if you're looking for a team that refuses to rush the process and treats your vehicle as if it were their own, the wait is absolutely worth it. During my visits, I regularly saw Ferraris, Lamborghinis, McLarens, Maseratis, Porsches, Mercedes-Benz, BMWs, Audis, Land Rovers, Lexus vehicles, Teslas, and many other enthusiast cars in the shop. Seeing that lineup gave me additional confidence that I had chosen the right place. After seeing the finished result on my Porsche, I can honestly say my expectations were exceeded. And if you're looking for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a team that treats your vehicle as if it were their own, Supreme Detailworks is hard to beat. Thank you, James and the entire Supreme Detailworks team, for treating my Panamera as if it were your own.

There was not a single speck of dust under the seats or anywhere in the carpets. The headlight restoration alone was worth it. At $200, I expected a thorough, all-inclusive service--unfortunately, the results did not match the price. Positives: - The rear trunk and carpets were nicely vacuumed. - Both the carpet and all-weather floor mats were cleaned thoroughly. - The doors appeared properly detailed. - The milkshake spill on the rear seat was partially addressed. Negatives: - The carpet floor mats were still damp at pickup, which risks mold growth. - Despite being "Premium" interior detailing, the rear seats were not entirely clean; you can still see milkshake residue in the perforations of the leather. - The plastic around the climate control and steering column seems to have been scrubbed with an abrasive pad or brush, leaving deep scratches that will be difficult to buff out. - The windows were not cleaned, and the head unit, gauge cluster, dashboard, and sunglasses holder were untouched--dust was still visible in those areas. - My USB-C charger, which was plugged in when I dropped the car off, went missing. Overall, I believe this detailing shop should seriously consider overhauling its packages to better align with the prices charged. For instance, a $200 "Premium Interior Detailing" should include a complete interior wipe-down (including all windows and surfaces) rather than nickel-and-diming customers for basic services. As it stands, you only get exactly what's listed, leaving much to be desired for a so-called "premium" package.
